Das Hotel ist für die Lage und für unseren Zweck (Besuch der IAA) ideal gewesen. Sowohl ins Stadtzentrum als auch zur Messe waren es nicht mehr als 15 Minuten Fussweg. Das Hotel selbst ist halt ein Stadthotel mit kleinen Zimmern und sehr engem Flur/Aufgang. Die Zimmer selbst sind ausreichend eingerichtet nur die viel zu weiche Matratze können wir bemängeln. […] Das Frühstück war ok, man darf halt nicht zu viel erwarten. Negativ fanden wir die Lage im allgemeinen, direkt an einer Straßenbahnlinie, sowie vielen Kneipen und Bars usw. Unser Auto mussten wir zwischen mehren Erotiklokalitäten parken. Naja. Wer aber für ein zwei Nächte in Frankfurt ist und die Stadt erkunden möchte ist hier eigentlich gut aufgehoben. Mehr

Keine heisse Wasser am Morgen wegen Technische Problem !!! Fruhstuck nicht besonders (nur weisse Brot, nicht frisch)

Das Bad (Dusche)wies extremen Schimmelbefall auf.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral.Nah am Bahnhof und auch zu Zeil ist es nicht weit zu laufen.

The hotel was ideally situated for our purposes and close to the Central Station, the breakfast was also good with plenty of choice. Would def stay there again.

I stayed here in Comfort Hotel Frankfurt City Center for one night since I had to take train next day. The hotel is very clean and the location is easy to find. The bathroom is much better and bigger than I expected. Only one flaw is that the bed was too soft that my back a little hurt. The best thing about this hotel was the staff at the reception(a […] guy) was unbelivably kind and supportive. I made a stupid mistake(forgot to check out and left the hotel untli 3pm with a room key:( But he never blamed me and wasn't even angry at me. Very kindly helped me to check out!!!! very flexible.. Breakfast is also very nice though you need to eat a chinese restaurant next to the hotel..It was typical german breakfast with a good service!! I definitely recomend you this hotel..since it's cheap you can't expect much!! but I was surprised at the staff's kindness!!!:)) Mehr

very old, like a one Star level condition and bad surrounding except OK location. There is a free internet in room but signal not stable.

I and 5 friends of mine stayed in the hotel last week and were all very disappoined. The main reason was that everything was really dirty. There were hairs everywhere - even in the bathroom and on the bedsheets. Moreover the towels smelled very bad. Except the hotel cleanliness, I can say the the neighbourhood is unpleasant too. We needs a reasonable hotel to stay in one night, and this was perfect. Nothing fancy, but clean and well located. I took a taxi to the Frankfurt airport but could easily have gone by public transportation if I didn't have as much luggage. We asked for a quiet room on the back which was perfect. Would definitely recommend.

I was very pleased with the service of the staff, they were very helpful, the location was good and walk able. The rate came with a free breakfast which was very delicious as well.

It seems the rooms do not have air conditioning. On a hot day in Frankfurt it is next to impossible to stay in the room during the day.

The plus of the Hotel was a very good location in terms of just a walk to the train station and city centre. Very affordable and convenient except for a very poor Internet service in the rooms and lobby.

super nice night staff.afternoon great personality got me to go on the rhine day tour is was awsome. but my only comlaint was I had booked a late check out and I had a houskeeper knock on my door at 9am and there check out was not even till noon, and than again I had housekeeper knock again at around 11am not the best service. but rather than that  […] great Mehr

My friend and I were only in Frankfurt for 24 hours but this was a nice hotel. Really good location (although it is a few streets away from the red light district, so you should be careful at night), clean and very friendly/helpful staff. For a one night layover, it was ok. 3 minutes from sub/train station. Original room didn't have ac, but they moved us immediately. Really, really plain. No complaints though; we got exactly what we thought we were getting.

A nice hotel. Close to station. Loads of restaurants around.

We slept there for four nights and enjoyed it. The room and bath were very clean, the bed comfortable and we appreciated certain service add-ons, such as a personal safe, a oersonal water boiler with tea and coffee and the late check out time of 12:00 (which was even extended to 1pm when we asked). I would stay at this hotel again because it really is only a two minute walk from the main train station. It is also a very pleasant walk over a pedestrian foot bridge to the Stadel Museum and the Communication Museum. It is also within walking distance of the historic part of the city. The staff was very helpful with restaurant suggestions.

The hotel provided everything it advertised. Staff was very helpfull and spoke good english, and great recommendations which made my trip much easier. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Very small but well designed and immaculate rooms at a perfect location near the main RR station. Also not at all expensive.

After travelling from Glasgow to Frankfurt and not arriving at our hotel until 3am we were able to check in hassel free into a non smoking room. Although basic, the room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast buffet was from 6.30am-10am weekdays and until 10.30am on weekends so you arent rushed out of bed for it, and it's a good […] feed to get you off for the day. Minor issues with the hotel was when showering there was a smell of smoke, even though requested a non smoking room, and a large crack in the sink which was just unpleasent to look at. The Comfort Hotel Frankfurt City Centre was a perfectly pleasant hotel one block from the train station. The rooms were small compared to American hotels and motels but quite adequate none the less. The hotel staff was quite accommodationg. The hotel restaurant (Chinese) served up a buffet breakfast each morning. It was plain and simple. Again nothing […] special but it served my needs. The location was within easy walking distance to most of the sights of the city. I enjoyed strolling down to the river each day. Around the corner and directly in front of the Hauptbanof was a gaithering spot of sorts for the area's down and out (drug users, alcoholics, homeless) but I never felt threatened and never was the crowd large or out of control. 15 people or less. Personalet var hyggelige og serviceinnstilt. Passe avstand til både togstasjon og sentrum. Skuffet over frokosten. Vil anbefale og gå på et av bakeriene i nærheten, da hotellets frokostbuffét ble servert i kinaretauranten ved siden av. Veldig fornøyd med rommet. Badet var lite, men bra.

Mukavassa pikkuhotellissa palvelu on ystävällistä. Sijainti on lähellä keskusrautatieasemaa. Kävelymatkan päässä nähtävyyksiä ja ympäristössä lyhyella etaisyydellä useita hyviä ruokapaikkoja. Kiinalaisen/aasialaisen ruuan ystäville löytyy 50 metrin säteellä hyviä ravintoloita. Sisustukseltaa vaatimaton hotelli, mutta mukava.

Udemærket hotel, men slet ikke pengene værd (i hvert fald ikke, når priserne er sat højt som ved bogmessen)
