In diesem Hotel fühlte ich mich sehr willkommen, die Angestellten waren absolut freundlich, viel freundlicher, als man es aus Deutschland gewöhnt ist. Am zweiten (=letzten) Abend klingelte das Telefon und ich wurde nach meiner Zufriedenheit befragt. Später am Abend klopfte es an der Tür: eine süße Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels. Der Strand des Hotels war kaum besucht, so dass ich in der vermeintlichen Ami-Hochburg Cancun doch tatsächlich entspannen konnte (auf super bequemen Möbeln). Besonders schön fand ich den Infinity-Pool. Ich hatte ein Lagunen-Zimmer gebucht, was bei der Lage des Hotels auch bedeutet: die Straßenseite. Doch die Fenster waren gut, so dass vom Straßenlärm nichts zu hören war. Schräg gegenüber vom Hotel, direkt an der Lagune, gibt es ein Restaurant, in dem man Abends was essen kann (gehört nicht zum Hotel).

Das Hotel war von aussen wie von innen sehr schön und vor allem sauber. Wir haben das All inclusive sehr genossen und auch wenn die Qualität der alkoholischen Getränke darunter gelitten hat, waren diese lecker. Es gab Restaurants wo es bestimmt für jeden Geschmack etwas gibt und der Service in den Restaurants ist sehr freundlich. Die Anlage ist sauber und gepflegt. Es gibt Zimmer mit Meeres - oder Lagunenblick und man sollte dann ein Zimmer auf einer der höheren Etagen bitten. Das Hotel ist direkt am Strand und ist mit dem Nachbarhotel Royal Solaris verbunden, wodurch das Angebot grösser ist. Auf Wunsch kann man einen kleinen "Flitterwochenservice" erbeten, aber sollte eine Heiratsurkunde vorlegen können. Es ist für Familien, aber auch für Singles und Gruppen geeignet, Als wir da waren gab es eine relativ laute Gruppe, denen es wohl nur ums "Saufen" ging und da uns für nach der ersten Nacht ein anderes Zimmer angeboten wurde, haben wir dann um eins gebeten, dass ewas weiter von der Lobby weg lag, damit man nachts nicht von den "Drunkenbolden" gestört wurde. Aber es war nicht extrem, also da habe ich schon Schlimmeres erlebt. Unser Aufenthalt war sehr romantisch und erholsam und wir waren vor allem mit dem Essen im Restaurant Marco Polo und dem Service generell zufrieden. Ach ja, das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr lecker und man hat viel Auswahl. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel! Gracias.

Die Hotelzone von Cancún liegt auf einem Landstrich zwischen einer Lagune und dem türkisfarbenen Wasser der Karibik. Die weißen Sandstrände sind dicht belegt mit Sonnenanbetern. Abends verlagert sich das Leben in die Restaurants, Clubs und Bars am Kukulcán Boulevard, der Hauptverkehrsader der Gegend. Die Straße verläuft durch die El Rey-Ruinen, die als Grab eines Königs gelten.

For the price,,, hotel rooms need to be updated, linens need to be laundered and smell clean, linens soiled, still waiting for light bulbs for lamps, no soap, only 1 bar,,,location is great!!! But quality needs to be stepped up!!!!!
"Very poor service"
This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had. We should only use the hotel for one night, coming from Belize and flying back to europe the next day. But after having spent 6 hours in a car, the cheek-in took and hour and a half. We were first given a wrong room, where there actually stayed people, suitcases on the floor and someone in the […] bathroom. We went back to the front desk, where there of course was a line again, then we at last got our right room (without an apology) the cleaning lady had to prepare it first. I sent my wife and kids down to the beach and had to wait the half and hour before the room was ready. Then they had misplaced our suitcases (they have of course gone to the wrong room where the other guest stayed) All in all a horrific start.. then there a smaller details of hidden fee´s and charging extra for things that should be a service ( we exchanged some dollars to a really bad rate, was charged triple of the written amount of the deposit box, and so on and so on..) I have stayed at a lot of hotels over the years, and I am not critical and can live with a lot of things..but I can not recommend this hotel Mehr

"great staff, great time"
this was my second time at this hotel and this year the hotel was even better than it was in 2009 we had a such a wonderful time in cancun, the staff was great and very honest! We forgot our iphone at one of the restaurants one night and then for the next couple days were leaving the hotel at 7 and coming back around 11 at night because of tours, when […] we did have time to be at the hotel possibly 4 different employees approached me and told me that we left our phone at the restaurant. I thought that is absolutely commendable. I also like that this hotel is connected to the other hotel's amenities, so we had access to the wave pool and the wet bar pool etc. Oh and while you're there make sure you get a beachfront massage. We really loved our stay there and the bartenders make wonderful "superman" yumm! I am not a big fan of authentic mexican food so I didn't fancy the buffets but the midday burgers at the sand bar were great! Mehr

Food is not great. Full of kids. Good for family. Better checking in a Adults only hotel if you are visiting with friends/ partner etc.

I have been running and working in hotel industry over 15 years. I have been to many all-inclusive resorts and hotels in South & North America. However Oasis Palm Beach Resort was total disaster. There is a sister company right next to it called Grand Oasis. The operation is huge and hotel holds nearly 1000 pax guests. There is no mini bar eventhough […] its a family resort. they even charge for bottle of water that was in the room!!! so many people waiting in the line to get breakfast, lunch and dinner!!!! I am not even joking, I and my girld friend who dressed up for a romantic dinner had to wait in he line at least 30 min for each meal!!! I felt bad for those who came with their families, babies and children!!! Luckily I only stayed there for 2 days.Mexico is well-known place for its friendly people and good service. Almost everyone in this hotel was so frustrated and seemed so caresless!!! It was understaffed. I do not want to give prize to this kind of establisment so I do not recommend this place. I am not ordinary traveller. This is my business and I really hated how ignorant front desk works and unable to fix any problem. I paid far less than what I paid to this resort and got minibar, far better service. Restaurants are not big enough for this kind of big operations. You have 2 main restaurants to eat but they were not big enough to have everyone served. you would have to wait for free table to sit!!!! "Hotel is next to Embarcadero but kid friendly"
This is our second time to Cancun with this one being an all-inclusive. After stayed at the Melia Cancun five years ago, we decided to stay with Oasis Palm. Upon, checkin, we had to strictly adhere to the 3 pm to get to our room coming from a redeye flight. However, we were free to have lunch at one of the restaurants. When we finally got to our room, […] we called down to the bellman to have our luggages brought up. Another hour passed and still not luggage. Even in English and Spanish for the third time and two hours later, still no luggage. After frustration, I went down and pulled the luggages myself to the room. The food is good and it beats eating out. The service is good and even better if tips are provided. The gym is ok with all of the necessities needed for a workout. In order to have a seat at the reserved restaurants (Asian, Seafood, or Mexican) one must reserve in person at 7am and at the earliest convience. For me, I had to set my alarm prior to this just do this three times. Overall of the restaurant, ok because the selection was set and few. If you are at the Seafood restaurant, be careful about the lobster on the menu. It has a supplemental cost to it and it would be more than back home. We only used the beach once only spending the bulk of our time at the pool. The beach is filled with seawood and is adjacent to the embarcadero. Near the end of our visit, our card key deactiviated and went to the desk to fix, had to go twice because they made a mistake. With regards to towel cards, room cards, and wrist bands, don't lose them because they will nickel and dime you should they become lost. Mehr

I will never go to this hotel again. Beach they call is not really beach, water smells bad and there is sewer smell around beach. Every night I saw pool area washed and that dirty water drained in to beach area.I also smell sewer in the shower room through shower drain. Hotel toilet room was very small, I could not turn my body once I was in the toilet […] room it was that small and I am only 150 pound just incase some one think I am fat. Towels were old and torn on the edges. Food was ok but chicken, beef, fish all cooked on the same cooking pan which some people don't like if they only ate chicken for religious reason. Mehr

A experiência de conhecer Cancun é fantástica. O Hotel Oasis Palm All Inclusive é realmente uma boa opção para sua estada na cidade. A única decepção foi na chegada ao hotel o atendente nos deu um quarto que estava inundado por defeito no ar condicionado, liguei do quarto para recepção e o funcionário alegou que não havia outro para nos alocar, mas […] assim que voltei a recepção e falei sobre a condição do quarto,nos trocou de quarto. Não posso crucificar todo staff do hotel apenas pelo fato de um funcionário não ter sido solicito com o hóspede. Os demais funcionários que tivemos contato foram atenciosos e gentis. Os restaurantes são ótimos, muito além do que eu esperava pelo valor pago. Achei ruim ter que pagar para utilizar internet wi-fi e também pelo cofre. Nas condiçoes de preço que encontrei eu voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel. Mehr

Buen Hotel, grande y comodo, los visitantes en su mayoria norteamericanos (gringos y canadienses), son respetuosos aunque anden todo el dia con la cerveza en la mano, el servicio de bar y alimentos en sector playa y piscina es muy bueno, no se acaba nada y es rapido, El personal del Hotel atiende muy bien excepto en recepcion donde siempre estan apurados […] por la cantidad de huespedes que reciben, por lo que no te dedican mucho tiempo, el hotel cuenta con todos los servicio para que puedas ir a todos los lugares turisticos que desees, por lo que no es necesario salir a buscar tours, te tratan de vender el tiempo compartido, pero no son tan insistentes como en otros lugares, respetan tus vacaciones, el buffet de desayuno, almuerzo y comida es muy bueno, siempre hay lugar cuando llegas y si debes esperar no es mucho, un par de minutos y listo, si deseas descansar puedes estar en el hotel todo el dia, si quieres salir hay taxis y locomocion a la puerta, lo unico malo es la limpieza de los baños generales cerca de las piscinas, no estan limpios, pero mas por descuido de los mismos huspedes que dejan un basural, etc etc, en resumen un buen hotel con sistema all incluisve, cerca de todo y con todos los servicios que imagines, recomendable 100%. "Buena ubicacion, pero molesta el hostigamiento"
El hotel es bonito, en terminos generales esta bien para pasar un feriado o las vacaciones con la familia, la gente de los restaurants es bastante amable. Lamentablemente cuando llegas te quieren a como de lugar convencer que vayas a un desayuno donde solo te haran perder tu tiempo para comprar membresias y esas cosas, yo creo que eso lo deberian tratar […] de vender luego cuando ya has probado lo bueno o malo que puede ser el hotel. Creo que le hace falta mas restaurants ya que no me imagino el hotel lleno a toda su capacidad, debe ser imposible comer y acceder a la piscina. El personal de recepcion es un desastre, no te dan la informacion correcta y se tardan todo el tiempo del mundo en atenderte, las filas son interminables y si quieres hacer el check out es mejor que vayas con una hora de anticipacion. En general el hotel es agradable aunque presenta instalaciones ya deterioradas, sobre todo las puertas de las habitaciones, las toallas amarillas están bastante desgastadas y el sistema de tarjetas es muy burocrático y con horarios incomodos, debes salir de la alberca a las 4 buscar tu tarjeta y llevarla para obtener una antes de las 4 30 porque a las […] 5 ya no alcanzas toalla. Mal por ese detalle. El estacionamiento es insuficiente y difícil de acceder cuando esta saturado. En área de recepción la iluminación es bastante escasa. Saludos Mehr

Não é um hotel de luxo mais atende as necessidades. Só como recomendação, ao meu ver, um hotel deste porte deveria ter internet wifi grátis, pelo menos no lobby pois certamente iria agradar mais os hospedes. Paga-se muito caro para acessar a internet.

Los meseros del restarurante que sirve comida al carta al medio día hicieron todo lo posible para persuadirnos de no consumir con ellos. ¿el motivo? que nos acompañaba la nana de uno de los bebés que llevábamos. Opinión: Atención excelente, ubicación inmejorable ya que esta muy cerca del pueblo de cancún.La barra de frutas y ensaladas es muy muy buena y variada. La playa es un Jacuzzi enorme, pero siento que esta sucia y requiere un mayor mantenimiento, tanto en la árena de la playa ya que hay colillas de cigarro en la arena y algas. La comida oriental requiere […] mejorar muchisismo. Los shows muy buenos, hace falta máquinas de hielos cerca de los cuartos. La infraestructura del hotel es buena, pero el servicio es pesimo, los empleados estan sobrepasados y no son capaces de dar a basto. Ademas el internet pese a que se paga, generalmente tiene problemas de funcionamiento, durante todos los dias que estuve y eso que me fui antes de lo malo que era. Estuvimos muy contentos otra vez al hospedarnos en éste hotel, ya que lo hemos hecho en los ultimos tres años y por algo no cambiamos la opción. Es agradable que algunas personas del Hotel se acuerden de nuestra visita anterior.
