Excellent location, very close to St.Pancras railway station. Hotel room was spacious, staff were friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Room was quite cold and bed a little unconformtable but in general a fine stay.

This is a very conveniently located hotel- near euston and with good access to public transport across London. Receptionist was very pleasant and offered me a complimentary apple and newspaper on arrival. Hotel is very convenient for Euston station and other public transport around London. The bedroom was small and there was has only very limited hanging space for clothes. Arranging a second room key for my wife's arrival when I was working involved asking the reception staff repeatedly. The hotel is well located although obviously not in a prime part of London, but close to the Tube and several main line stations. The room was a little small but very clean,well maintained and modern. As a base to explore London or for an overnight stay it does the job very well.

I had a one night stay in a single room. The rooms are indeed VERY tiny, but comfy. I wouldn't describe it as a coffin as some reviewers have, there is just enough room to sleep and walk to the door and bathroom! Great hotel staff and great location.

Very convenient to King's Cross and Euston stations and the Victoria line to Heathrow. The room was fine, nothing special but perfectly comfortable, and the (free) internet worked fine.

Do confirm check-in and check-out times with the hotel directly, as we found that the information provided by hotels.com was incorrect and this meant that we had to wait an hour before we could check in. Booked a twin room for my recent business trip to London. Booked a twin room was given the smallest single room I have ever seem. Not good at all!!

I had previously stayed in a less expensive hotel that had the value of location but no double glazed windows. But as a relatively light sleeper, noise.. or lack thereof...is very important to me. This hotel is perfectly located for Bloomsbury, University College London and the surrounding area. 5 minutes from a tube station, and very quiet and comfortable […] rooms. Decent sized bathrooms and a generous breakfast topped off a very enjoyable evening's rest. Would definitely return ... if it was a little cheaper it would be the only place I stay. Mehr

Looked for hours and hours for an affordable hotel in central London so myself and the wife could walk back from a late night party. Ambassadors' was smart, stylish and the staff were always helpful and patient to our sometimes demanding nature (even when a little worse for drink!). Breakfast was fantastic, tasty and filling and included in the price. […] And minutes from Euston made it easy to get in and out of city centre. Only downside was the bathroom. Not good if you are sharing with someone you are not overly familiar with as the room are cosy to small in size and the frosted glass is not strong enough to prevent your partner delivering a full "bathroom" floor show. Stayed in Hotel as a stop over for Eurostar (St Pancras). Not the cheapest in the area but a good rate from Hotels.com. However, the hotel surpassed my expectations - stylish room, modern decor, well equipped and high standard. Short walk from St Pancras for Eurostar, as well as Kings Cross and Euston stations. Busy area, I was at the front of the […] hotel, but reasonably quiet for me. Noted other people felt it was noisy, I often stay in City hotels and felt this was quieter than I would normally expect. Great location next to Euston station. Clean hotel, excellent breakfast and tidy clean room. The bathroom, technically a wet room, was a little cramped but functional.

poor cramped room - very disapointing for the price I paid There are better quality hotels in the vicinity for the same price - Avoid !!!!

This hotel was fine. Not great, but certainly nice enough. I had reserved a "superior" double, but the room I got seemed pretty small for this class of hotel. But I was traveling on business for only one night, so I barely spent any time in the room. Overall cleanliness was ok, but bathroom could definitely have used a bit more of a scrub: I'm sure […] it was a one-time oversight, but the sink was still full of dirty water when I arrived! Overall value seems middle of the road for London hotels. On the plus side, reception was very polite and quick to respond to any requests. Mehr

Room was tastefully designed although I would have preferred a better design for the toilets. Water from the shower kept overflowing into the other areas. Although asthetically nice, the toilet should have been given much functional thought. Breakfast was fantastic but it was a pity that the resturant was already closed (at 8pm?!) at dinner when we […] enquired. That was baffling. Pros: This hotel has great services and is willing to hold your luggage even if your flight is a lot later than check out. nice bar, but must have dinner reservations in order to eat during normal dinner times. Breakfast buffet was nice. Cons: rooms are a bit smaller than what we are used to. Pillows and bed is very hard and uncomfortable.

This is a small room! Bathroom door is smoked glass.But for as much time as we were not in the room it was great. The bed was comfortable the room has A/C. A little of a walk from the St Pancras station, the Euston station is about 2 block walk. We would stay here again.

Hotel had a modern well presented interior, rooms are quite small but didn't need to spend much time in it. Had to keep the blinds closed the whole time tho as window looked on to sewage pipes.

The hotel was 1 block from Euston Station, 2 blocks from the Eurostar (chunnel) connection at St. Pancras station. Lots of restaurants, shops, and pubs around. Hotel staff was always available and friendly. They helped us navigate our way on the tube perfectly. Rooms were bright and clean, very comfortable. great location just 5mins from euston station . new and very fresh design and very friendly staff . rooms are small which isn't the end of the world but there is very little hanging space and no drawers at all ok for a couple of days but no more where do you put your clothes

Central location, nice staff, lovely breakfast. But the room was very small and the housekeepers that woke us up twice by ringing the doorbell in the morning. Would not have paid the full price for this hotel, but got value for money with the weekend special price.

Excellentes prestations pour cet hotel idéalement situé entre St Pancras et le coeur de Londres. Particulièrement appréciés, le breakfeast du week end, copieux et délicieux, la qualité de l'accueil, le confort des chambres.

+/-: veldig god frokost, bar og restaurant på hotellet, små rom, litt unna "det som skjer", men nærme Euston Underground + buss rett utenfor døra.

Boede her i fire dage i forbindelse med forretning - dejligt hotel, god morgenmad, fint lille fitnessrum, eneste anke var, at værelset - som forventeligt i London - var meget lille.

ビジネスとして利用するにはOKだと思いますが、観光で利用するには部屋が狭いと感じました。ロンドン全体的な問題かもしれませんが、設備や無線ランが無料で、ハイスピードなのはとても便利です。ビジネス向けで清潔なホテルでした。

Hotell betjeningen var meget hjelpsom selv om vi kom sent. Hotellet ligger bare 5 min rett gange fra Euston station, som var grunnen for vår overnatting. Det eneste minuset var at rommet litt lite, men alt i alt meget bra.
