My wife and I were very pleased with the hotel. The bed in our room had adjustable comfort settings on both sides of the bed (King) which was very nice and definitely an added perk. We would definitely look at staying there again. Something to note is that they do not offer a complimentary continental breakfast. They do have a breakfast buffet, but […] we chose not to try it out. This was not a surprise to us, we knew before we booked that they didn't offer the free breakfast. This hotel has a bit of an odd location, but it is friendly, nicely appointed with a nice breakfast buffet. I found the highly-touted bed to be very hard and uncomfortable despite the so-called personalization feature of the mattress; but, the room was spacious with a great reading chair, ottoman and light.

Hotel was clean, bathroom tub had a stain on the wall. There was no front desk people and it wasn't even busy.

Excellent staff, great location for the money. I like it when the hotel doesn't try and give you the rut of the litter of rooms because you prepay at a discount website. First come, first serve is how it should be unless you are paying a premium price for a superior suite.

Nice, accessable to Mall of America (11 min. drive). Neat and clean. Ice machine was out on the floor, but that could happen anywhere.

This Hilton was not our regular one, but we found it better in the fact it offered breakfast. It was farther away from our restaurant up the road. We had to take the car there. Otherwise, our stay was great. Thank you to the woman in the breakfast area for great service.

This hotel was a great place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a clean comfortable nice place to stay.

The staff was awesome, the location fabulous! We really loved this hotel. What a deal for the money. Super clean and comfortable rooms. Quiet with very nice staff all the way around! Safe neighborhood and great parking! We will definitely put this on our return list!

I found this hotel is thus far my favorite in this area. I have stayed at 3 of the 5 in this cluster and like this one best based on the quality of the hotel compared to the others and the amenities. Now a breakfast was not included but is only $10 if you want it. There was a minifridge in our room and microwave so we were set. It is relatively close […] and affordable for conventions held in the Sheraton near by :) Mehr

This hotel offered an amazing breakfast, a decent size pool and hot tub and a fitness room. The room was very clean and the bathroom had nice new fixtures. The staff was also very friendly every day. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be booking there again!!

Clean and comfortable. We didn't spend much time in the room, but it was perfect for what we needed.

This is a nice hotel. I would have preferred a free breakfast with the room. This is the norm for a lot of hotels of this class. The front desk staff were OK. They seemed a little pre-occupied though when dealing with me.

This hotel was very comfortable and was an excellant stay. Everything worked as planned without any surprised.

I have now stayed 3 times at a Hilton Garden Inn, and I see no need to ever look anywhere else when I am traveling on business. The key point about this hotel chain: each property I have stayed at is the same, so I know what I am in for upon check in. What I love about this hotel: 1. Beds are great, with high quality linens 2. The TV's are flat screen […] and have all the channels you could want 3. The towels are high end 4. The breakfast buffet is $9.95, and is great for the price 5. USA Today is delivered to your door each morning. It ain't the NY Times, but, hey, I'll take it 6. There is 24-hour coffee service in the lobby 7. There are free cookies at the front desk every day (and they are super tasty). 8. There is a fitness center, where the treadmills actually work and are good quality (usually Life Fitness) Overall, I love this place Mehr

Staff was wonderful, food awesome and beds comfy. Pool is small and over chlorinated. Overall nice experience. Friendly shuttle to MOA.

Very nice clean room. Bed very comfy. Will definitely stay there again.

me and my wife stayed for two nights and absolutely loved it. they gave us a room on the top floor where there was a great view of the city. The room was very clean and looked great. the staff was also very friendly

This was a very nice hotel and we got a wonderful deal on it. It exceeded my expectations!

We selected this hotel for a girls get away to the Mall of America. Unfortunately it is located 8 miles away and the shuttle is unreliable. At 2 pm we were told that they would not make another run to the MOA until 630 pm because of the traffic (WHAT??!!). At 945 pm, after reserving a place on the last shuttle coming back from the MOA , three women […] were told that there was no more room on the shuttle and that we could not get on. We ended up having to take a taxi back to the hotel. The hotel paid for the taxi, and the property head manager eventually called us back and paid for our dinner one night, but we would not choose this hotel again because it was not convenient for the purpose of our visit to the area. They should not advertise that they have a shuttle that runs to and from the MOA all day if they shut it down for 4 hours in the middle of the day and you might end up not being able to get on the last one at 945 at night in 20 degree temperatures! The hotel was otherwise very nice, clean, in good repair, breakfast was great. One breakfast server was very rude. Mehr

It was very much a self-serve hotel, which was great. The hotel rooms were also clean with the towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, mouthwash, vanity kit, and shower caps provided. The staff was friendly.

Really nice hotel for price. Will be staying here again.

Check in service was great, i was told that in the morning there would be free breakfast drinks and any cold food. the room was great, the tv did not have a signal all night, so staring at the wall n ceiling was not much fun. Check out was ok until i walk uo and grab myself a glass of oj and i was told i have to pay a dollar, i said what? are u kidding, […] a dollar, i was told last night it was free, if i knew i had to pay a dollar for a 8oz glass of oj, i would have gone to mcdonalds instead and treated better even with a smile. so besides the tv not working all night and unprofessional service in the morning, i would try staying at a different hilton garden inn next time. The location was great, the room was very clean and nice. The convenience of a refridgerator and microwave were an added bonus. The best part was the AMAZING bed! It was beyond comfortable! I have never had such a good night's sleep in a hotel before. I'll go back just to sleep in those beds - until I can get one myself.

A friend and I were out of town celebrating her birthday and picked the Hilton Garden Inn for both the great price we got here on Hotels.com and the location. Check in was simple and the information they gave us on the shuttle service helpful. The second night we stayed we stopped at the desk to inquire about taxi service to downtown Minneapolis as […] we didn't want to drink and drive. The lady at the desk suggested we take the free shuttle to the MOA and then take the lightrail downtown. While we waited for the shuttle, we enjoyed a beverage at the little lounge right next to the checking counter. (My friend got a free drink for her b-day.) The shuttle driver, once learning of our final destination, decided to give a shuttle ride all the way downtown. :-) 1:30 am, I called down to the desk and got a late checkout time of 1:00 as we knew we weren't going to wake up early. Overall it was a great experience and we'll be happy to stay there again. Oh - and the sleep comfort beds - not real impressed but slept great the first night before trying to adjust the setting. I actually fell asleep with a beer in my hand. Mehr

My room was on the top (5th) floor of the Inn. The majority of the rooms along the hallway were non-smoking, however, the last 6 (3 on each side of hallway) were smoking. My room abutted one of the smokers. The hallway suffered from a very strong smell of smoke at all hours of the day and the room initially carried that scent, as well. After some time […] with the air handler on, though, the room cleared out and was fine. On the last day of a 3-day stay however, the adjacent room must have been rented to a large family of smokers or someone conducting a local bingo or poker game. My room was completely inundated. I was out all day and returned around midnight to find that clothes left in the room acquired the always enjoyable smell of stale smoke. The Inn should have dedicated the entire floor of that wing to either smoking or non-smoking and used the elevator banks to serve as the demarcation and buffer zone with the next wing. Mixing the two clearly does not work for anyone trying to remain non-smoking and stink-free. If you elect to stay in a non-smoking room, it is in your best interest to specifically ask to be AT LEAST two rooms down the hall from the smokers. Otherwise, pack your clothes in sealed plastic bags. Mehr

I stayed at this hotel as it was recommended by family members I was visiting, but it was delightful. My room was very comfy, the bathroom had lots of amenities and the bed was super. The hotel is in excellent condition, it must be new or had a very recent done-over. It has a lobby bar-snack area, whichit opens at 5PM; you can get drinks, beer and […] wine, as well as light to medium fare. The lobby is very nicely decorated, and was a great place to have a cocktail party. They have an airport shuttle which leaves every hour on the hour, be sure to make reservations, and although I left fairly early on a Saturday morning, they also had coffee set up in the lobby which was quite good. I ate a very light supper at the bar, which was tasty, but I also understand that there is a great steakhouse very close by - they will know the name - and there is alos an Olive Garden right up the street which you could walk to if you wished. I am not sure why someone would not give 5 starts. While I was at this hotel EVERYTHING was clean and went fine. Shuttles will take you to mall of America if you would like to go and you get free internet for your entire stay. Would tell anyone to stay here!

Super comfortable adjustable beds,great bed linens,clean . For our combo of romance and a conference nearby, this was ideal. We'll be back.

We stayed at this hotel the night before a flight and were very pleased with it. They offer free shuttle service to the Mall of America and the airport so it was perfect. The schedule only goes on the top of the hour for the airport though so we needed to go earlier than we wanted to but it was fine.
