Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis Leistung haben sehr gut gepasst. Auch der Flughafentransfer des Hotels hat gut funktioniert.

War für 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, im viktorianischen Stil erbauten Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist eine Augenweide. Restaurant ("The English Grill") ist zwar teuer aber sehr gut. Die Bar ist recht klein, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl, auch wegen der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende, welche in Downtown bleiben wollen, hervorragend. Wenn ich wieder in Louisville bin, werde ich mit SIcherheit auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen.

Spacious atrium, enjoyable comlimentary breakfasts and happy hours, spotless rooms, generous pool/hot tub/rec room facilities, nearby miles of paved trails all made for a very enjoyable weekend.

I liked where this Hotel is located cause it is close to the mall and they have a free breakfast buffet
"Beautiful hotel"
The hotel was super clean, the hotel staff was very accomodating, the breakfast was great. About 20 minutes from downtown Louisville. Would definitely stay here again.

"Good alternative to downtown"
Pricing was much more reasonable than downtown hotels, and much nicer. Had a meeting at a business that was outside of downtown area, so this was a great choice to avoid morning traffic and enjoy wide variety of decent restaurants. Great value, especially given the excellent happy hour offerings and above average dinner menu. Just don't wait too long, […] like I did, to go downstairs for breakfast because they shut it down punctually as advertised. Mehr

Front desk staff super nice. Nick the bartender was very courteous and accommodating. I cannot remember a time when every single staff person with whom I had contact was so overly pleasant and service-oriented. Nice surprise.

Check-in was quick....Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful. Room was very clean and plenty of room. Breakfast served in the morning are quite good. We always enjoy are stay at this hotel and will continue to use this hotel when we visit Louisville.

the hotel management was very nice, rooms were very clean/comfortable, internet connection worked great (never wen't out once), breakfast was amazing every morning with made to order omlets. the only downfalls were that.... -they were undergoing renovations on the pool, hot tub, and workout facility. so they were all closed the entire weekend. -they […] had their "annual fire alarm test" going on for 2 hours straight from 10am to 12pm. we tried to ignore it, but there was nothing that could make it better. -we received no email forewarning us about the pool or fire alarm testing. which would've been greatly appreciated. all in all, it was a wonderful hotel and i will deffinetly stay there again. but will probably call to make sure theres no renovations or testing going on first. :) Mehr

"Excellent hotel from top to bottom!"
We were at the hotel to celebrate Christmas with family from 3 states. We couldn't have found a better place to do this. We arrived early and were giving our rooms immediatly. The rooms were all together and exceptionally clean and comfortable. The managers receptions offered every evening was a pleasant surprise and an added bonus. Add the excellent […] cook to order breakfast and it couldn't get much better. We will definatly be staying here anytime we are in Louisville from now on! Mehr

Check-in was a breeze....Staff was extremely courteous. Rooms were clean and large enough to have guests stop by. Breakfast is wonderful.The Cafe's food is quite good. I would most definitely stay there again. This was actually our second visit at this hotel and both times we were very pleased with our accomodations.

This was a wonderful Hotel to stay in. All of the staff were very friendly and efficient. The breakfast each morning was delicious and the chefs were always a nice way to start the day. The Manager's reception was also a nice touch. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet and we would definitely stay here again if we ever had the opportunity. "Nice Hotel, Unusual Location"
We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend, and it was extremely busy and crowded. The hotel entrance was not easy to find. You could see the hotel, but couldn't figure out how to get to it. I was a bit disappointed. The pool was quite small for a hotel of its size. Unsupervised kids running around the pool area and all over the hotel. Also, the complimentary […] breakfast was total choas. An approximate wait of 20 - 30 minutes if you wanted any kind of meat, potatoes, or made to order eggs. They did offer cold cereal, fruit, muffins, scrambled eggs, french toast, or biscuits and gravy buffet style. However, by the time we got to this food, most of it was gone and wasn't replenished. On a positive note, the rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would stay here again, but definitely not during a holiday weekend. Mehr

"Outstanding Hotel"
This was a great hotel. It was very clean, and if we needed anything we got it right away. Hotel staff was very nice and courtesy. The hotel breakfast is absoultley wonderful. It was served just how you ordered. All kinds of food items to choose from. I will definetly stay at this hotel again.
