Ich war bei der Buchung unsicher, denn die neueren Bewertungen des Hotels sind nicht so toll. Aber ich bin angenehm überrascht worden. Für jemanden, der Ruhe und eine gepflegte Atmosphäre sucht, ist das Hotel genau richtig. Dieses Hotel hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Es ist ein sehr großes Resort, so dass man sehr viel Platz hat. Es gibt 2 tolle Pools, einer mit Poolbar an der man sehr leckere Snacks und Milkshakes bekommt. Das Frühstück ist toll. Das Abendessen im Hotel allerdings zu teuer für thailàndische Verhàltnisse.

It is a beautiful resort and a nice beach. Very friendly staff and nice bar & restaurants [ the indian food definitely needs to be improved]. We enjoyed our stay here. Take note that it is bit away from Krabi town and Ao Nang.

The Sheraton Resort Krabi was a delightful experience. The staff were helpful and attentive and very friendly. The hotel is set in beautiful tropical gardens with views of the beach and sea at the end. The rooms are light, airy and clean with a balcony overlooking the grounds and sea. 4 stars hotel, charging as a 5 stars: nice but too expensive for the service provided.

Hotel has beautiful grounds which are well maintained. Very nice and clean beach too. Service is good and quite prompt. Good place if you are looking for peace and quiet. Only complaint is that their beds are unbelievably hard! Also hotels such as Sheraton should make wifi FOC and not just at lobby area.

My family spent 6 nights over Christmas at the Sheraton Beach Hotel. We hired two ocean facing rooms. The hotel is a short taxi ride away from the main town and a perfect location. Being Thailand the people were very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Whilst it was a memorable stay and we would recommend the hotel and environment, parts of […] it were under renovation and as it was running late they continued working through Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The noise level from the room was not great and after complaining I was offered a discount off the room which was appreciated although not having the noise would have been better. Two other comments: The Spa was great but I thought over priced - didn't stop me though! And lastly the beds were incredibly hard. I've never stayed in a hotel with such hard beds. The pillows on the other hand were great and my wife wanted to take them with us - I guess the morale of the story is that you can't have everything. All in all a very nice hotel in a beautiful location with attentive and caring staff. Mehr

I like the fact that the resort is well-maintained and taken care of at every corner, be it the kid's corner, the gym room, the garden, walkway. The only think that pulled me back from giving all 5* rating is the tile floor in the room. That reduces the classy look of an international 5* resort. The room would look much better if the floor is wooden. […] But overall facility in the room is great. Mehr

Takes 30-45 mins from the airport but the location is somewhat isolated. Can take a shuttle to the nearby towns for 200 bhat. Staffs were very friendly. Always greeting & extremely helpful. Have amazing views from the 2 infinite pools - it was very relaxing. Dining menu were limited, so found us eating the same menu also because of the limited accessibility […] to nearby towns. I would recommend finishing your stay in Thailand on a high note with a few days at the Sheraton. Definitely the nicest resort/hotel I have ever stayed at. Nice beach, two very nice pools, fun recreational activities and good food...

The hotel is lovely and most of the staff are delightful and very helpful. However, my sister had money stolen from her bag while she was by the pool. She reported it to security as soon as she realised. The Hotel Mgr was not on site so she reported it to him & security staff in the morning. Even though the hotel had a policy (provided in writing in […] the room safe) of reimbursing stolen items up to 5000 baht this was never offered an my sister was given no help or compensation. Mehr

We were a young couple stayed there for two nights. Wished could have stayed longer. The food was good and specially the breakfast. we took the the bike on rent and went to the aao nang town which is a beautiful town on the coastline. there is a good thai restaurant just outside the hotel and there food was also good.

I would not have stayed here if I knew it was such a family oriented hotel. I was there with friends and we have to travel quite a bit to see Krabi. Nonetheless, it's a beautiful island with very nice people.

My wife and I live in Singapore. We have been to a fair number of hotels in the nearby countries and this has definetly been the one which we have enjoyed the best. It has a wonderful long semi-private beach, bigger than any of the beaches in the hotels nearby. It has two swimming pools, several bars and restaurants and very spacious well mantained […] common areas. Thanks to this features the hotel is pleasant and never feels too packed. The rooms and the service are up to the expectations, the breakfast buffet is great and the various restaurants (Italian, Indian and Thai) are excellent, although expensive if compared with the local restaurant. I would recommend Krabi and the Sheraton Beach Resort to couples and to families with small children. Mehr

Beautifull location , very comfortable check in , staff are friendly and very efficient , allways smiling and willing to serve you better every day . A stressfree destination for family and all .

Its a self sufficient resort where one can spend their entire time in Krabi. Obviously expect to shell out a lot more cash as the prices within the hotel are more expensive for anything (food, spa, recreational activities) as compared to in the main city in Ao Nang. We went outside the hotel for cheap no frills massages and food but was worth the while. […] However, a great hotel and would go there again. Mehr

We just spent two nights in this hotel. It has beatiful gardens, good swimming pool ( the second one was closed - remodel). The beach is not good because it has rocks when you try to get into the sea...so you have to stay in the pool. The restaurants are expensive for Thailand but it's Sheraton , the Thai restaurant was good but the italian is bad... […] The service was ok but the food is really disapoing! At the end it was good for 2 nights and not expensive. Mehr

Located far from the hustle-bustle of big cities... it is very pleasant place for a short vacation … great restaurants, a lovely pool surrounded by parks with ocean view and of course the staff professional and friendly...

The hotel beach is very private and nice . Good place to get away for a short break with kids. The breakfast gets very boring if you stay longer everyday serving the same food . Overall good beach place to hang out .

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located on a very nice beach. There had been serious flooding just before we arrived, so some maintenance was needed, but the hotel seemed to be working on it. The breakfast was amazing - a great assortment of Thai and Western food. We especially enjoyed the latte machine! Adjacent […] to the hotel, on the beach, was a very good Thai restaurant and massage place. And we were able to rent a boat for the day right off the beach; we toured all the nearby islands. The Indian/Thai buffet dinner show was very good (both the food and the fire dancing). We purchased the Club package and really enjoyed the happy hours each evening. We met many other hotel guests from all over the world. We were a bit disappointed to find out that "free internet" in the Club did not mean that we could bring our laptops and get free internet. It mean that we could use one of two shared computers which were quite old and slow. Luckily, the hotel wasn't too busy so we didn't have trouble getting computer time. My only other complaint is that the maids seemed to pick up our dirty towels and not replace them with new ones so that by the end of our stay all we had were 3 bath towels and 1 hand towel remaining. I'm sure we could have called and had them replaced, though. All in all we were very happy with this hotel. Mehr

Останавливались в начале января. Двое взрослых и ребенок 13 лет.Территория отеля большая. У бассейнов и около пляжа свободных мест всегда достаточно. Спокойствие, тишина, немноголюдность. На пляже приливы/отливы очень заметны. Пляж чистый. Номера полностью соответствуют категории отеля. Очень незначительный нюанс в том, что в пляжном отеле негде сушить […] белье. Завтраки полностью соответствуют категории отеля. Большое количество свежих спелых фруктов. В отеле три ресторана: итальянский, индийский, тайский. Рядом с отелем на расстоянии нескольких шагов супермаркет, несколько ресторанов. От отеля до Crabi town на такси 30 мин. Проблем с такси нет. Уровень обслуживания на очень высоком уровне. При заселении были предложены два дополнительных варината номеров. Т.к. мы были втроем нам посоветовали выбрать более походящий для нас номер. При этом предложили посмотреить и сравнить. Все номера выходят на сторону моря, некоторые прямо, некоторые боком, перед некоторыми густые заросли. В отеле спокойно, комфортно. Mehr

Nsotros fuimos de luna de miel a este hotel y la verdad que nos decepcionó bastante. De partida cuando lo reservamos el nombre de la pieza hablaba de que era Ocean View, lo cual al llegar a la pieza fue la primera gran decepcion ya que no veiamos ni un poco de oceano. Y la otra gran decepcion fue que el hotel estaba lleno de familias con niños, lo cual […] habia bastante ruido, gritos y llantos de niños, lo que no esperabamos para nuestra luna de miel, ya que nos imaginabamos que seria un lugar y hotel tranquilo, romantico y paradisiaco. L'hôtel est situé à la plage. On peut vraiment croire aux photos comme sur leur site. Négatif: L'hôtel se trouvait en renovation lors de notre séjour et les ouvriers on travaillé pendant la nuit. Restaurant italien (avec Chef Italien) servait un "manger de prédateurs" pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Positif: Nous avons écrit un avis négatif qui était lu et […] lors du paiement de la facture d'hôtel, on nous a déduit ce montant sans qu'on le demande. Quand on a eu de problèmes avec des voisins bruyants, on a contacté la réception, qui ont directement envoyé qqn pour prévenir les gens. En bref, nous irons une autre fois dans cet hôtel. Mehr

Huoletonta lomailua täyden palvelun hotellissa. Kuntosali ja upea aamiainen antoivat potkua jokaikiseen päivään. Oma siisti(hkö) ranta ja kaksi uima-allasta olivat suurin syy miksi valitsimme tämän kohteen. Ainoastaan kahden rakennuksen ja Span remontit häiritsivät hiukan päivisin, mutta muuten rauhallisuus ja hiljaisuus ympäröivät meitä. Hotellin syrjäinen […] sijainti oli pieni miinus. Rannasta sai toki pitkähäntäveneen melko edullisesti ja taksillakin pääsi kulkemaan Ao Nangiin ja Krabi Towniin, mutta siinä oli aina 30-45min taksimatka. Toisaalta kaikki palvelut kyllä löytyivät myös hotellista, joten ei ole mikään pakko poistua paikalta. Kokonaisuudessaan hieno ja rentouttava kokemus. Mehr

et stille rolig hotell midt ute i ingenting. 7-11 med atm og noen få resturanter og barer med varierende standard rett utenfor porten. perfekt for total ro og avslapning! gode muliheter for små og store utflukter, både i regi av hotellet og privat med taxi fra hotellet eller utenfor

Var her en uke i oktober. Hotellet har en privat strand som er nydelig. Men det var en del småstein, så gjerne ikke ideelt for småbarn men greit for oss voksne. Hotellet hadde to herlige bassengområder, man fikk rene luksusfølelsen. Anbefales å leie longtailbåt på stranden, og dra på sightseeing til Hong Islands. Her snorklet vi, badet, og var i land […] på mange nydelige øyer. Hotellmaten er dyr og ikke spesielt god ( med unntak av pizzaen på "Geckos"), men det ligger en god og billig restaurant på stranden, og et par gode restauranter på oppsiden av hotellet. Det er ikke noe særlig barer og natteliv i området, da må man til Ao Nang som er en 15 min. kjøretur unna (hotellet kjører shuttelbusser, mot betaling). Det var en koselig hotellbar, og som gjest på clubrommene kan man nyte gratis drinker, øl, vin mellom kl 17 og 19.30 hver kveld.Et minus jeg vil trekke frem er rommene med hageutsikt. Da så man rett ut i en hage som var langt fra velstelt, og det var ikke så fristende og sitte på terassen. Alt i alt var Sheraton Krabi et bra hotell, ideelt for avslapping. Mehr

Hotel ligt in mooie tuin, hele mooie zwembaden, prachtig rustig strand. Kamers zijn erg gedaterd, maar de rest vh hotel maakt dit zeker goed. Ontbijt helemaal super. Eet niet in het hotel, abnormaal dure prijzen. Ga naar het tegenover gelegen thai of indisch restaurant. Heerlijk!!!!! En ook de italiaan la casa is perfect. Alles schoon en zelf gemaakt. […] Er ligt zelfs een cocktailbar om de hoek, Neem een longtailboot op het strand, veel goedkoper dan buiten of in het hotel. Super mooi zijn deze tochten. Omgeving hotel is niets te doen, dan moet je echt een auto of scooter huren. Kan ook buiten het hotel. Wij vinden het een heerlijk hotel. Mehr

The Hotel is Nice, Clean, and Good. Dining place is good also. Have many activities available for kids and adult. Provided good service. The only issue was confirmed the upgrade but cancelled at the end, and also told me will provide a birthday cake, but not happeded.

O hotel é fabuloso. O enquadramento na natureza e a proximidade da praia (privativa) são inigualáveis. O pequeno almoço é diversificado e muito bom. O pessoal é de uma simpatia e solicitude exemplares. O hotel está localizado nas imediações de um vilarejo e mesmo à saída do hotel há excelentes restaurantes que praticam preços muito acessíveis. Quem […] fique no hotel terá de se preparar para andar, uma vez que a distância dos quartos para as zonas comuns ( lobby, centro de internet, pequenos almoços) é de notar. No entanto há sempre funcionários que, de forma muito simpática, se disponibilizam a dar boleia aos hóspedes nos "carrinhos de golfe" que circulam pelo hotel. Como pontos negativos aponto o facto de estar um pouco distante do aeroporto de Krabi (cerca de 45 m de carro) e do centro da cidade cerca de 15m de carro). Mehr

Hotellet har en fantastisk beliggenhet, men få minutters gangavstand til kritthvit strand og krystallklart vann. Hotellområdet er flott, rent og pent med fine basengområder, hyggelig betjening. Virkelig et hotell å anbefale!

Fikk connecting rooms, da de så at vi var en familie, uten at vi spurte om det. Fantastisk beliggenhet, trygt og stille, utmerket for familier. Store flotte rom, herlig frokost buffet, og veldig vennlig betjening. Mange faciliteter på hotellet. Flere gode restauranter utenfor hotellområde. Et stykke unna Ao Nang, men lett å kapre taxi på veien.

Grounds are beautiful, rooms comfortable, breakfast buffet wonderful, it was all good!
