The hotel room was great for the price but the service was horrible. When I got there the desk clerk was in jeans and a t-shirt while a lady that I found out later was the manager was sitting on the couch playing on a laptop and not once made an attempt to assist me. On hotels.com the check out time said 12pm the next day the manager said it was 11am […] because the hotel was booked up. No apologize for the inconvience or anything. All I have to say is the hotel is nice but management needs a lot of work, no customer service Mehr

There is NOTHING near this hotel. If you are looking for a hotel that has restaurants, nightlife, ANYTHING near it that would require transportation then look somewhere else. The hotel has recently been renovated which is good, however it still has the same old TV's in it which weren't very good. Also, the bed decor looks nice but putting 4 small pillows […] on a queen sized bed to look nice makes for some really bad sleeping when your head barely fits on it. If you are considering this place for its hot breakfast, go somewhere else. First morning I got down there after 8 and it was pretty well picked over with NO ONE available to restock it. The second morning I was down there before 7 and the quality was horrible, no milk was available for cereal or coffee, the muffins tasted stale, the sausage was overcooked or freezer burnt but there was at least biscuits and an attendant there this time. However it's not a good sign when the attendant has someone bring in breakfast for her. I will not be staying here on my next trip to Houston that's for sure! Mehr

Toilet had not been cleaned in days, furniture so filthy that I had to cover with bath towels before using, no coffee cups in rooms, trash cans unemptied, room not made up during 2 night stay, excerise equipment completely inoperable, no coffee in breakfast area (for breakfast); desk clerk was also shuttle driver, leaving property unattended while delivering […] guest to airport-then had hard time finding correct departing terminals. I had a very early flight out of George Bush Intercontinental airport and this hotel was the perfect place to minimize the morning commute (it is only 5-10 minute drive from the car rental return). Spacious and clean room/suite but I was surprised that they didn't have any shampoo??? The reception staff was good and the price unbeatable.

I was not at all happy with the service and the room. First the person who came to pick me up at the airport was the only person working in the hotel,who was taking care of the guests in her absence if at all someone came in? then she got two citations from a cop for illegally entering the airport hotel shuttle area as the shuttle did not have any stickers […] and the lady didn't have the badge. This whole thing took 30-40 minutes and I was already running late for my interview. Then I asked the lady to call a cab that will take me to Ikea where the interview was. The cab guy showed up 20 minutess late..I asked the lady and she said she had called but he didn't come on time. she didn't have any other cab companies no!!!! she was so rude and unprofessional :-( I missed my flight that evening due to the delay in getting to the ikea and the interview starting late. when I called them from the airport to pick me up as I had missed my flight. They said the shuttle ran out of gas and therefore the asked me to take a cab. my only reason to book this hotel was that they had confirmed me over the phone that they have pickup and drop off facility. Apparently this hotel re-opened only a few months back and the room conditions were very bad. the phone at the reception had some problems therefore if you called them the receptionist could hear you but you couldn't hear her voice. I was instructed by the receptionist that if I dial her...I should keep talking even if I don't hear her. Mehr

This is a very nice hotel. It is clean and well maintained. There were a few things that we did not like. The phone and TV in our room did not work. This was not a big issue so we did not report it until the morning. Our biggest problem was the fire alarm ringing at 5:30 am. We drove to that hotel in order to get a good night sleep before our flight. […] That did not happen. I would stay there again because of how comfortable it was. Mehr

Recién remodelado, todo limpio, televisiones antiguas, colchones no cómodos, incluye desayuno (si a pan de barra frío y agua mezclada con jugo se le puede llamar desayuno). El personal no tiene experiencia y les es más sencillo decir "no" a ofrecer soluciones. Evítenlo de ser posible.
