Das Hotel ist gut geeignet, die erste Nacht nach der Ankunft in Miami zu verbringen. Leider hat der zugesicherte Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel erst nach zweimaligen Anruf im Hotel und einer halbstündlichen Wartezeit geklappt.

It was very comfortable with big rooms. Each room has two big beds and a big pull out sofa sleeper. I liked how there was a nice sitting room with desk and kitchenette separate from the beds area. The breakfast was nice and they had a lot of variety that they kept refilling. The rooms were quiet. There were no restaurants or anything close to the hotel […] but they did have a shuttle that took us to an awesome Cuban restaurant. The staff was very nice. Mehr

We chose this hotel because of the advertised proximity to the airport (our flight out of town was at 6 am), but it was still a 15 minute drive to the rental car return, which was longer than expected. Otherwise, everything else was excellent: smooth check-in and -out, a spacious room with an office area and couch, very clean facilities, and even a […] passable pool. Only one complaint: whoever designed the bathrooms seriously miscalculated on the dimensions. Once you step inside the bathroom, you literally can't close the door without sandwiching yourself flat against the wall. It's a weird quirk for a room that was otherwise twice as big as it needed to be. Mehr

The room was great but one (of the two) elevators was broken. The complimentary breakfast wasn't bad just in a small area of the lobby. Overall, it was great for 1 night.

Hotel is convenient to the airport and there is a free shuttle back and forth. It is isolated. you cannot walk to anywhere. They do let you take the shuttle to a few local restaurants for free when they go back and forth to the airport. The hallways smelled damp as did the room. Got used to it, but if you are mold allergic, find another hotel. bathroom […] had not been adequately cleaned, especially the tub. was ok for one night but next year the night before our business cruise, i will go to another venue. Comfortable hotel, great staff, lousy location. When I think of staying in a suite I usually also think I am close to restaurants, maybe a bar or lounge at the hotel. This one had nothing. So we get into Miami late due to flight delays and then we have no dining options.

nice hotel clean comfortable disappointed that the shuttle was not available when our flight was delayed alson was told they would shuttle us to port free of charge and when we arrived was advise the charge would be 10.00 per person

we used this hotel twice, prior and after a cruise, their shuttle time was great both ways, they even provided shuttle service to restaurants close by, arrangements were made for a shuttle to the port and back to the hotel afterwards, hotel service was fantastic and staff very pleasant, will use this hotel again for a future cruise

This hotel was the best I have ever stayed in over the years. I consider this hotel to be 5star. YOU WONT REGRET STAYING HERE. Everything was perfect: the staff, condition, location, rooms and breakfast . THANK YOU SPRINGHILL SUITES MIAMI SOUTH....

They offered a nice Free breakfast every morning. The room was clean with a firm mattress, and hot shower.

EXPECTED A MORE COMFORTABLE BED AND CLOCK IN ROOM. ADEQUATE FOR ONE NIGHTS STAY. COMPLIMENTARY BREAKFAST WAS A PLUS AND ADEQUATE. NIGHT TRANSPORTATION DRIVER FROM AIRPORT WAS A BIT ABRUPT. MAYBE TIRED.

The breakfast was excellent. The pick up service at the airport was much too delayed. I waited about 45 min to an hour? that's a lot when we have been traveling a long way. Two of the three exercise machines are defective. Room was good, spacious

The hotel is convenient to the airport - but you must put in a call to the hotel to get a ride. If the shuttle is busy, you wait. There is only one time per hour to catch a ride back to the airport. So we ended up way early for our flight. Breakfast is served too late for most Sunday travelers to take advantage - so don't plan on eating if your flight […] is before 10 am. there are no restaurants nearby, so eat at the airport before you go or plan on waiting for the driver to be available to drive you to and from the restaurant. A great hotel, but the location from things to do in Miami or even South Beach will cost a cab ride of $25 or more.

No complaints at all. Staff was friendly and recommended a great restaraunt that they provided a complimentary shuttle for as well. We flew in and used the shuttle service from the airport. The driver helped us with our bags and was very courteous. Room was clean and facility was in great shape. Would definitely stay again.

One of the main reason for staying at a hotel by the airport is for the shuttle service provided. NO shuttle is provided after 11:00 p.m., even if your flight is delayed. It would have been nice to know that in advance; I would have chosen a hotel that provided 24-hour shuttle service.

it was very crowded when we stayed and only 1 elevator was working so there was a lot of waiting around...also breakfast items ran out quickly which they didn't replace and they had a hard time keeping up with coffee...they should have more staff on duty for fully booked nights so decent service can be provided to their guests since this hotel was not […] cheap. Not near any restaurant so we had to order take out. Fortunately it was delivered quickly and was good quality. Not really a safe area to go for a walk and nothing to see. The gym was too small and equipment (elliptical) not well maintained. Mehr

Room was spacious and immaculate in cleanliness. Breakfast was very good with large variety of itmes offered. I'll definitely stay again.

My family and i loved the hotel,stayed for 4days the breakfast was great my kids loved it so much!we are coming back,very clean room the TV we loved the only bad thing my kids and i got so sick,but my husband was fine.nothing to do with the hotel.Thank you we hope to come back soon.

It's was an enjoyable experience for my and myself. Our reiw was awesome to see the jets landing and taking off from the Miami Airport. We did not hear any sound from the jets either, that was another A plus for me.

The hotel should refrain from using bed sheets that have stains that can not be removed from washing. I was not pleased with the condition of the bed linens. The light in the bathroom is connected to the air vent which makes it very noisy when using the bathroom's light.

Huge room, free parking and WIFI, close to airport Small and unfriendly pool area, breakfast was made a mess (because of other guests!).

We arrived a little early to the Hotel after leaving a Cruise Ship. Walked into the SpringHill lobby at around 12 pm. Lobby was dirty, littered with trash from breakfast. Employee was in business center watching YouTube. Our room wasn't available, so they let us store our luggage behind the counter and leave. The attendant stated he would call me […] with an update and never did. When we returned, around 2pm, they still had no rooms available. So, we waited in the dirty breakfast center for another 40 minutes. Once, we got into our room, it was dirty. Stains on the Couch, Floor and Walls. Hairs on the bed as if the sheets hadn't been changed. I will not stay at these hotels again. Mehr

Hotel doesn't have restaurant in close proximity, but they would take you in a shuttle & drop you off. Other than that, it was a clean and comfortable place.

Be sure to call ahead for the shuttle or make other arrangements or else you will be standing outside looking for a van for your hotel that will not be there.

THIS HOTEL WAS UNDER RENOVATION SO THE LOBBY WAS A LITTLE MESSY, BUT NOT BAD.. MY ROOM WAS REALLY NICE. ON THE 7TH FLOOR, LOOKING OUT OVER THE WATER. I FOUND IT A LITTLE HARD TO EASILY FIND THE HOTEL. SIGNAGE WAS NOT VERY BIG AND NOTHING INDICATING YOU WERE GETTING CLOSE TO IT... ALL AND ALL A REAL GOOD VALUE FOR THE MONEY...

This hotel is going thru a remodel, so the lobby is under construction. The rooms have been complete and are GREAT. Although there are no places to eat right across the street, there are plenty of places within a mile of so. Great breakfast with eggs, sausage, and all kinds of other items each morning.

Great room, Great location, just 5 minutes from airport.

The hotel itself was ok, but there is nothing within walking distance. To the hotel's credit, they did have a couple of menus from restaurants who delivered.

We only stay at hotels by Marriott and this one was extremely nice - it was brand new and just minutes from the airport! They even drove my husband to get his hair cut & brought him back - awesome service!! We would definitely stay at this hotel again!!!

We were heading out to Jamaica so just needed a room in Miami overnight. The rooms at SpringHill Suites were nice, clean and quiet. I was suprised that the furniture seemed a little dated seeing that the hotel was only one year old. But since I was only staying one night, it wasn't a big deal. The only bad thing is it is not close to any restaurants […] so bring food or eat before you come. We were delayed in our arrival due to bad weather and had to order a pizza b/c no restaurants were in close range. Also make sure you are EARLY for the airport shuttle. We came down a minute early for the shuttle and it had already left!! They did call us a cab, which was great customer service. All in all, this hotel was a good value for the money. I'd definitely recommend it for a 1-2 night stay. Mehr

Although a bit tricky to find, we were very pleased with the overall experience. The rooms were clean, the complementary breakfast offered variety, the front desk was helpful, and free parking. The only downside was the lack of an onsite restaurant. The front desk did provide a map of the closest fast food/sit down facilities, and made the hotel shuttle […] available for transportation. Gostei muito do hotel. Achei o custo benefício bom. Minha viagem tinha um objetivo específico: compras.Sendo assim a localização foi excelente.Achei o quarto agradável, grande e limpeza boa. O café da manhã é cheio e não tem muitas opções, mas para o tipo de hotel e valor pago achei razoável! Apesar de ser bem perto do aeroporto não se ouve barulho […] de avião. buen hotel. limpio. cerca del aeropuerto. Lo unico malo es el asensor, es RE-LENTO!!. Deberian cambiarlo. El personal habla espanol lo que ayuida mucho

Ficamos muito satisfeitos com hotel que estava localizado próximo ao aeroporto e às lojas de bebês que queríamos visitar. O hotel também recebeu os produtos que comprei pela Amazon, cerca de 7 pacotes e deixou guardado por quase 1 semana até chegarmos. Equipe muito atenciosa e quarto grande e confortável.

Goed hotel nabij de luchthaven - gratis shuttle service - goed ontbijt - zeer vriendelijke bediening

Stanze grandi, pulite, silenziose, nuove con lavello, frigo e microonde, oltre che macchina x te/caffè. 15 minuti di auto da Ocean Drive, ottima qualità/prezzo. Solo un po' sacrificata la zona breakfast ma e' possibile recuperare cibo e bevande e fare colazione comodamente in camera. Anche il personale preposto x seguire la sala x la colazione, un po' […] lento e poco attento. Ma nel complesso, e' un posto straordinario dove stare anche per piu' giorni. Io con la mia famiglia (con bimba di 16 mesi), sono stata 4 notti. Mehr

Wil je een mooie kamer vlakbij het vliegveld van Miami International, dan is dit een aanrader. Ga ook zeker eens eten bij 94th airo sqaodron restaurant. De shuttle service van het hotel brengt je er gratis naar toe. Het ontbijt buffet is goed verzorgt, maar rommelig.
