I had a great stay at this hotel. It's about 10 min away from anywhere one would like to visit in Springfield. The room was very clean and maintained. It had great amenities and located to a variety of restaurants and places to shop nearby. It was good except we had to leave at 6am and exspected to have breakfast and the weekends it started at 7:30, so we had to find a place for breakfast.

Rooms have a full kitchen complete with dishes, dishwasher and pots and pans. This was not listed on the website and was the best part. The only not so great part was the bed was not so comfortable. Everything else was as we expected.

We loved the 2 bedroom suite, it was great for staying with our kids, but having some privacy. This was a very nice place to stay, great breakfast, friendly staff, and they even had a window scraper to lend in the middle of a huge snowstorm! it's a little out of the way if you want to see the downtown sites, but not terrible, just a few minutes out […] of the way. I think the rooms need some updating. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable and the miniature pillows were annoying. I would rather have four regular sized pillows than the six little pillows.

I liked the room for what I needed. I was not expecting a 4 star hotell and merely needed the space so I was happy.

Wall sound barrier are to thin. My girlfriend and I had to call the front desk multiple times due to the loud neighbors.

what my room lacked. the front desk more than made up for.. spider webs in window corner. no bathroom vent/fan. important with kids.bad lighting in bathroom. otherwise very nice.

I was very disappointed with breakfast, no bacon or sausage. Too large for sleeping overnight. Without the kitchen, we could have saved some money.

Staff is very accommodating. Breakfast was very good. Pool and spa area wonderful for kids. Rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel is getting a bit aged, but still nice.

Nice hotel, but it's in the middle of no where. Our room was big and comfortable, but the furnace is in a closet and it was vibrating and noisy all night. We did not call and complain, because we didn't want to switch rooms.

We have stayed at Staybridge once before and didn't think twice about where we wanted to stay this time. The bed was very comfy and even the pull-out couch had comfort. Very unimpressed with attitude of clerk at original hotel Baymont INN. Original confirmation at Baymont was screwed up even though it was confirmed. Baymont blamed Hotels.com & Hotels.com blammed Baymont for original screwed up reservation. Whoever was at fault, I was impressed with the reaction of Hotels.com to accomodate my family by reserving a very […] nice room elsewhere at no additional cost. I would use Staybridge & hotels.com again, but I will stay away from all Baymonts in the future. I would not recommend Baymont to anyone based on my experience with them. Mehr

This hotel was a nice design for suites with 2 rooms, had a nice breakfast with friendly staff in the dining facility. It was convenient to the intestate and other areas to visit. Close to a big grocery store. But - furniture was a bit beaten up and had a few holes. Curtain rod in shower area was ready to fall off wall and lock on door lose and missing […] screws. there were dirty spots on the walls and the beds were the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. This hotel has smoking rooms right next to non-smoking rooms so the hallways always smelled like smoke, especially by the elevator which was very annoying. Also the hotel was cheaply built with the carpet coming up and lots of "nail-pops" in the room. The walls are thin and it was very easy to hear people in other rooms and in the hallway.
