Very good service and rooms are great for family

We always stay here when we are in Orlando. We usually get the normal suite and have never had any complaints. This time we had more people so we chose the 3 bed/ 2 bath suite and were delighted when we walked in. Things were great until we went to bed... We chose the king size bed and I swear it was like someone dumped a bucket of beach sand in the […] bed- you know, that real fine, gritty, white sand. So we climbed out of bed and brushed what we could off and vowed to complain in the morning since it was so late. Another thing I need to add is that the weekend we went I was in a lot of pain and was getting ready to have back surgery in a few days so I wasn't moving around very well. I just didn't have the energy to go through the motions to complain that night.Ok, So the next morning we get up and I can barely walk.None of us slept well because of how hard the beds were. I really don't remember them being so hard before. Perhaps because we had the discounted suite? All I know is by day 2 I was in tears and hunched over from pain from these beds. As for the sand-we got that resolved. They were nice enough to comp us a night.They changed our sheets and we went off to the theme parks. That night when we got into bed can you believe there was sand AGAIN? We decided since it wasn't as much as the night before and we had already been comped a night to just let it go.We will probably give them another chance but if they screw up- we will be finding another "regular" vacation spot. We stayed here during our trip to Disney. It was a great size for 4 adults & 2 tweens. There was enough room that we weren't tripping on each other. The room was clean. We actually got to town a day before our reservations, but Andrew at the front desk was AWESOME! He got us in our room early! It was quiet. We originally booked a 3 bedroom suite at the Legacy resort Lake buena vista but when we arrived we were informed that they had no more rooms available for not clear reasons (overbooking??) and we were transferred at the Legacy Resort Orlando. This is much larger and with many more facilities but the location is less convenient. We had chosen the Legacy […] Resort Lake buona vista because at walking distance from a mall and several restaurants and Orlando funtickets (to get discount tickets) and also because on a nice street and location. At the Orlando Legacy one has to drive to get both to shops and to restaurants and the location is not charming at all. We complained about the changes to management and we were offered waiving of the resort daily fee and one extra night free so this was positive. The apartment was very large, clean and well provided. Be aware the resort has no restaurant and there is only a swimming pool bar close in the evening. Mehr

Tremendous location, very close to Disney, only couple of minutes drive. Excellent pool. Clean room, nice beds. Only issue with the suite doors connecting 2 rooms. They were so badly closing that we thought the neighbors were inside out apartment. We could literally see the other apartment. Talk about privacy? We did a little creative work by draping […] the door with a blanket and stacking pillows which made it normal again. A big downside, but the rest was really super, hence 4 stars. Mehr

I never imagined how this place looks like. this resort is totally awsome! i cannot say about the house! it is just PERFECT. and you can take a bus to disney just in front of the resort!!

GREAT SUITE! GREAT BARGAIN AND LOCATION. LOVED EVERYTHING BUT WOMEN IN GROUP FELT THE TUBS/ SHOWERS WERE HARD TO GET INTO AND USE. WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN.

Mediocre. Hasn't been updated in 20 years. Clean enough, just tired.

Thought we were getting a regular hotel room - wrong! We were pleasantly surprised with a full kitchen, living room, gorgeous master bedroom and huge bathroom. Definitely recommend.

Nice hotel located next to several stores/resturants with easy access. However the following occured: 1.) A mini suite is no joke. It is mini. 2.) advertised seperate shower and bath, not true in a mini suite. 3.) Water lines were crossed. Water would not stay hot. 4.) Sheets and blanket were not too short of sand paper. 5.) Hard mattress 6.) Heater […] was loud to the point of not worth using, just freeze. 7.) Mischarged my credit card. Unexpected $100.00 deposit turned into a 162.00 Charge, which after complaints twice, still hasn't been fixed. Other than that the room was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything there we needed. Some rooms are updated, some are VERY outdated. I had to switch rooms because the room I received was very unacceptable. The 2nd room was updated and appeared to be clean until my 2 year almost ate a giant cockroach. After some choice words with mangement they refunded the cost of my entire stay. I wouldn't have made such a big deal about the roach […] if this hadn't been my 2nd time having an insect issue at this resort. I stayed here June 2010 and my son who was then only 11 months almost got bitten by a spider! It's a pretty nice resort for the price, but they have to get their insect issue under control. Mehr

I love this hotel. I reserved one bedroom suite, really roomy, clean and well equiped. They have washer and drier in your own room. The bathroom was sparklng and the beds very confortable. My husband took me to the Legacy Resort for my birthday. The Resort had a musty smell. The door to the adjacent room had a light at the top. There were cracks on the side and top of the closet doors. When I looked through it, I could see a piece of equipment in the next room. This gave me a very uneasy feeling. Also, the curtain in the bedroom does […] not close tight around the window. I had to use my briefcase and shoe to hold it tight so no one could peek inside. The Resort is beautiful outside. If I find another Resort with two floors, (no elevators), I WILL NOT GO BACK TO THE LEGACY. Mehr

Hotel was not well maintained , pool area was unclean, bugs swimming in hotel pool.couldn't wait to check out, have visited Florida many times and this was the poorest example of hotel/ condo accommodation in this price range.

We had a great stay at the Legacy. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our suite was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in. We will definately return!

We enjoyed our stay at Legacy. We had 2 adults, 4 teenagers, and 2 smaller children. Everyone was impressed and comfortable. King bed in master, two doubles in second bedroom, pull-out bed in smaller den, and pull-out bed in larger living area. Whirlpool tub with shower in master bath and large tub/shower in the second bath. The pool area is small, […] but nice and plenty of space b/c this is not a huge complex. Maria at the check-in was very nice, and the lady working the bar at the pool was very friendly and helpful to let us know of all the ammenities of the resort. It does have a playground, tennis courts, and a grilling area all close by to the pool. Convenient and clean. Would stay here again. Mehr

6 of us had to keep washing bottom of our feet and the mens white socks were black.Little bugs in the bathroomscrawling.Air condioner vent has white mold in it .we complained, they came and cleaned but it didnt change anything, feet still got black [have pictures}Finally got a hold of manager was promised full refund, still calling expedia and manager […] been 8 days now.nothing as of today being resolvedManager never answers his phone Mehr

My husband and I chose this hotel because a close famiky member stayed there and spoke highly of the rooms and service. Needless to say my husband and I enciuntered the worse stay possible. It was noisy people next door with crying babies all day. And to top it all off we were given a lower grade room from which we paid for. We specifically requested […] a whirlpool spa room, but instead we were cheated out of our money, and nothing was done at all to accomodate our stay. Overall I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, based on our exprienced stay. Mehr

The resort was very well maintained. Only issue, check in and check out took 25 minutes each time. Other then that... very nice.

We were so happy and amazed how nice and clean this hotel was. I booked it for 10 people and everyone said they would stay here again. In fact I have it written down to call next year. We rented a 3 bedroom and 2 bath hotel room. We had a full kitchen which we used to cook everyday. Everybody stayed together, we had a blast. This is a very small condo complex with a very small pool and outdoor hot tub. It was very quiet inside the condo. The condos are in the process of being renovated. It was a great layout for our family and we picked this hotel/condo specifically for the loacation. Love this location!!

Friendly service. Quick response to any request. Nice location and close to Disney World Gate Entrance. Clean and comfortable. All the necessities one would need. Family of 4 adults and 2 children were comfortable in the 3 bedroom suite with full kitchen, dining and living room area. TV in each room was nice to have.

Ficamos eu e minha família no total de 8 pessoas, nesta casa. Recomendo a todos, local excelente, próximo a Disney downtown, ao Outlet Premier Vineland e da rodovia I4. No bairro tem vários supermercados, farmácias, restaurantes e fica próximo de tudo.

Durante dez dias hospedamos com a familia e amigos, total de sete pessoas. Sentimos seguros num local tranquilo e bem acomodados em dois apartamentos suites com banheiras de hidro, sala equipada e cozinha compelta, ainda maquina de lavar e secar. A única falha é que os serviços do hotel somente acontecem, quando solicitados para limpeza e reposição […] de material de higiene, mas quando solicitados, acontecem em tempo habil. Voltaremos. Buena Ubicacion para los que quieren ir al down town y disney parks ya que esta a solo minutos. Muy cerca tambien del outlet premiun... Personal muy atento (hablan español)... Salida rapida hacia la interstatal Turnpike (Nort-East)

El hotel es super bueno. Las habitaciones son amplias, limpias y confortables. Los alrededores del hotel son bonitos y su ubicacion es excelente.
