Stayed 4 nights at this hotel not knowing what to expect. We had a family wedding to attend. But, we were very impress with the cleanliness and comfort of the beds and quietness of their AC unit. For the most part, every thing was fine. I would stay there again. Two gripes, No computer for clients and no Do Not Disturb signs for the door. In an area where there isn't much affordable around, this place is extremely affordable. The room was simple, but very clean. There wasn't any coffee put out at the breakfast bar at 5am, as I was told there would be, but there was coffee in the room. We were in Norwich on the recommendation of a friend who told us about the car museum. It was amazing and interesting for anyone. Personnel were very courteous and attentive. Hotel was clean. The only problem was one of our rooms (207) must have been freshly painted and the paint odor lingered. We needed to open windows to air out. In the same room the clock radio alarm went off at midnight frightening guest and causing injury to her back when turning to shut it off so the children […] would not be frightened. The room only had two available electrical outlets, one of which was in the bathroom. My husband and I each had a laptop, phone and Kindle that needed to be charged. Having only 2 outlets made this difficult. I do not think this hotel is well-suited for individuals who need to work during their stay. The pre-printed channel guide provided in the room […] did not match the channels we actually got on the TV. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept well. The continental breakfast was also better than expected. The hotel offered Otis Spunkmeyer muffins and bagels, plus oatmeal, cereal, juice and toast.
