Clean room. Full breakfast for free. Only problem was the hall and doors were not very thick so could hear everything in hallway. It was not too busy, but keep in mind if traveling and staying there around a busy time or if you are a light sleeper. Small pillows too.

Pros: Hotel was in a convenient location just off Hwy17 near I-295. Price was good at around $55 per night. Hot breakfast was adequate. Hotel had a decent pool and had an exercise room. Wi-Fi was good and only dropped a couple of times over two days. Front desk staff were courteous. Cons: Room had a foul sweaty smell to it when the AC was not running. […] The AC/heater unit had a sensor that turned off the AC when nobody present, so we kept returning to a hot smelly room. I did not use the exercise room because it smelled really bad - so bad that it was terrible just walking down the hallway. Due to the plumbing our toilet made a hissing sound every time a guest in another room would flush. The sound would wake up my wife. Room had its TV remote missing and had to run down to get a replacement. They offered to bring one up but just got it myself. TVs in the room were basic non-HDTVs although the lobby had one. Breakfast was okay but slow to restock when busy. Eggs were powdered and inedible. Pancakes were pre-made frozen solid but microwaved nicely. Overall the rest of the food was decent (bagels, toast, cereal, milk, juices, sausage, bacon, etc.). Lastly, if you like cats this is the place for you! Several cats hang out at the dumpster and several of the guests (and maybe the hotel personnel) like to feed the cats leftovers. Mehr

The shower rod was broken and hung down so that The curtain would not close. Also when the iron was plugged in roaches ran out of it and while ironing roach poop ruined a dress shirt. i Will never stay again at a best western.

Hotels.com stated there was a hot tub at this hotel, but there actually was not. We were very disappointed. Free breakfast was good with many choices but lacked refilling products quicker.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Right off I-295/17. Free breakfast.

We checked in late and they had to upgrade us (for free!) to the executive suite. Room was comfortable, king bed was very comfortable and location to what we were doing was very convenient. Did not have to deal much with the staff but they were very friendly for the little interaction. Hot breakfast was wonderful (primary reason I chose this place) […] and filling. Great way to start the day! Would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in this area. We were here for a soccer tournament and we paid $30 less than the rest of the team at a nearby hotel. Mehr

near elevator was a mildew type of smell and hallway to room smelt old and stale. but the room smelt clean, everything was clean, sheets smelt and were clean. breakfast was a terrific deal for free, ckin lady was very nice...a great night rest.

This was a very nice hotel for us. We were there for our daughters wedding and this was centralized for our errands of what needed to be done. It also saved us money so we could afford the wedding.

My stay was just ok, the bathroom ceiling was torn, and also had mold on it. the bed covers were sheet , thin blanket, and another sheet no down comforters. When house keeping clean the room they removed one of the sheets off the bed don't know what since that made. The tolet seat needed replacing it had a few scraches on it, also the lighting in the […] hallways are very dem. The hotel was in a great, and safe neighborhood. Mehr

The hotel does not have a room with 2 king beds and sofa as advertised - I booked this hotel because of that. The staff was very accommodating and rebooked me into a room with two queens and a sofa. Overall, nice stay and would recommend.

It was overall a good experience. The nearby interstate made for a noisy evening, but otherwise not major complaints.

For the price, the hotel room was quite spacious. The neighborhood was good. Close to places to eat, gas stations, etc. The free hot breakfast was an exceptional value. Coupled with free Wi-Fi, this Best Western was great. They even allowed me to extend my stay an extra day at the same rate. My wife & son enjoyed their stay was well. Great value for the price...decent breakfast as well. Friendly staff and very convenient to the 295 loop. Would def stay again the next time we are in town.

I'm always nervous about staying in a new chain. I was pleasantly surprised that hotel appeared to match the online description. The room was very large and clean. My only issues with it were roaches. Saw and killed thru in the one night we stayed there. Since the room was very clean it really didn't freak me out. Unfortunately they tend to co-exist […] in Florida. I was disappointed with the breakfast. Fortunately there were many choices but most of the food was cold or unappetizing. The cereal was the bomb! I was not expecting much so I wasn't disappointed. I would stay again in the future. Mehr

The one thing was there was a slight smell of glue in the room, maybe a resent repair. I didn't notice it after being in the room for a minute or more. All in all nice place.

Nice hotel and staff. Central to what we wanted. Coming back in March.

I was actually prepared to write a good review about this hotel until I saw the roach crawl across my room. My mother had a room down the hall and had complained of seeing roaches everyday that we were there. This is unsatisfactory.

Good price, and nice location next to NAS JAX. I have stayed there twice now and would recommend it. Free internet, comfy beds, friendly staff, and a decent breakfast in the morning.

Really liked the beds and the breakfast!

It`s just by the highway so do not expect anything surrounding the hotel. For the price and the included breakfast, it just cannot be beaten.

It was a last minute stay but the hotel staff was wonderful and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

The first room I had had a roach on the wall in the kitchenette area. I called the front desk and asked to have someone to come me up to kill it and to make sure there weren't more of them. Before anyone got there, I found that the temperature control knob on the AC/heater was broken off. I called back and asked for a different room. The clerk was good […] about it, and the 2nd room was ok. The rooms and hallways are in serious need of updating. The lobby and exterior are fine. The "gym" is very small. The one treadmill is older and loud, and one of the heart rate handles are broken off. The exercise bike seat has area where the upholstery is worn/broken off. There was trash on the floor of the gym, a dirty paper towel in the drink holder of the treadmill, no supply of paper towels and no regular towels, also no sanitary wipes or phone. When I mentioned this to the front desk clerk, he did go put towels in there. The breakfast was adequate. The location was convenient for me but I had a hard time finding the entrance. The room rate was acceptable. The front desk clerks were pleasant and helpful but do not recommend this hotel. Mehr

The room was very clean,the bed was comfortable,the towels was soft but the room was full of roaches.

Very nice stay. Had my inlaws with me and they assumed l had paid twice as much as l paid. That was a nice bonus. Bathroom fan was loud, but everything else was very nice. l will stay again if need arises.

Had a great stay after driving 9 hours it was very nice to just go in and check in without any problems. Will be staying here again. N

Was overall happy with service and cleaniness.
