Gutes Hotel, in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Wallstreet , am südlichsten Ende des Broadway. Sehr nette Bedienung. Enges aber sauberes Zimmer mit zwei Kingsize-Betten.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel. Das Zimmer war sauber, zweckmäßig und der Service freundlich und aufmerksam. In direkter Nähe befinden sich viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Stock Exchange, 9/11 Memorial, Trinity Church) und man erreicht 3 verschiedene Subway-Stationen innerhalb weniger Gehminuten. Außerdem die Fähre nach LongIsland bzw. den Anleger für die Boote zur Freiheitsstatue und Elis Island. Da an der Wallstreet Abends/ Nachts nicht ganz so viel los ist, kann man - für NYC-Verhältnisse - relativ ruhig schlafen, v.a. im Vergleich mit der Gegend rund um den TimesSquare usw. Ein kleines, aber feines, familiengeführtes (so schien es) Hotel, dass wir auf alle Fälle weiterempfehlen würden!

Hotel liegt phänomenal gut, die Gesamtanlage und der Service sind sehr gut. Allerdings hatte man uns zuerst ein viel zu kleines und stark verschmutztes Zimmer im 3. Geschoss mit dem Auslass der Großklimaanlage direkt vor dem Fenster angeboten (Lärm!), das war auch so nicht gebucht. Reklamation war aber sofort möglich und iwr bekamen ein anderes Zimmer, das dann sehr schön war.

The hotel room was good and the staff was very friendly. The Hotel offered a shuttle to the airport and the nearby mall. Breakfast was good. Location is horrible. I like the location - near airport and not as pricey as Manhattan hotels. Yet city is still accessible through hotel shuttle to/from airport and Metro. The only trouble I experienced was locating the shuttle pick-up point. It is at airport's upper level, yet the signs at the shuttle area do not indicate so. Service was good. Worker at the front desk was very helpful... Such as explained how to use the train service, she also explained how to get to destination n get back. She was very friendly and helped us out alot. Their breakfast that was offered was amazing as well :). Also including the shuttle service was great, helped us out alot. Perfectly fine for a short visit. Van to airport ran as scheduled. Our room was clean and comfortable. A wise choice if you have an early flight in ther morning and need transportation to the aiport. Van starts at 430am and continues every half hour. We had no issues other than the business center (really just a loft) the computers we couldn't log into. "Clean / Great Price"
Staff was great and I loved the unlimited free shuttle to the airport and to the subway. Anytime I needed to be picked up or taken to the subway they did it within 10 minutes. The rooms were very nice and clean, very quiet and free internet. The breakfast was free and great also. You can't beat it for the price. "Great Employees"
Room was clean, updated, spiffy. Front Staff (a man) was wonderful. Assisted with me my many questions. Breakfast: They just started serving pancakes on my morning there and they were bad. I had a bite of a pre manufactured cheese omlette (Yuck) Bite of Sausage (Yuck). Just ate a slice of whole wheat toast and took a coffee to go.

It went great! The shuttle picked us up by the mall, and we were also taken to the airport, the following morning, with no problems. I've heard of people criticizing the room size, but seriously, what are you doing in your room? Everything went well, and I felt the neighborhood was as safe as anywhere in NYC. I will definitely stay here, again.

This place was a big disappointment. Just needed a place to lie my head for a few hours from midnight to 6am during an extended layover, but these rooms were so cramped and extremely NOISY right next to the Long Island Expressway. Barely got a wink of sleep. Also the shuttle took 3 calls and 45mins to pick me up from the terminal...which ended up being […] a good 15-20min trip as well. "Get the less-noisy side"
I typically stay at Holiday Inn Express wherever I travel. Overall price and hotel comfort is decent. This hotel was disappointing only because it was older and mainly because it was right on the highway. So the noise from all the cars going by was frustrating. I'm a fan of Holiday Inn Express, because rooms are usually clean and breakfast is good or OK. This hotel might be rennovated recently, but they are not spacious, so breakfast area is tiny. But there are things for breakfast. The main reason why I stayed this hotel is 2 Queen Beds in a room with good price. There aren't many hotels have this room condition. We found this hotel met all of our expectations. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the continental breakfast was great and the price point was very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again!!

"Holiday Inn Express - LaGuardia"
While this was certainly not a luxury hotel, it was great value for the price. When our kids Tae Kwon Do tournaments take us to Queens College again, we would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again.!!!!
"Friendly service and shuttle service"
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had shuttle service from the subway and the airport. Airport shuttles leaves the hotel on the hour. The room was very cold and took quite a while to warm up after I put the heat on. This was a great hotel room and was reasonably priced for a NYC hotel room.

It was nice. The employees were nice, room was clean, and decor was up to date. By foot, it is a bit far from restaurants, stores, or anything recreational. about 1.5 mile from closes subway station. Shuttle bus willing to shuttle you to airport and nearby public transits. Overall nice place. Perfect if you are doing an overnight stay. I was so impressed with this hotel. The customer service was terrific and the room was spacious and clean. I have stayed in other Holiday Inn Expresses but this surpasses the others. I took my grandson to the airport by shuttle and then called and the shuttle brought me back to the hotel. This Holiday Inn Express was obviously setup for suttle service and since I drove, getting to the location was not easy. And the parking is quite limited. Checked in without problem, after they sent the shuttle service to Hertz to pick us up and a helpful receptionist got us in, after I asked for a room away from the highway. Had to take taxis to and fro for dinner, but I had already read about this - so OK. Very friendly staff, clean hallways and rooms. I was put on 1st floor and there was no windows in my room, except for a small one close to the ceiling that was plugged with an AC unit; but that is no issue as the surrounding area is pretty ugly anyway. Nice modern clean room. very surprised, quiet and nice beds. Free breakfast was a nice treat. We stayed in a Holiday Express near JFK and it was a 1 star at best and half the price. I would stay here again,For a night in the city was a great deal. Very happy with or short stay.

Great location for LGA travellers. Good service but there are no good restaurants closeby. Wireless internet and complimentary breakfast included was a good additional perk. The complimentary breakfast especially was not skimpy and was quite good.

Excellent time! Everything was wonderful at the hotel. The shuttle bus to and from the Airport and Subway was great. Everyone was so helpful.

The hotel was clean and convenient to the airport. The price was reasonable. Just a good hotel for the money. Caution- the aren't places to eat near. but staff were friendly and accomodations fine.

"Fine hotel - Shuttle was great"
I booked the hotel because of the free shuttle service and it was well worth it. Picked us up and dropped us off at LGA as well as the nearest Subway station. The hotel was right next to the highway so if you're bothered by noise this probably isn't the best choice. The room was fine. Spacious and clean.

We didn't realize the hotel shuttle would take us to a nearby subway stop and walked in the rain. The second day was much better and got all around NYC by subway and with google directions.

Although we had some white nuckles with a few of the shuttle bus drivers I would say this place is really accomodating. Back and forth to LaGuardia is no problem. They will also shuttle you to a nearby mega-mall that is really close to a subway for access into Manhattan, though it is at least 40minutes to get to mid-town. Breakfast was surprisingly […] good (much more than cold ceareal and coffee). Be sure to have some singles for the drivers and the housekeeping staff. Our double room on the 4th floor was nicely appointed, clean, and quiet, with no noise from the hall, adjacent rooms, or the multi-lane highway below. All of the staff, were courteous and helpful, from those behind the front desk to the cleaning people, to the woman staffing the complimentary breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. This buffet-style […] meal presented a choice of foods which included cereal, eggs, bacon, sausage, iced buns, juices and, of course, coffee/tea.
