sauber und gut, Frühstücksraum sehr klein, nahe zu universal

Wir waren mit dem Hotel insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Frühstück Continental okay, Roomservice hervorragend, service sehr freundlich. Das einzige das uns negativ erschien, war der Hotelpool, welcher sehr stark nach Chlor roch und direkt am Hotelparkplatz gelegen, für unserem Geschmack nicht sehr einladend erschien.

Einfach, preisgünstig und sauber. Manko war ein kaputter Fön. Wer nur zum Übernachten im Hotel ist macht nichts falsch.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe bei den Un iversal Studios und Aventure Park. auch die anderen Parks sind in der Nähe.

It was good but I had an unsmiling room yes I got an unsmiling room but the elevator and halls all wreck like cigarets

Pros: close to iRide (trolley) stops and Universal Studios / inexpensive nightly rates / room and bathroom were clean. Cons: Breakfast is in a small area of the main floor and was extremely crowded... breakfast foods are limited and mediocre / one or two of our room lamps didn't work / the air conditioning was very loud / although our room smelled fine, […] our hotel floor's hallway smelled of smoke / the hotel's façade and grounds leave much to be desired. I actually pick this hotel because I stayed in a Baymont Inn a few years ago in Tampa. It was walking distance from Busch Gardens. My stay there was a good one too. I would recommend Baymont inn to anyone.

Good rates, Free shuttle. Beds and pillows comfy.

We had a great stay. We spent 2 nights and right around the corner from universal Hotel was clean, things were slightly dated. Great price and friendly staff

The room was fairly clean. Carpets were in need of a vaccuum. Bathroom acceptable. Beds comfortable. Good location to Disney. Breakfast was an added plus. No bugs in sight! Our room also had a microwave and mini fridge. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay, that does not gross you out when you open the door, this is it! The pictures online were a little misleading. I thought that the breakfast area was larger than the 6 tables that were there. Overall, the hotel wasn't bad, but it wasn't good either. I was on the first floor, and the window was left unlocked, so I had to check it each night. Since I was there for business, and my days were full, the room was serviceable […] as a place to sleep, but I wouldn't recommend it for a family that wanted to take a vacation. Mehr

First off I had stayed in a Baymont in Orlando a few years back and thought I was booking the same one. Guess that one does not exist anymore, and the previous one was nicer. The premises are just a little shabby. when we came in the frig didn't work and the light cord was frayed (sparking) I called the front desk and I have to say the staff was wonderful […] and responsive. Front desk manager remembered and called me by name and sent someone up and they replaced the whole light fixture lickety -split. the frig I thought I didn't have adjusted right but, was not working. the breakfast area is tight, and not enough seating but once again the staff was on top of keeping it maintained. Good for the price

Hotel was very good for the price, A/C was awesome, location was good, i would recomend this hotel

A very decent budget hotel with a 10 - 15 min walk to universal if you like a walk. They may have had a shuttle bus but check b4 you book if you don't like exercise or have small children. Pool is small, breakfast basic but rooms are clean look smart enough, beds good. Our fridge didn't work but it wasn't a problem as the ice machine was close by.

We stayed here 1 night while visiting Universal Studios. The staff was friendly & helpful. The elevator was very slow in operation. The shower rod was falling off the wall which caused the shower to leak onto bathroom floor. They need to get maintenance done!

I stayed During Spring Break. It was very quiet and clean.It is 2 mins. from Universal Studios!

Personal very friendly, speak spanish and portuguese, rooms are very clean. and near of Universal Studios.

The socalled breakfast was totally inadequate

inexpensive hotel. room was basic. clean. but bathroom was just ok.bath tub faucet was leaking. had a basic free breakfast. adequate free parking. location is very convenient to universal studios/portofino hotel/hard rock hotel.

OK for one night. Rooms smelled a bit musty and breakfast area was very small.

The hotel has a very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, but had a faint mildewy smell which could have also been the deoderizer. Will stay here again.

I was in Orlando on business and was looking for a cheap room. Athough the room was cheap and clean, it was also extremely outdated. Overall, the rooms looked old and the window unit AC was on its last leg. I got a good rate, but should have spent the extra $15 and stayed next door at the newer hotel.

You can't beat the price and location of this hotel. The room was 'more than clean' location was good (close to restaurants, Universal and Shopping). I'd definately stay here again, the breakfast is standard hotel breakfast, but a great add-on for the already low price.

There was 13 of us in our group and check in ( and out) was quick and smooth. We were all very happy with the location, close to Universal, the room, the service as well as the included breakfast. Didn't get a chance to use the pool, but maybe next time. Would recommend this hotel as well as stay there again.

Water in shower would not turn completely off. Smoke detector hanging down the wall by 2 wires bedding came off the mattress in the middle of the night felt like we were wrapped in a caccoon Otherwise the place isn't bad if only spending the night.

The Baymont Inn in Orland is great because it is very close to universal Studio. Being season ticket holders we stay near there often. The only two problems is that breakfast is over at 9 AM and we are never up by then, and there is only one elevator which causes some waits. Check in and checkout is quick and the staff is very friendly.Everything worked […] perfectly and it is a very quiet hotel, beds are comfortable, another small problem, they only have Queens. Mehr

I enjoyed my stay, and the front desk manager she was very pleasant. She accomodated me with what ever i had needed. I will return again.

The stay as a whole was good and satisfiyng. The only drawback was, the cafeteria to small and not en ough breakfast. Not heated pool, does not have a hot tub. everything else was good. Clean, close to everything, big rooms, and quite area.

Hotel was good. Maintenance of the rooms were good. Breakfast provided was the best in class. The Disadvantage is that the rooms were not acoustic friendly. Noise and vibration made in the neighboring rooms were getting transmitted .

Super value: great location, free breakfast and shuttle to universal! We got two rooms; 1 was great, the other a little more run-down. Hotel was sold out and we checked in late so probably bottom of barrel room. Even though sold out, hotel was pretty well run and well worth the price.

Checking in was super quick and easy. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Not the newest hotel, but very clean and well-kept. We only stayed one night since we were only there for a State Championship football game, but the beds were comfortable and we heard very little noise from the hall or outside the hotel. The hotel was very close to Universal Studios and Island of Adventure. The room was satisfactory! Paid extra for a fridge and microwave. Fridge was not working, but they replaced it by the end of the night. Very friendly desk clerks. Would stay again.

The hotel was overall satisfactory. It is in a great location and was clean. The major complaint I have about the hotel is the complimentary breakfast. The area was too small and too crowded. We were unable to get breakfast there at all, and had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

Nice hotel, not spectacular. it was clean, the staff was nice. I recommend this hotel.

The day manager Stephanie was very pleasant, helpfull & cooperative. Ditto with the night manager Debra. Made our one week stay exremely pleasant. The complimentary morning breakfast with toast, waffles, muffins, juice, fruits, coffee & tea were great. It is very close to the Universal Studios, Disneyland & other attractions, the 2 Premium Outlet malls, […] the huge Galleria Mall ( less than 10 mins. away with some Macy's & other high end stores). The Orlando airport is only one-half hour away. Was there during Dec. 11-19, 2011. Will return again definitely. Tony Mehr
