Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt im Sydneyer Radisson. Aufmerksamer Empfang, zuvorkommender Umgang mit unseren Fragen und Wünschen. Sehr schönes, ruhiges Zimmer, sauber und gepflegt. Schönes bad, gute Dusche, In-Room-Coffee etc. sind Selbstverständlich. Bei der Sauberkeit der Terrasse (!) (die es im 2. Stock statt eines Balkons gibt) machen […] wir kleine Abstriche; dahin verirrte sich der Zimmerservice wohl im Sydneyer Winter (August) nicht so regelmäßig. Aber das war wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Zur Lage: Westliches Ende der Liverpool St, am Rande von Chinatown, in der Nähe von Darlingharbour. Sehr quirlig. Oper und Circular Quay sind in 45 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, wenn man flott geht. Die George St ist sehr kurzweilig zum Laufen. Man kann auch den - kaum beworbenen - Gratisbus Nr 555 nehmen, um den CBD in Längsrichtung zu durchfahren (von Central Station bis Circular Quay, clockwise oder anti-clockwise, Einstieg in Hotelnähe möglich. Good location, responsive staff. But disappointing for a Radisson, as the hotel seems a bit dingy, the view off of the balcony was of surrounding apartments' laundry, and there was no off-street drop-off/pick-up.

The suite was very well appointed and presented. The main drawback was the high noise level from the street which made for a very disturbed sleep. I don't understand why the windows were not double glazed to overcome this problem. The two sweater couch sagged towards the centre and was uncomfortable to sit on.

We got a great deal on a one bedroom suite. Had a spacious lounge and bedroom, separate bathroom (not ensuite) and a kitchen. Cot provided for bubs already set up. Had a large balcony. 5 minutes walk to Darling Harbour and walking distance to CBD. Very friendly. Would definintely recommend staying here and would book again

Big room with 2 queen beds, can fit 4 people. Location is very close to chinatown. The staffs are very friendly always smile and greet you. Would definetely stay there when I come to sydney.

Good hotel, good location, clean, close to Chinatown, "Darling Harbour" and bus stops. Very convenient to have diner in the evening. Very narrow view from back rooms on a nearby building, which provides yet calm. A nasty surprise on arrival: a supplement to pay for the third person, while the suite had been reserved for three (2 adults, 1 child), on […] the website. Slept very well! Very close to Darling harbour, right near china town, friendly staff, clean, would go back, fine for families

Great location just off Darling Harbour and Chinese Gardens. Breakfast a joke price but excellent value dinner and a bottle of wine for 2 at $59. The food and service was excellent.

Overall we had a pleasant stay. The hotel was in a fantastic location. The staff were very helpful and provided high level customer service at all times. The hotel supplied all the nice extras such as bathroom products and robes etc. The rooms are in need of a face lift including painting and updated furniture. We had a balcony room but were a little […] disappointed with the atmosphere. The balcony overlooked an old mouldy un-kept tennis court. The parking is cheap for the city but it’s not very good valet parking when you have to circle the block twice to find a place to park the car yourself before you check in and hand over your keys for them to move your car. Loved the hotel, well priced and a short walk to everything I need in Sydney. The best kitchen I have ever seen in a hotel room. Wish the gym had dumbbells.

We spent one day in Sydney following a long cruise, and before flying back to the US. The hotel was really nice, reasonably priced, and a good location. The staff was excellent - very accomodating, helpful, friendly, informative, etc. -- it really made our stay extremely pleasant and easy. I would defniitely recommend this hotel to others!

The Monorail goes right by the windows on the rooms facing the street, which is cool, but can be noisy. This is an area of town that is active at night, with a younger crowd visiting neighborhood bars and restaurants in Chinatown. Darling Harbor is a short walk away. There is a convenient shopping near by on St. George.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we were greeted with a smile by the friendly staff at the front desk and that friendly and helpful service was consistent throughout our stay. The staff were always there to ask about our day when we returned, a lovely touch and something that makes an impact. The 2 bedroom apartment was huge, a rarity for a Sydney […] hotel and fantastic when you're travelling with kids. Having the benefit of kitchen is also a big plus with kids. The location is great, an easy walk to Darling Harbour, city shopping, Chinatown and the Capitol Theatre (don't miss Mary Poppins!!) We requested a portacot and found an actual cot set up in the room, which was a nice surprise. Valet parking is also pretty reasonable at $35 a day. Oh and their club sandwich was good! The only negative is the view from the balcony was very average, over a dirty roof top, so I wouldn't want to sit out there at all. But a hotel room with a view would probably be half the size and twice as much, so it's a trade off. I did a lot of research on where was the best deal when traveling with kids and this hotel was it. I was very happy with my choice and would definitely recommend it to others. Mehr

Very nie staff. Very flexibel. We staid in een two bedroom hotelappartement, very comfortable with children.

Overall our stay at the Radisson in Sydney was a pleasant one apart from the fact that at the time of our stay renovations were being carried out to the front lobby area at the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel it was difficult to work out how to access the building. Also the room allocated to us was affected by street noise. An unfortunate stay .Failed to inform me proir to checking in that hotel was undergoing renovations. Nobody to guide us at ground floor had to carry own luggage up the stairs and find the temp reservations office. both access cards stopped working and had to be reset. Room service at 10.00 pm took 45 minutes . Due to lack of staff or management only […] half of our breakfast bills were charged and at check out the admin staff had to reprint the bill 3 times as we kept showing them that they had not charged for breakfast. Breakfast cutlery always in short supply and kept having to ask staff for plates . Single cockroch in bathroom on day three.Sunday morning check out public restroom had paper towels and coke bottle on wash counter , two hours later as we deoarted restroom in the same state not a good feel for an Hotel. Some staff were friendly and provided a good service but overall the experience was not enjoyable Mehr

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the swimming pool. Helpful and friendly staff at all times.

Every staff member we dealt with was extremely friendly. The rooms were lovely and quiet and dark so we had better sleeps than if we were home. The location was very handy to the CBD, Darling Harbour, rail, bus and ferry. Not always easy to find two king singles in a decent size room but the room was very spacious and thus relaxing. Thank you.

I highly reccommend this hotel as a stay in Sydney. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The position was very central to everywhere.The hotel has everything you would possibly need. Thankyou for a wonderful stay, this will be the hotel I will always book with in my future Sydney stays.

Very nice hotel. very well located. Downtown area at good price for 4 persons (2 adults, 2 teenagers). 5 min from Darling Harbour, next to Train and Chinatown. walkable distance to lots of interesting sites and restaurants. Staff very helpfull. Free wifi.

Good location about 5 - 10 minutes from Museum and Town Hall stations. Reasonably quiet. Internet went down which was a nuisance. Staff were cheerful and helpful and also allowed us to keep the room until midday on check out day.

Good location, close to Darling Harbour and the ferry system. We wanted two double beds and got two twins with a roll away. The room was clean, the kitchen didn't have any cutlery. Patty Cooper Washington State

Close to everything in Sydney. Monorail to Darling Harbour, Circular quay only 2 stops on subway, supermarket and downtown shopping all only a short walk away.

Would recommend the Radisson to anyone looking for accommodation. Easy reach to Darling Harbour, rooms great and staff very helpful. Would definately stay there again

We stayed one night at the Radisson. It is located in Chinatown, not too far a walk from Darling Harbor, about a 10 minute walk. Chinatown, which should be called Asian Town, was safe. There are lots of different Asian restaurants to choose from. We arrived at the hotel around noon. The front desk attendant was very warm and welcoming. She said our […] room was available. We were happy. Normally check in is at 2pm. She was very helpful in providing information about what to do in Sydney for the day. The hotel room was very comfortable. We stayed at another hotel for 2 days in Sydney. My wife and I preferred the Radisson. The room, bathroom, and shower were bigger than the other hotel room. The Radisson was also quieter. In the other hotel, the walls were thin. You could hear other guests talking and coming and going late at night, and we're also near the elevator. The Radisson business center was a plus for me. I was able to use the internet and printer for free. Mehr

9.5 out of 10 Friendly, Courteous, great location, quiet, great pool and spa. Environmentally Aware Business. Central to all that you want in Sydney. Late Winter is a great time to visit Sydney and stay at the Radisson on Liverpool. Our next visit may by far off, but we would definitely stay again.

The staff was great, very friendly and helpful, and the location was at the edge of China town. Located a short walk to Darling Harbor and longer but walkable to the Rocks. But for a recently remodeled room, the walls were patchy, carpet had stains, and the sofa and chair were so uncomfortable, they were mostly unusable. The room was cleaned well by […] the staff and was very large, basically a one bedroom apartment. But we could not control the temperature in the bath nor bedroom, no heat. We had to raise the living room temp to make the other rooms bearable. The bathroom window had a constant breeze flowing through it kept the temp down to an uncomfortable level (it is winter there now). We had to keep the curtains drawn tight because there are other buildings out both windows. One side was the back of an apartment building with all the laundry hanging and a ratty pool and tennis court. The other side a school? That was close enough to pass things back and forth. Luckily we spent our time exploring Sydney and were not looking for a hotel room to hang out in. While the room was bigger than expected the condition, temp control, and disturbing views were much less than expected. Would recommend the hotel based on serve and location, but ask for a room facing the front. Mehr

The Radisson Hotel & Suites Sydney is the perfect location for attending events in Darling Harbour. It is just a short and very pleasant stroll to the Convention Centre. My stay here was thoroughly enjoyed and the staff at Radisson were esceptionally friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay there again when in Sydney.

A fine hotel with excellent service at the front desk. We enjoyed the pool and sauna. The location is at the edge of Chinatown so depending on which way you walk the choice of food is great. We ate next door at a tapas restaurant one night and had Japanese noodles another night and both meals were excellent and fun. Its a nice walk through the city […] to the opera house. The mono rail is just down the street and its a fun way to see the city. Mehr

The building and elevator are old, however, inside the suite was open and the kitchen has all the essentials for dinning in; staffs are quite friendly and helpful; walking distance to main street - George Street, where has all the restaurants & shopping you want.

Excellent location, close to the Chinese Gardens and Darling Harbour. I expected the bedrooms to be more noisy, but considering the hotel is in a very busy area we did not have a disturbed nights sleep at all. All staff were friendly and helpful and the services we used were excellent.

The Hotel is a luxury stay. Metro & monorail station are close by. You can walk to many tourist & business locations around.Important shopping malls are also within walking distance. Suites are excellent. I would recommend all to stay at Radisson when in Sydney.
