There was a good variety for the continental breakfast. The shower on the other hand was not the greatest. There was no water pressure coming through the shower as water was still coming out of the faucet, and the water wasn't draining properly and I showered in water up to my ankles.

The Hotel had a funky dirty socks smell to it on the main floor hallway. There was no elevator so you literally had to hold your breath from the main floor hallway to get to the stairwell to go to the 2nd floor. I had to switch rooms 3xs due to the fact that the heater wasnt working or the buttons for the heater was missing. The bathroom had mildew […] around the tub and the shower head didnt work properly so I couldnt take a shower. I will never go back to this hotel again even if they paid me... Mehr

The staff is helpfull, but ,because,of B U G S we had to leave the hotel as soon as we could

I have stayed at numerous Comfort Inns before and enjoyed it, hence why I made Comfort Inn my choice of lodging for that specific weekend. However upon arrival, my significant other and I became uneasy with the appearance of the hotel. We became utterly disgusted with the maintenance of the hotel inside. The halls and stairwell carried a heavy and unbearable […] scent. We proceeded to the room and were so unsatisfied, we immediately checked out. It was a waste of money and I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Admittedly, this experience has hindered my interest in staying at any Comfort Inn. Mehr

The hotel was not very neat. Our bathroom floor was dirty. I had to ask the cleaner to please go and clean it. I was disgusted by that. The breakfast room was very disorganized. I was not happy with this hotel at all and would not be staying at another Comfort Inn again.

I realize that this hotel is only a 2 star rating. On arival at front entrance the windows and entrance doors were filthy dirty, making me worried about the condition of the rooms. This hotel advertised rooms with 2 double bed and a sofa bed, which is what we needed. Upon arrival, which was too late to cancel, they had no such rooms avaliable. That […] was the only reason we picked this 2 star rated hotel. We were given a room with only one queen bed with sofa bed. I would NOT recomend this hotel to anyone. Mehr

The staff at this location were extremely unhelpful and unknowledgable. They gave us incorrect information or no info at all. THEY WEREN'T VERY PLEASANT. The exception to this was the lady that took care of the breakfast buffet. She was very kind.

For short stay what you need: 1-good bed 2-clean bathroom this hotel got them both. one problem: no public transport close to the hotel.

When I arrived the front desk staff was not welcoming and showed total disinterest. The room was to be a non smoking and it was very evident that people had smoked in it. The bathtub caulking had black mold all around the tub. To top all this off when I moved the hand towel a cockroach dropped out. As it was 9:30 at night I had little choice of staying […] or not. If you're looking for some place close to Black Creek this place is VERY close... The Breakfast was GREAT! and the room was clean but could use some updating... The price was a bit high but it was the cheapest in the area... they don't offer any amenities but the staff is very helpful and willing to show you great places to hang out and they are well […] versed in the area... overall, I would stay there again but some place closer to Toronto if your heading that way is the best idea... even if you have to pay more... the roads are CRAZY in that area and the less you need to drive the better.
