Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines sehr lebendigen Markviertels, was nicht gleichbedeutend mit laut zu setzen ist. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten KLs sind fußläufig oder für wenige Ringgit per Taxi erreichbar. Zum Frühstück serviert man eher Landestypische Kost, ergänzt um kontinentale Elemente. Ausflüge können über einen kleinen Stand neben der Rezeption gebucht werden. Leider nur kostenpflichtiges WIFI verfügbar.

in Bukit Bintang gelegen, mit Monorail super zu erreichen, nahe zu Einkaufszentren und Restaurants aller Art - Bukit Bintang Walkway über den Straßen direkt zu den Twin Towers - einfach genial. Zu unserer Zeit nette Abendunterhaltung in der Hotel Lounge - hier stimmt Preis-/Leistung auf jeden Fall

die Lage direkt am KLCC ist super. Die U-Bahn hält fast vor der Tür. Die Zimmer sind dauber und in Ordnung; auch wenn das Mobiliar nicht mehr ganz neu ist. Wirklich störend finde ich die fehlende Schallisolierung der Fenster. Die einfache Verglasung dämpft den Strassenlärm kaum. Ansonsten Personal freundlich und Service incl. Frühstück gut.

It is dificult to find the hotel on foot. But the location is very good. Restaurants, shopping center and monorail station as well as Jalan Bintang are easy to reach on foot.

"Gute Lage"
Liegt in de nahe von Jalan Alor ein must fuer alle die Kuala Lumpur besuchen. War schoen viele mahlen in KL, meistens in Swiss Garden.
Ein super Hotel. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr zuvorkommend. Alles sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet übertraff meinen Erwartungen. Das Hotel liegt ein bisschen weg von den meisten Hotels ist aber denoch im Zentrum, die Monorailstation 5min entfernt. Werde das Hotel wieder wählen!
"Gute Lage und guter Service"
Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage, wir konnten vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Binnen Minuten waren wir bei Restaurants und Einkaufszentren. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet war beeindruckend. "Bin sehr zufrieden"
Das Hotel liegt sehr Zentral. Shopping Aera und Chinatown sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal tragen zum Wohlbefinden bei und geben dem Hotel einen speziellen Charme.

"Tolles Hotel"
Die sehr gute Lage des Hotels und das freundliche, hilfsbereite Personal, tragen dazu bei, dass der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr angenehm ist. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und eine Renovierung der Zimmer wäre wünschenswert. Trotz des alters ist es aber sehr sauber und gepflegt.

"Check - Out"
Keine Möglichkeit, sich bei einem späten Flug die Kleidung zu wechseln. Wir mussten uns in der Toilette der Empfangshalle umziehen !

Our stay was pleasant, hotel is nice, very good breakfast, rooms big and comfortable. We had though one problem, that had destroyed our mood, thats every second time the toilet won't flush………and they didn't worked to much to fix it.
"Avoid this DIRTY Hotel if you can ...."
Poor maintenance ... Old outdated rooms with filthy smell all around. Hotel needs massive refurbishment. Avoid this hotel at any cost.

Quite close to jalan alor, a street filled with local restaurants. Hotel is good, worthy of the price. Also tried some other locations in kl but bukit bintang area is definitely the best location for leisure.

"swiss hotel kuala lampur"
overall the hotel is good ,clean and quite just accross the road you got a supermarket a restaurant and local food stall.walking distance to the main road. Breakfast is very good everything fresh and lots of choice. internet free of charge and complimentary bottle of water.

Overall I am very satisfy with this hotel. The room is clean and the hotel is near Pudu Station which very convenience to the traveller.

"A good hotel for a short getaway"
Booked the family rooms for a weekend getaway. The 1st room we checked into was out of electric however, they’re pretty efficient in getting us a new room. Room is clean, however not much facilities are available in the hotel, the pool was really small and so was the Sauna Room & the gym. Washroom on level 3 (Gym/Pool area) wasn’t really well maintained, […] shower tap wasn’t working very well and cleanliness was not there. However, I’m glad the room’s toilet and the others are generally clean and well maintained. Breakfast services was not as good as compared to other 4stars hotel in KL, it’s a free sitting dining buffet in the restaurant and tables were left unclean even when guest have left. Food choice is ok for us since it’s only for 1day. The hotel was located in the middle of the shopping district(Bukit Bintang) / Chinatown hence it’s a walking distance to everywhere. Overall, it’s still a pleasant stay for a short getaway. Mehr
"Amazing"
Swiss Garden Hotel is reasonable and convnient hotel for families and honeymooners also. I enjoyed my stay and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was good tasty. the hotel is close to all the attraction which is needed to go to and also close to the LRT which you can travell to other places if you need and dont need for taxis

Cheap price but the rooms were old and not maintained with a lot of staining in the bathtub, shower curtains, etc. Nearby skytrain station (7 min walk) but on a very busy congested road, which had lots of road works, lots of cars and no proper pavements to walk on so if you are carrying any luggages - definitely a no. wouldnt recommend this hotel […] unless you are on a budget otherwise i would categorise this as a 3 star hotel only and definitely nothing more based on its maintenance and surrounding areas Mehr

"Good hotel for the price"
It was a good stay for two nights. Overall condition was good for the money. Only thing I noticed was there were visiable mold on bathtub caulking. It looked bad but other than that it was okay.

Shower curtains could be cleaner as there were unsightly stains especially at the bottom The extra single single bed for the third person in the room was saggy and I could feel the springs They serve a fairly nice breakfast except for the nasi lemak, which had stale nuts and anchovies. "Good hotel in central area of KL"
My wife and me had a good stay for 2 weeks at this hotel, it is 3rd time we use Swiss Garden. The hotel is very central located between Bukit Bintang and Chinatown and near Pudu Sentral bus station. Very good breakfast and good service. Twice we needed a plumber for small repair at toilet and each time it took less than 5 minutes from I phoned for service […] till the help was there - very good. "Overall Service of Hotel"
1. Inavailability of doorbell at the door makes it inconvenient for movement into the room. 2. Housekeeping takes long time to answer call. 3. On check out day call for bell hop did not turn up so got to struggle with luggages to lobby. 4. Overall, it is just okay only to stay in this hotel. Perhaps they can improve on the above remarks.

"An unpleasant place!"
Staff are rude. Sound insulation between rooms was very poor that you can hear people chatting next dooor. Windows have not been cleaned for a long time. Bath tub is dirty and old. Buffet breakfast is messy and feel like one is in refugee camps.

"Cool & Quiet"
Our family room was cool, quiet & comfortable - just what we needed at the end of our on the go holiday. The room was really dark to sleep in - lost track of time. The pool was small, but served it's purpose well - a must in boiling Kuala Lumpur!
"Stay Elsewhere"
Swiss Garden is middling, and barely. Mediocre rooms, the not-quite-where-you-really-want-to-be location, listless staff. This is a tourist hotel (not business) which means the staff doesn't expect you to return and treats you with that in mind. The worst was internet access which dates to circa 1999 even though the hotel was recently renovated. Signing […] on every day required a round of calls, the occasional visit by staff, rebooting the laptop, and checking in with their IT in the Philippines. Simply wanting to check email became an ordeal. The management no doubt feels it can save money by not installing Wi-Fi, but obviously has no qualms about making guests pay -- both in wasted time and money -- for inconvenient and painfully slow internet access. Since they won't spend the money and improve service, internet and otherwise, I'd advise you to spend your ringgit elsewhere. Mehr

Front desk not helpful at all! They let us wait for hours to check-in due to room mixed up. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the hotel, wait until you get inside. Look for a better one! Not this...

In the centre of the city close to Times square shopping. 15 min walk to KLCC (Petronas twin-towers) and Pavillion shopping. Cleaning-staff and bar/restaurant-staff very nice. The people in the reception a bit rude and posh...
