Wyndham Palm-Aire - Pompano Beach

We stayed as a family with tri bedrooms it was nice but the Internet was not good it is hardly connected, the reception was not really helpful and the resort is far from the beach, we had rented a car and no maid so it was ok

We arrived at the Palm Aire at noon, the check-in time is 4:00pm. We were given a 2 bedroom upon arrival, it was spacious with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The view was of the parking lot, but the balcony was large. My family of 3 children & 3 adults were very comfortable in the room. There were 4 swimming pools. The pool area was nice and so […] was the surrounding shopping area. The only weird thing was housekeeping was an extra $63 a day, for that I just had the kids clean up after themselves. Needed place within 15 minutes of family for Thanksgiving. Stayed two nights in 1 BD with separate sitting room in the Areca Palm Building. Great amenities and clean and very spacious. When called the property directly, could not get a 2-night booking, but WAS able to book with reasonable rate with hotels.com. When picking up your parking pass, you're subjected to a short sales pitch but after 3 'no, thank yous', they understood I was not going to sit through a 90 minute sales pitch, even for the $100 gift card promised. It was my family's 2nd time at the property which is conveniently located near to a grocery store and Walmart expecially. The staff were courteous and helpful, the room was great - a real home away from home with a dvd in the room so we were able to watch movies and surf the net as well. Only problem was one of the elevators in our building did not […] work during our stay so it was frustrating having to wait for the elevator during peak times. This hotel suited our family of five. It is was like a home away from home. This is our 2nd time staying here. I was only disappointed in 2 things. 1st was we couldn't extend our time b/c it was already booked and 2nd the hot water pressure was low. Other than this, it was a wonderful stay. My family and I will be back again.

The size and quality of the room exceeded our expectations. We had a two bedroom suite and it was huge -- it had two kitchens, one was a full kitchen with all the traditional appliances; we had a dining table, a living room area, two bathrrooms -- one was huge and had a nice sized shower. We have three children ages 9, 12 and 17 and they loved it. We […] had a tennis court outside the window. Kids loved the pools and the room. The only thing I would like to see more of is the nightly offerings of food events -- one night a week they have a taco night, another night a paella night. On the night of Wed and Thurs they did not offer any type of food --- it would have been nice if they did. There are no restaurants on the property. We did not have too much contact with the staff -- the one staff member that we did have contact with was the woman who checked us in who was exceptionally nice (and sadly I cannot find the card with her name on it or I would state her name, because she was helpful and kind). I had a wonderful vacation at the Wyndham Palm-aire hotel. The staff was exceptional. The room was absolutely beautiful. I even bought a timeshare because I was so impressed with the property. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Have stayed at this hotel in the past on a time share exchange and the room was great. Just stayed in a 'regular' hotel and had a few problems in the bathroom... the tolet did not flush easy, sink wouldn't drain and shower door was difficult to open and shut. Overall propery is well kept though...

This isn't really a hotel for a night or two, it is more for a long term stay. This is a resort that will try to sell you a time share. Nice place, but don't stay here if you want a hotel room with a bar or restaurant. If you don't plan on doing anything but sleep and shower her fine.

Great room for the money

Room was great. Location fantastic Bathroom tubs were dingy / dirty

Excellent Hotel! The best hotel I have been to in a long time. Very clean and spacious. I loved the in room jacuzzi. The shower was huge. The rooms were equiped with full kitchens and all the utensils. I loved it! I will be visiting them again very soon. Even though I live in the same town. I felt like I was far away.

El hotel me pareció excelente, teníamos 2 habitaciones (una doble y otra cuádruple) y el único inconveniente que tuvimos fue que la habitación grande la entregaron 6 hs. después de la hora indicada para el check in, pero cuando tuvimos que hacer el check out no nos permitieron quedarnos con una de las habitaciones ni 1 hr. de más, situación que nos […] hubiera resultado muy favorable teniendo en cuenta la salida del vuelo.
