I been going to this hotel for over a few times. Everything is good but this last trip they couldnt fix my hot water nor refund for the extra charge. I call my bank and it sucks cause it always take about 15 minutes to connect to the operator.

We chose this Hotel due to the pet policy and are so glad we did, There is a pet potty area at the far side of the parking lot complete with poop bags and trash can. the beds were very comfortable and the TV was easy to position to wherever we were in the room The Galleria is just across the street for ease of shopping.

We were unfamiliar with the neighborhood. While the location is convenient to Galleria shopping, the surrounding neighborhood appears to be lower income housing. The hotel is comfortably and playfully decorated. We had family staying in another room, and both rooms were clean and roomy. The bed was awesome, and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. We had […] trouble with the heating system. Our room remained cold, no matter how high we set the temperature. Four of us had breakfast in the restaurant. All meals were well prepared and tasty. Went around Christmas time, so I understand why service wasn't always in the best mood because no one likes to work around the holidays but it wasn't horrible by no means. The hotel was beautiful our room so comfy and homey. Ninth floor beautiful view of the city and the galleria right in walking distance. Food in the restaurant was yummy. This is one of the most beautiful yet affordable hotels in the Dallas/Galleria area! The ambiance was spectacular and the comfort of the room felt like home! The staff was remarkable!!! Just a few yards away from an entrance at the Galleria Mall. I WILL BE BACK!!!

I especially Loved the Crew on Valet and Kitchen Thumbs up to Pueblo, Cameron, ISREAL and marlo Lady cook is fantastic

We booked this room for our honeymoon. We were surprised with complimentary champagne (nice bottle), cheesecake, and chocolate-covered strawberries. It was all very nice.

Large clean and comfortable rooms, free high-speed wifi throughout with a business centre with free printing etc. Would recommend.

Hotel was just ok. I was quite surprised by the $18 daily self parking fee. There was no indication of that when I made the reservation. There was no fridge in the room, but was told that I could have one brought in. Had difficult time getting room service especially after hours. The pool was closed for two days for cleaning. Great hotel staff, exceeded all our expectations. Great location for our weekend shopping trip and plenty of nice restaurants nearby.

Our experience was great! Very Clean & very comfortable, with an awesome rate! The hotel staff was very helpful & friendly! We will definitely be staying here again! Out of all the places I've stayed in Dallas...Le Meridian was by far the best!

We had an excellent stay, clean room, nice bar area, & right across the street from the Galleria. Also, within walking distance of several nice restaurants, especially Maximo's! (great Mexican & drinks!)

The hotel was very nice and very clean. The decoration is unique and comforting. The only negative aspect of the stay was how late the check in time was and the parking fees.

Cool redesigned hotel next door to Dallas Galleria. Dining options is only drawback here. The hotel's only restaurant shares space with the hotel's bar and it's hard to enjoy a dinner if there is a lively crowd at the bar.

The hotel and room were great. Front Desk staff was slow, but fortunately only had to deal with them once. Valet/Bellman nice and friendly

I arrived at this hotel at 2:44 and was told that I had approximately 15 more minutes until check-in, which was fine. My family and I decided to go across the street to the mall for some shopping. We were gone about and hour and decided to go ahead and head back and check into our room. When I got there, I was directed to the manager, who informed me […] that my room, which was booked two months prior, had been given away. The he tried to make light of the situation by paying for a room at a much less nicer hotel. I have money so this did not make me feel any better :-/ THIS WAS THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER Mehr

I would give this hotel all 5s but the couch needed to be cleaned. It was cloth upholstery and it had an oder to it. I know that it must be hard to keep up wlth all the rooms in a hotel. Everything else was fantastic but I did not want to sit on the couch. The staff were nice and the location was fantastic.

This is a thoroughly nondescript hotel in a corporate area. It actually felt more like a large motel to me. All rooms open onto a 10-story high atrium, with the lobby, bar/restaurant and reception areas below. There is no skylight but instead a closed ceiling, giving the ill feeling of being penned in to an artificially lit space. My sister and I had a weekend together visiting our Dallas family. We stayed here and both were pleased. Our only inconvenience, if you would call it that, was the service was a little slow in the restaurant our second morning. We had to ask for items that should have been out and available in the buffet.

Staff was terrible with the exception of Barbara the bartender who was willing to do anything to make her guests happy. The rest of the staff was terrible. The worst part is that I left my jewelery in the room that was "never found", and the managment are pretty much doing nothing about it. There are way better hotels around!!!

The service is great and the rooms are always clean. This is definitely my favorite place to stay in the Galleria!

Overall I would recommend this hotel to others. The rooms are a great size (we stayed in a junior suite) and the location is good (20 mins to the airport, 20 mins to Downtown) with a great shopping Centre with a good variety of eateries (Luxe Café was fabulous). It was unfortunate the front desk staff were not a little more knowledgeable, for that […] would have really assisted in getting around Dallas without a car. The staff didn’t know which was the closest railway station and said there were no local buses. There were transport options available, with a bus that took us straight to downtown (for only $2 as opposed to $30 in a taxi) and it left from the shopping centre across the road. When we enquired what local activities were available, we were told Dallas doesn’t really have many leisure activities (which is fair enough given people generally stay there for business), however the week we were there the Texas state fair was on. Local knowledge was definitely lacking. We read the htl literature in the room and booked the Grapevine wine tour and visited the museum and made our way via bus and train to Fort Worth which was great (and was only $10). All in all, if you do not require suggestions for local activities, I would recommend this hotel. Mehr

Great hotel but Self Park is a ripoff. It's $18/day and it's essentially an uncovered, concrete parking lot outside. Be sure to factor this cost into your nightly rate.

We stayed at Le Meridien while in Dallas for a sporting event. The hotel was completely booked, and yet they were totally understaffed. Three times we asked for our car to be brought out of valet, and three times the request was either lost or ignored. We placed a room service order that came 30 minutes late, and were given a lame excuse as to the reason. […] Elevators were slow and often overcrowded. Basically, this is a nice building with very poor service. Mehr

Hotel has cold feeling-very, very modern decor. Room had scuffed walls and stained headboards. Not at all worth the price of the stay.

I took a one-day road trip with my Best Friend to North Dallas and I found this hotel on hotel.com. This hotel was nice. I loved the decor and the friendly-ness of the staff. Harold the Concierge is AMAZING and he is so very sweet and helpful. What I loved about this hotel the most is that we could pretty much walk to everything. The Galleria is literally […] 20 steps next to it. You can choose to pay $20 (a day) for self parking (which is come and go for as much as you want, per day) or you can pay $18 for valet. I choose to do the self parking option. We never ate at the restaurant inside the hotel but we heard ALOT of wonderful things about the food! We did order room service the next day and the breakfast was DELICIOUS !!! My only concern was the fact that because we checked in before 3, our room wasn't cleaned the way it should've been and the room smelled a little "musty." The lobby smelled fine but the rooms and floors as you walked by had a "musty" smell, so my best friend and I got some Febreeze plug-ins to kill the smell in our room. Other than that misfortune, I highly recommend this hotel !!! Mehr

Nice Hotel - save and except the front desk. Was traveling with a 5 month old and when i called the front desk for some ice since the ice machine on my floor did not work i was told to try some other floors. I asked the front desk if they had room service that could help me out and well that never happened. Eventually had to go to the bar and geto some […] ice. Mehr

This is a must visit for every traveler. The whole family were.pleased to stay at this modern abd great looking hotel. The decor is modern and functional. The suite is well designed with hi tech gadgets and confortable furniture. Spacious anf well kept bathroom as well as confortable beds and plenty of room in the suite for all 4 of us. Kids were thrilled […] to stay at such modern hotel. Hookups for their ipod and video games as well as plenty of space to sit down and read a book. Premises were located near highways and shopping. Self Parking is not free so you need to tag the cost of parking to the price of the room. Overall an excellent place to stay. Mehr

parking was a bit of a hassle...especially since we were not given the parking card when we first checked in

The hotel was a joke. We were there 5 nights and had to call down every day to get wash cloths. One day I mentioned it to the cleaning ladies. They put wash cloths in and removed the face towels. The halls were dirty and were only vacuumed after I mentioned it to the front desk. The bed had a duvet only on the bed, no top sheet. This meant that we had […] to turn the A/C down to sleep. There were no drawers in the room (it was a junior suite) only two shelves. I put my underware in the safe. Coffee service was not completely replenished each day. Coffee downstairs was over $4.00 and my wife had to get the waiter to get a refill. Self parking was very expensive - $18/day On the good side it was across the street from the Galleria. Mehr

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Meridian. The room was nicely appointed and roomy. The lobby and restaurant and very classy. One quibble: the parking was a little high for self-park ($19 a day).

Rooms were large, clean, and the location was convenient. The only surprise was the $18 overnight parking, but since we got the room at such a great rate I didn't get too upset. Would definitely stay there again.
