it was nice, the only complaint is requested 1st floor room did not get it also ran out of milk and ketchup at 845 am way before the breakfast was over

Just needed to stay one night and didn't need much. This place was just ok. Jessica the night front desk clerk was sweet and nice and very helpful. She took care of myself and my Son with our needs. I forgot a razor and my son needed a comb. She supplied these for us with a smile. The room was ok. The air conditioner was garbage. The window wall paper […] was moldy and peeling away. Overall it was ok but not worth the price. $15 more and we could have stayed at the newer hotel next door. Mehr

Stayed for 1 night. Wasn't looking for top teer hotel, but do expect to be treated nicely. Went to our room and our room was occupied by someone else even though she gave us a key. Was happy that no one was in the room at the time. Went back to reseption desk and no appology in fact said nothing for 5 minutes just looked at her computer. Finally figured […] out they gave our room to someone else. Fine by us she gave us another room, but wanted to feel like she was doing something better for us since it was the staff's fault. Overall its not a bad hotel, but could be cleaner (especially the pool) and the staff could be trained in customer service 101. Mehr

Staff extremely nice, can't compliment enough. Rooms...dated with dirty/ stained carpet, beds firm with older bedding. Breakfast was horrible, junk food and rotting fruit. This is truly a "crash and burn" place if you are tired and can't make the extra mile to better hotel offerings. There are no drug stores within a 5 mile radius and the food surrounding […] is fast food only. Would look for another location that cost a bit more, it would be worth it. Mehr

The hotel rooms are very clean, however the rooms are very outdated. If you like the Elvis era you'll love the decor.

One of my sister's checked this hotel on the bed bug website and found it to be clean, so many members of our family checked in there for our sister's wedding. It was great. Very clean, and the continental breakfast made everything convenient. Condition of the parking lot surfaces require attention.many potholes. Too many dogs allowed in the hotel,we saw one guest with 4 dogs. Room flooring cleanliness was suspect. you must adverise the location as "dog friendly" .

Was close to the highway, the front desk staff was pleasant, but the room/bathroom were not very clean. Mold in the grout is always a bummer and worthy of bad rating....

Overall the hotel is a good choice for the money but would like them to 'retire' some of the bedding as we had some sheets with holes and tears and found them to be very thin. The pillows were much too soft, like sleeping without a pillow under your head. Staff was very friendly and helpful, always a big plus when traveling.

Hotel was fine. Checked out then found out the next day I was charged for room again after I already paid through hotels.com a month earlier and the funds were not forwarded. I was told due to a "glitch" in hotels.com computers. General Manager Ms. Jenkins was reversing charge and instead charged me again and argued that she didn't bank called her and […] 3 days later the charge has not been reversed. The hotel is exactly what it claims to be. Our room was clean, we got in and out quickly, and there was a light breakfast to get us started. Highly recommended if you're traveling along I-90 and need an overnight stop.

My non-smoking room reeked of smoke, and the paper thin walls let me hear my neighbor coughing and noise from the truck stop right accross the street all night long. Servicable at best.

First, let me say the hotel is very clean. That is very important. Second, the woman at the front desk when we checked in acted as though we should already know what we had to do with her and never smiled once. It wasn't as if she was rushed as we were the only ones there at the time. For some reason, every time we would return to the hotel late in […] the day to our rooms, the pass cards did not work and we had to go back down to the fron desk to have them re-instated. Terrible hassle and the apologized however, it kept happeing again and they had dirrerent reasons everytime.
