Unfortunately our experience with this particular hotel was not a good one. The night staff was completely rude. And the room not very clean.

Spray for bugs. And if you are an extended stay hotel with a kitchen. Pots and pans in the room

Had to ask for a different room because the A/C didn't work. Next room worked, sorta. Took 3 hours for the room to cool to 70 deg First room had a full trash can. Reserved a non smoking room and when I got there none available, worst smelling room ever... They apparently never clean. Watched a bug walk across the bathroom floor. After half a bottle […] of febreeze checked the non existent a/C filter and found a total lack of maintenance. Please dont Mehr

In need of some major overhaul renovations. The dank smell seems to be coming from the walls and the toilet had come unattached from the wall. In the 4 days we spent here, never once did a cleaning service stop by. Never got a fresh towel or restock the toilet paper. Also, is in need for some extermination service. We encountered many creepy crawlies […] even in the beds. On the up side, it is located quite conveniently. The movie theater is practically across the street, many dining options within walking distance, "back roads" to the shopping area right behind, and the bowling alley/arcade right up the street. The hotel is run down so the construction is needed. The staff was very helpfull and made the stay as pleasant as they could.

If you can lower your standards a bit, the place it works out great. If you can't I would choose a different place to stay in Cumming. All in all it was an OK place to stay!

For the price it was ok. Although I had to go to office to replenish toilet tissue and coffee. As the maids forgot to replenish it in the room. The bed and pillows are not very comfortable. Would not want to stay for an extended visit. My back would never survive it.

Nice place to stay but mattress rock-hard.

We stay here often since we like the Summit which is within walking distance. Very near other restaurants and good shopping

Great staff. Internet never did work. Nice place to eat in front of hotel. Good hotel for guys traveling. Nothing spectacular. Good price.

Okay for the price, just make sure you bring shampoo, iron and coffee! They don't supply that apparently. Other than that it was an okay experience.

The facility was in good repair and was clean.The staff was pleasant.There was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee packets.I would stay here again.

I thought the room was nice and the kitchenette had everything in it. For the money, this motel was well worth it!!! I would stay there again. As a matter of fact I will be staying there on my next business trip to cumming.

No soap anywhere on the premises. An incredible concept...washing and/or showering without any soap! Good luck with that.

The room we had was nice and clean. It had a kicthenette for cooking and fridge for food. The staff was friendly. There was a number of restaurants and shopping near the Motel and it ws just minutes to downtown Cumming. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel for the money; nothing fancy, but clean and neat. Safety always a concern, but have had no problems; hotel has security monitoring cameras. Plus is Summits Wayside Tavern nearby.

It was the cheapest motel at the time and that is the main reason we selected it. The bathroom specifically needed repair and cleaning...roaches. No iron in the room which would have been a great plus since my clothes could have used a pressing. We stayed 3 days and our sheets were never changed and no one even asked us if we like them changed. I had […] to ask for more towels because again no one inquired about our needs. I thought for the money the stay was just fine. I did get some air freshener because it smelled a little like my no smoking room used to be a smoking room.
