The hotel is neat and clean but the furnishings(furniture, towels and televisions) are very outdated.

The staff was wonderful. They had directions printed for the guest to Bryson City for The Polar Express. The breakfast was wonderful it wasn't just a ordinary contintial breakfast. We will be staying there again. My 9 yr old loved the river and the indoor pool.

can anyhting be done to reduce the noise frim the room air conditioner -heater.

what a great and relaxing place to stay!. the patio overlooking the river was delightful.. the pool and hot tub were very nice. Great fo children with the pool and river to view and wade in. Would recommend!

While visiting family in Sylva we always try to stay at this hotel. Sometimes I fail to make the reservation early enough, as it is obviously a favorite to many.

This hotel was clean and had a beautiful view of the river and surrounding mountains, which is just what you want when you take a trip to the mountains! Don't forget to ask for a balcont room overlooking the river!

Our second floor room with a view of the Tuckaseegee River is the best way to go. The motel staff were more than helpful, always cheerful, always friendly. Very clean room. The location is great "base of operations" as historic Dillsboro and Bryson City are nearby. Close to Cherokee and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and all the attractions […] in between. Our stay at this hotel was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional and the room was fairly spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay at this hotel. We really enjoy it. It is clean! Beautiful at the riverfront terrace. It is strange how you get to the location but necessary to be by the river. It truly is a wonderful place to stay and was a good deal. Great place for Catamounts!

The room was very nice with a beautiful view. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I found nothing wrong with the hotel and will definitiely stay there again.

The hotel is located in a quiet area on the river.Rooms are very nice and clean.Enjoyed sitting out on the patio and watching the river,very peacefull.Not alot of things to do in Dillsboro,but plenty of towns within 15 miles.Will stay there again.

The room I was given was quite pleasant. It was decorated in a warm and welcoming style which served my needs for a bit of office space as well as a comfortable place to sleep. The hotel overall was very clean and well taken care of. I was able to have breakfast, which was quite sufficient, on the back deck area overlooking the river.

One of the beter Best Western we have visited. the accomodations were extremely good. The only complaint was that the staff were not knowledgeable in terms of directions. Also the private road was not listed on GPS nor were there signs on the adjacent road. The accommodations, however, were excellent. We would recommend and stay again.

Front desk was very friendly. The hotel was nice but not the best. It was not near anything. I was not happy with the location. The jacuzzi in the room was the best feature to me. I didn't like the decorations in the room, needs to be update. The bathroom was updated and nice. The sofa and chair was outdated. The view from the balcony was nice of the […] river. Really nice and quiet. Be sure to get a balcony room over looking the river. Very peaceful and secluded. Staff was very nice with absolutely no problems.
