Best Western Plus Inn of Sedona - Sedona

Das Hotel mit Blick auf die Berge ist atemberaumend. Man kommt an und hat Urlaub pur . . . bis auf die derzeitigen Straßenbauarbeiten. Aber dafür kann weder das Hotel noch die Umgebung. Das Hotel ist durchweg weiter zu empfehlen. Der Pool, der Ausblick und das Frühstücksbuffet lassen keine Wünsche offen.

I was extremely disappointed with the room I was given at this hotel. The surrounding view is spectacular, however the view form my corner room and its tiny window was of a trash can. When I complained to the front desk they did nothing and offered nothing. Also the air conditioner was so loud I couldn't sleep, but when I turned it off the room got […] stifling hot and stuffy. It really put a damper on my entire visit to Sedona because I was on vacation to get rested and didn't sleep at all well in that room. Mehr

very helpful staff, clean rooms, great view. definitely staying here again :)

The only issue we experienced was the keys would not work initially, we had to exchange our keys twice and then maintainance came and repaired the key system. apparently there was an glich with the computer system. otherwise no real complaints.

This hotel was clean, friendly, well located and offered spectacular views from the terraces outside of the rooms. Amanda (mgr) and Reyna went out of their way to accommodate our group. Only nit: the A/C units in the rooms are pre-programmed and can only be altered to a certain range-- noisy at night .Overall, loved our stay here and will come back […] to it. Mehr

We have chosen this hotel based on feedback on Hotel.com. Everybody was raving about it. The pictures of the hotel are nice, the view is nice from the upper levels, getting to the hotel is easy, the hotel employees were courteous so I can see why some people were so happy with this hotel. But, we got a room with a 3 foot wide window, at the back of […] the hotel with now view at all. It felt more like a prison cell then an expensive hotel room.The room also did not have a parking spot as all the other rooms did, since it was marked handicapped. Breakfast was OK but not spectacular. I probable had high expectations because of the high price but it was not a good experience. Mehr

A great place to stay at a great value. Location was convenient but away from the busiest commerical district. Gorgeous setting with a terrace that surrounds the building, so you can walk out of your room onto the terrace and see the beautiful red rock formations. Staff was very helpful and courteous, especially the concierge Joan who pointed out all […] the sites of interest. They even offer free rides to any location within 5 miles, so no need to get in your car or drive around in the dark in an unfamiliar area. Our room was modest but had everything we needed and was attractive and very clean. They even included a free full breakfast, not just rolls and coffee. I would definitely stay here again. Mehr

We arrived pretty late- 10:30pm, and the heat was not on in the rooms so it was 50 degrees. It took about an hour for the rooms to warm up to 63 so we were delayed getting to bed. Beds were very cold still, but I warmed them using my hairdryer which worked nicely. The staff was really nice about it and apologized profusely. The rooms had just been remodeled […] and had not been used, which is why the heat was off, only a fluke. Hotel was very nice, comfy and clean. Sedona is spectacular. Truly special place. Mehr

our room was right on the shared terrace. woke up early and watched the sunrise. it was amazing. we were a little concerned when we booked about the place being "out of town" but really, it made no difference. its close enough and they offer a shuttle to get you anywhere you want to go w/in 5 miles. can't beat that! in my opinion, this is THE PLACE […] TO STAY in sedona! Near but out of the downtown traffic, every room has amazing views and wide terrace for sitting and enjoying. Generous free breakfast, shuttle to anywhere, friendly and extremely helpful staff. My favorite place in Sedona.

This hotel was perfect in everyway location was excellent being out of the main part of town. We were greeted at the desk by Cynthia (Jersey Girl) and room was ready and waiting for us even though we were early :). I had contacted hotel requesting a room with a view since we were celebrating our annv. and they not only do that waiting in our room was […] a lovely bottle of wine chilling and wine glasses we were so surprised. They offered a yummie continental breakfast that was well maintained and very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. They also have a shuttle that they offer that runs anywhere in a five mile radius Ram is the driver and he is so nice, we took advantage of this a couple times in our short stay. Mehr

I found the hotel on-line and didn't know how much to believe as to the gorgeous pictures, but when we woke up the next morning after driving at night, it was more gorgeous than the pictures. There is a terrace that surrounds the hotel and in every direction you look there are breathtaking sites. The concierge was helpful in terms of finding nice hikes […] and photo locations. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I would very strongly recommend this hotel - excellent location, great staff and reasonably priced! Mehr

For your price you hotel is overated

The Best Western Hotel was in a nice location but the rooms need to be remodeled. They were old with a musty stale smell. We had a roach crawl on our bed while we were laying on it. There were stains on the carpets and cracks in walls and bathroom.

It rained the night of our stay. The humidity brought out a strong dog odor from the carpeting. I know the hotel is pet friendly but would have liked a room that a pet had not stayed in; like getting a "no Smoking" room so you don't smell smoke odor.

view from valcony is really nice. and clean , breakfast is good, included hot waffle, boild eggs, fruits etc.. pool is small . but we had very good time at this hotel. thank you.

very comfortable and clean rooms, fantastic views of the rocks on waking, great views. breakfast will satisfy most appetites good selection and fresh fruit. There are a lot of resturants nearby offering a wide selction to choose from. It is also good choice for seeing the Grand Canyon and there is huge range of actitives around Sedona itself.

Staff was nice and helpfull, rooms clean, great location. I will come back!

Best value for the money in all of Sedona. Amazing view from the paito area outside our room and very friendly staff. Would stay there again in a heartbeat when next in beautiful Sedona.

My family and I stayed at this Best Western Plus the 2nd week of June. The cost for a standard, very basic room was outrageous. The problem occured when we were put in a pet room without requesting such a room. My wife is highly allergic to pets and was quite sick by the next morning. They acted like it was our job to request anything other than a pet […] room (note: We have no pets!). They did change us to a different room that was carrying luggage down two flights of stairs or up and down the incline of the parking lot. A senior adult could have never done it. During the night the Air Conditioning unit went out. The response to the problems was simple, "Sorry, but we can't do anything since there is no manager on duty this morning or on property." No way I'd go back and stay there! Mehr

the location is good they have a free shuttle service to down town, the breakfast for some reason gets really good reviews butit is nothing special just your standanrd lower end hotel chain breakfast. pool is quite small and kind of in the parking lot. Great views from the balcony area. I would reccomend if you wanted to stay at a best western stay […] at the one directly in the centerof down town. The hotel suited my purposes but did not impress me. staff was great though. Mehr

Have stayed here before 4 years ago and I am very happy that I made the decision to stay here again. Love the views, the breakfast, and the location. Will stay there again in the future!

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and were very pleased. The hotel was comfortable and clean and felt a bit more upscale than I usually expect from a Best Western. The staff was helpful and patient. They even phoned our room shortly after checking in to see that we were pleased and we were.

Great (free!) shuttle service within 5 miles of the hotel makes it super convenient even though it's not located in the heart of town.

Great place, great location, clean, beautiful views and a great breakfast spread. Will go back for sure.

Very clean and comforatable room. The continental breakfast was great, staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. This hotel is far enough away from downtown Sedona to be removed from the business of the town, yet close enough that it takes only about 15 minutes to get there. This place is in an excellent location in Sedona and has beautiful balconies that are great for your morning coffee and evening glass of wine. The pool and hot tub were small but nice, and the breakfast was pretty good (waffles). The best part for us were the people - everyone was very helpful. Our front desk helper (Cynthia I believe) did a great […] job recommending different activities and giving us the locals' perspective on what to do and where to go. She recommended an excellent new spot to take in the famous sunset too, which was a high point of our stay and really started off our trip on a strong note. Mehr

Sink and air-conditioning were not working. Hotel.com promised a room at third level but that was not honored by the hotel. They said that if not booked from their website you only get the lower rooms with bad views and they said they will match any price.

We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. Views were awesome, location perfect. We would highly recommend this property.

Good hotel, with great views, may want to ask to be on 3rd floor so that you have even better views. For the price everything is really good. Breakfast is a great start, good clean work out room, and clean hotel rooms. Comfortable beds and good sized TVs in each room too. On a side note there are two best westerns in Sedona, and they are both on 89A, […] so just make sure that you have the right address. This one is more in the heart of Sedona, but a little back too. It was great cause you are really close to some good hiking trails. Overall no complaints Mehr

Excellent, convenient location. Wonderful sunset views right across the street. Staff was helpful and friendly and gave good recommendations for the area. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Will definitley stay again.
