Very satisfied as good price for a large, clean, comfortable room.

I would recommend this hotel with no reservation. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. There was also a large walk-in shower and a large bathroom. The hotel can be hard to find because it's a turnoff where you then drive up a hill. But the location is lovely and you have a view across the mountains. We were very pleased with the hotel and the proximity of a nice restaurant that served huge portions! Motel was very clean and quiet. It was a little difficult to locate since we didn't at first see the Best Western sign among so many other billboards. But we would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

We stayed for one night for our anniversary. Our room was basic but very clean. The crisp white sheets and comforter were very nice and spa like. and pillows were very comfortable. Service at front desk was friendly and efficient. We did not get to use the pool because it was raining. I'd definitely reccomend this hotel to anyone looking for a good […] deal. So peaceful & quiet tucked back from traffic. Generous hot breakfast and Angus & Ale Grill on site with great ribs & shrimp dish. Huge room with pleasant furnishings & rich fluffy towels.

It's been a while since I've stayed at a Best Western, and my last stay was not the greatest (different state, different hotel). This Best Western exceeded my expectations and made me feel right at home. The room was very clean and comforable. The bed sheets we changed daily by maid service and the continental breakfast was a treat with make your own […] waffles and buiscuts and gravy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay and I would certainly book here again. It is very close to downtown Berkely Springs. Mehr

A very comfortable hotel with a good complimentary full breakfast, so convenient for early starts. Oh, and gorgeous views! But, be aware: the safety deposit boxes mentioned in the room folder description of facilities de not exist, the staff have no knowledge of them and there is no hotel safe either, to leave valuables.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel while we were in town for a wedding-- I really wish the staff from my hometown was as kind as this one! We arrived HOURS early and they allowed us to check in anyway, making sure the room was the next to be cleaned. The room was very clean and large-- making us feel right at home.

Rooms are clean, roomy. Mattresses are very comfortable, felt new. Make-it-yourself waffles with the complimentary breakfast a real plus. Take a queen room over king - one king room is next to the boiler, another is part of a business function suite. We had the latter and while it was fine, the business ambiance of the main room wasn't appealing. Motel […] is just outside of town, clean, convenient and a better deal than in-town fare. But be sure to take advantage of the Roman Baths and spring water at the state park downtown. Mehr
