Good hotel with nice space. A little off the main parts of the city but very easy to navigate and get around with public transport and the hop on hop off bus which leaves very close to the hotel. Nice store a couple of minutes away although not a lot of places to eat in the evening other than MCD which is great for the kids. We have young children aged 2 and 4, so this review is written from that perspective. The suite was very practical in the sense that we as parents weren't forced to sit quietly in the dark once the children were asleep - often a problem in a normal hotel room. The basic kitchen and table with four chairs were adequate and often used for serving up […] snacks and drinks. The location is not in the historic centre, but there are metro stations five minutes' walk in either direction from the hotel, and we actually found ourselves using buses more than we'd expected. We stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and were impressed. The room was large (if a little dark - only one main light) with a well furnished and modern bathroom and a kitchenette with two hob rings, cutlery and crockery and a full size fridge. TV picked up approximately 40 channels, of which about 12 showed English language programs. Location about 15 […] minutes walk from the central square and very close to the main stops for the Airport connection bus and the City SIghtseeing Tour, both of which go from the Marquess de Pombal roundabout. I was very, very satisfied with my stay at the Clarion Suites Lisbon and would recommend it to just about anyone. For reference, I stayed at the Clarion Suites Lisbon on a personal vacation with a friend for three nights in October. We reserved a room with two single beds, both of which had clean bedding and a comfortable mattress. The wood floors were […] clean and the kitchenette was an unexpected and useful addition for storing food items and using glassware. The living room area had a very comfortable couch and lots of space to relax after a day of touring. Location-wise, this was not right near main attractions, but it was only a few block walk to the Marques da Pombal metro station, which is only a few stops from most tourist sites in the city. The staff was courteous and friendly and were patient with our lack of knowledge of Portuguese. This ranks among the top hotels I have stayed in for Europe and definitely the #1 value I have found. We had a fantastic time at the Clarion Suites - one of the best places we have ever stayed and we would recommend it highly and would certainly return in the future. Comfortable beds, super lounge area, 2 flat screen tvs with a huge range of channels, lovely balconies, nice kitchen and mini bar. Staff were great - so friendly and helpful. Well worth […] a visit. The front desk staff were very knowledgeable and helpful in make our stay in Lisbon enjoyable. Fatima (who seemed to always be there) was impressively professional, and knew the best way to get to many POI in Lisbon (the hotel is centrally located and within 20 minutes walk of a lot of stuff). Stayed at the Clarion Suites in Lisbon last week. Excellent hotel. There were four of us - two parents and two teenage children. We appreciated having two bedrooms and a comfortable sitting room/kitchen. It was also great to have two bathrooms. With three televisions, each with 60 channels, there was plenty of late night entertainment. Internet access […] was available for €3 per hour. Clarion Suites is located close to the Marquis de Pombal metro station so it is easy to access the rest of Lisbon from there. Also, many tour buses stop beside the Marquis de Pombal metro station. Breakfast was available for €10 at the Clarion. But we also tried the many restaurants nearby, and ate breakfast with the locals. We would highly recommend the Clarion Suites in Lisbon. Mehr

Very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the apartments, room was a good size and we also had a large balcony. We think this was probably because we asked for a "smoking" room as only the front apartments on the top two floors had balconies. The kitchen would have benefitted from a few more amenities eg electric kettle but we soon got used to […] heating the water in a saucepan. If I used this hotel again though I would take a travel kettle, A good 10 minute walk into the centre of Lisbon but the Metro is nearby and was very easy to use, runs until 1am. It was airy and seemed safe to use at night, at least we didn't encounter any problems. Felt the Clarion was good value for money - there is a small supermarket and McDonalds nearby and plenty of shops etc. within walking distance. Mehr

This is a great hotel. The rooms are contemporary and well furnished. Everything works well. Reception was helpful. It is in a quiet area and away from all the buzz but easy enough to travel about - metro station nearby. Good place to return after a day of sightseeing.

Muito bem localizado, com restaurantes e um shopping nas redondezas. As instalações são muito boas e pessoal do hotel atencioso. A internet apresentou problemas enquanto estávamos lá.

This hotel offers great value especially for families travelling with a few kids. The apartment was spacious,clean and very modern. For anyone looking for space and a seperate room for children this is the place.The beds where very comfy (not a given in Portugal:) The staff where very helpful.

Bij check in was de penthouse-kamer die wij geboekt en betaald hadden niet beschikbaar. Het hotel was in de fout maar heeft er alles aan gedaan om het goed te maken (gratis ontbijt, late check out, etc.) De kamers zijn ruim en prima (beetje donker). Ontbijt uitgebreid en alles lekker vers. Ligging van het hotel is prima. Sight seeing bustour 'om de […] hoek'. Bovendien zijn taxi's niet duur en werkt de metro goed. Lissabon is een super stad. Wij gaan zeker nog een keer en ook in dit hotel! Mehr

acceuil tres chaleureureux receptioniste a l ecoute, par exemple, travaux dans la rue, on a demandé de changer, ce qui a été fait rapidement. rien a redire. tout etait parfait.

Très bien situé, à coté du Marquês do Pombal, parque Eduardo VII, avenida da Liberdade, personnel très sympathiques, chambres correctes, ville magnifique,...à visiter

Espaçoso, confortável, bem localizado, limpo.Funcionários muito atenciosos. Dois pontos negativos: Intenet e estacionamento caros. Box com chuveiro desconfortável: molha o banheiro todo a não ser q se tome banho encostada na parede, com a perna batendo na torneira .Em alguns dias, água simplesmente nâo esquentou.Informaram estar com problemas com o […] gás da rua. A nossa estadia no Clarion foi fantástica. O Hotel está muito bem localizado, com metro, cafés, restaurantes e supermercado ao pé. O quarto foi espaçoso e muito acolhedor, principalmente ao viajar com duas crianças, uma de 8 e outra de 6. Notei que a principal preocupação de todos os funcionários, foi sempre, o bem estar dos hóspedes. Após um longo […] dia de descoberta por Lisboa, nada melhor que relaxar na piscina. For en familie på 5, var dette hotellet perfekt for oss. To store soverom med tilhørende bad, stor stue inneh. sovesofa og med en liten og praktisk kjøkkenkrok. Aircon og TV i alle oppholdsrom. Mye til en billig penge. Noe negativt at sovesofa i ikke var gjort klar, og måtte vente en stund på at denne ble klargjort. Hun som skulle re sengen hadde mange […] andre gjøremål, kunne virke som at bemanningen var minimal.. Mehr

Veldig bra opphold. Fint og stort rom. God beliggenhet og fine forhold rundt hotellet. Utmerket service.

ottimo hotel per visitare Lisbona ,ben posizionato ,a 300m dalla metro ,camere amplie ,ideale per famiglie con 2 ragazzi come la nostra che hanno aprezzato la piscina aperta fino alle 20 specie dopo calde giornate di visite intense .pensiamo di ritornarci

L'hotel è molto confortervole, le suit sono ampie, accoglienti e pulite; la posizione è ottima per visitare la città, si può arrivare in centro anche a piedi!

Posizione centrale. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la città con i mezzi. Stanze molto ampie, comode, pulite. Eccezionale la prima colazione.

Vi ble veldig positivt overrasket over rommets størrelse og innhold, sett i forhold til den prisen vi betalte. Det eneste som ikke var bra var at det var en sjenerende lukt på det ene badet. Vi varslet om det, men det ble ikke gjort noe med dette/de klarte ikke å gjøre noe med dette mens vi var der. Det betydde ikke så mye for oss siden suiten hadde […] to bad. Mehr
