Didn't end up staying. this was the same with several other people who had made bookings. The place is a DUMP! And a FILTHY one at that!!!

Two small roaches in the sink....dirty washcloths left over from previous guest hanging over the shower curtain...front office person directed me to the wrong side of the building when I asked where my room was...safety lock would not engage...peep hole was a foot over my head...overall it felt very dirty and unsafe. I will NEVER stay there again.

No coffee or hair dryer in room. Small rooms, didn't appear clean, but maybe was just old.

As soon as I showed my reservation papers to get my room, the women told me there were no rooms available. She offered me to go to another Sun Suites Hotel. I didn't want to since it was getting dark and bad weather. I ended up taking an old room that wasn't clean. The beds were undone, no towels, dirty towels were all over the floor in the shower. […] I asked for clean towels and toilet paper which I got an hour later. This is the second time this happened to me. It seems the hotels don't like resevations thru Hotels.Com because it's a cheaper price. I would like to know where can I file a complaint. Mehr

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The service is poor an the people who work there is rude. My family came in late that night an when they got to the hotel. The key to my children room would not work and there was no one in the office. If u need a hotel bypass this one please.

Employees were NOT friendly or helpful. The room was dirty. There was roaches. Very noisey.

There was nobody there to check me in or even answer the phone after hours. IT seems after 8pm the front desk person goes home and noone answers the call. if you are planning on a late check in it would be best to call ahead and verify if someone would be on duty

I have never seen anything like this in my life, the stink was so bad....look like someone been laying in the bed already. The clerk give me three rooms to look at and they all were horriable, so I will never recommend this place not even a dog can stay here....

Soap and bathroom tissue was rationed here. Very stingy here. Don't stay too long here otherwise go out and buy own supplies. Oh and they now have a policy of charging for clean replacement towels.

We were treated with rudeness at the desk. When we requested the channel of the major TV stations, we were told "we don't get CBS". Wrong. The request for a wake-up call didn't result in a call. The bathroom had a crumbling cabinet (flooded?). The bed was awful. The usual "full" kitchen lacked pots or cooking utensils or coffee materials. The non-smoking […] room smelled of smoke. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way. Guess that's enough. Mehr

The hotel rooms were filthy. I asked to change room and that was filthy too. It was so bad that we went to look for another hotel in the area.

Roaches, badly damaged iron and ironing board, no toilet paper in the room...guest looked like they were on drugs. Overall this hotel was ghetto!!!! Customer service was nice tho..

The price may be cheap but so is the room! The room is extremely tiny and the rooms are not kept up as far as maintenance. You can hear every noise outside and in neighboring rooms.

Never check into this one....awful service...ugly rooms..nothing good about it

This was nicer than expected for the price. I would recommend it to friends.

Have stayed at this hotel over a dozen times for the low price. The room was clean as usual, but this time housekeeping forgot to replace the dishes, etc., soap, & shower curtain. So, I showered without the curtain anyways, because didn't want to wait for late night service, which usually is via the night security guard. Otherwise the standard microwave, […] good sized refrigerator, stove, and kitchen ware are a plus. Mehr

The Hotel is in an excelent location, but the AC dint work on the room, the bed had a broken leg, the carpets where dirty and the sheets had stain. I talk to the front desk and was told i couldnt get another room but i could receive my money back and stay in a diffrent hotel. room had a smell, the towels were dirty n folded sa if it was clean, i had to swtich rooms because the shower was broken, this motel needs major improvement.

I arrived @ midnight and the Desk attendant was extremely polite & helpful.

We have to stay because the location.

Basically, it was just a place to sleep. The towels and bedsheets are changed only twice a week. If you want or need more than one or two towels, you can ask the desk for more but there is an extra charge. I was not impressed. The towels did not appear to be very clean from the moment I first arrived. I would not recommend this place for a stay longer […] than one night. Mehr

Leak in the bath tub which soaked the floor. Didn't like the windows- if the curtains were open from the inside, everyone could view inside; would be best if there were a sreen on the outide where no one could get a clear view inside.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days and didn't get housekeeping service. According to the sign posted in the bathroom, service is based on a weekly or monthly stay. I had to go out and purchase extra towels. There was a "nominal fee" to exchange towels at the front desk. The room was equipped with everything for a nice stay, they just need to improve […] on the housekeeping portion of the business. Mehr

The room and hotel itself was great. The price was very affordable. I recommend this hotel for any vacation or weekend getaway to everybody. With the full kitchen in the room, think about all the money you will save just from cooking your food instead eating out during the whole trip.

En typisk amerikanskt motell. Dock så måste jag säga att servicen var inte speciellt bra. Tror inte tjejen bakom disken sa ett ord till mig när jag checkade in. Diverse småkryp i rummet.
