Great little hotel, staff very helpful, excellent location near Eiffel Tower and close to metro station for further exploring. Patisserie just doors away for breakfast. Three people in our group, worked out well as there was a vestibule area with a bed for privacy.

Staff was not so friendly. Otherwise hotel is ok. Nice location

Out standing! We travel a lot! Why not get a room within 2 blocks Of the Eiffel Tower! Of course it's not a 4 Star hotel but was clean and priced right Best location we had in our 17 days!

Excellent location, steps away from the Pont de l'Alma and only a few hundred meters from the Eiffel tower. Nice clean and -for Parisian standards- very spacious rooms. Friendly staff, free Wifi internet. I have stayed in many hotels in Paris but this one tops the list. I'll go back

Well I have stayed in many hotels during my world travles. I'm sorry to say that the hotel I stayied at this time which was posted as a 4 star hotel is no way a 4 star hotel!! At best its a 2 star hotel. If I would of known this ahead of time there would be no way that I would of picked this place for my first visit to Paris. The location was great, […] I think that was about the onlu good thing I can share with you at this time. You may want to check the ratings of the hotels you post before you offer them to the public. I will for sure use Hotel.com again, becuase you have always posted great rates & hotels in the past! Mehr

We had a great stay and would stay here again. The room was very clean and comfortable - also close to the Metro and Eiffel Tower. The only drawback was that even though our room was non-smoking, patrons would smoke in the hallway and the smoke would seep in under the door to our room.

The Best Western Derby Alma is a boutique hotel just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower. It is quite a distance from Gare d Nord, about 30 minutes by taxi. The hop-on-hop-off tour busses stop at Eiffell, so it is a good locations. Many small restaurants in the neighborhood, and a short walk to the river. Hotel is clean and up-to-date. A very well located hotel, which offered a safe and very cozy place to stay. Could walk to the station, city tour bus, the tower, the river, etc, etc. In a very safe and nice neighborhood. I was charged a 15 euros fee for internet, which I will dispute, as although the hotel offers free internet..... I still had to buy a card for using it..... Misleading.... […] And my final bill reflects a charge! Other than that, all was very good. Mehr

Great location. Easy access to public transit and tours. Fabulous restaurants within 2 blocks. We started our day with breakfast at "our" neighbourhood cafe. Hotel staff very helpful and pleasant. Small rooms but did not spend any time in room except to sleep. Will definitely return.

Good hotel - clean and in a fantastic location. Eiffell tower less that 5 mins walk away and some good restaurants / pattiseries practically next door. If you get chance do the Segway tour by fat tires whilst in paris - Great Fun, and the only way I have been able to get our teenager interested in a cultural tour!

Rates are too high for the small room. Front desk receptionist not very friendly and helpful. Breakfast rates at 18 euros per person is way too much.

The Derby Alma was conveniently located to the Eiffel Tower and two different tour bus lines as well as the metro transit system. There were shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was in a fantastic location and the neighbourhood was very nice. On the downside the beds were single pushed together and they kept sliding apart, not for the romantic!!! They did not refill in room fridge and coffee/tea stuff and plastic cups killed the image. On a final note, all the staff were very helpful but it wouldn't of hurt for […] the dark haired mid twenties non customer focused girl on reception to crack a smile once in a while :-( We had a great time and the hotel was worth it for the location and price. vi er positivt overrasket over hvor bra hotellet var, både i forhold til avstand til severdigheter og hyggelige ansatte. rommene var nydlige innredet, ingen støy på hotellet, og det var rent og ordentlig. Frokost ble kjøpt på bakeriet som lå rett ved siden av. Vi hadde utsikt til eiffel tårnet som lå 5 minutter i gåavstand. Supermarket lå bare ett kvartal […] unna, resturanter og cafe over alt.rommene har både kjøleskap og vannkoker, og ble daglig rengjort . vi skal bruke dette hotellet når vi skal til paris neste gang uten tvil. anbefales på det varmeste både om du skal ha med barn eller om du skal på romantisk ferie. O hotel é ótimo, com quarto confortável e bem equipado. Senti falta do café da manhã, que custaria 18 euros adicionais por pessoa. Para mim, o grande problema é que ele não fica tão próximo do metro. Dã pra ir andando, mas com malas, por exemplo, acho inviável. Mas fica bem pertinho da Torre Eiffel, principal ponto turistico de Paris.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé ! 10 min à pied de la Tour Eiffel et de l'arrêt du RER "Alma". C'est globalement propre. Même si la chambre n'était pas immense, elle était suffisamment grande. Je ne regrette que deux choses : le mastic de la baignoire noir à certains endroit ( ca ne coûte pas grand chose de le changer et ca fait quand même plus propre […] ) et les lumière de la baignoire qui s'éteignait au bout de dix minutes. Mais malgré ces deux détails je recommande vivement !! Encore un détail : le petit resto italien juste à côté est une merveille ! Mehr

L'hôtel est correcte et le prix est abordable. La situation de celui-ci est excellente. On peut facilement se déplacer vers la tours Eiffel, les Champs-Elysées, le musée de l'armée ainsi que le musée du Louvre à pied. Une station de métro est à 2 minutes à pied. L'hôtel est très bien situé.

エッフェル塔やメトロの駅も近く、便利な所でした。近くには多くのカフェがあり、フランスならではの雰囲気が味わえて立地は抜群でした。 従業員の方も、英語が喋れて不便は無かったです。 3日間滞在しましたが、掃除もコマ目にして頂き、清潔感がありました。

la collocazione dell'albergo e' ottima vicinissimo alla Torre Eiffel, praticamente dietro l'albergo, lo staff e' molto gentile e disponibile e le camere sono comode la familiare è composta da due camere comunicanti, ben arredate e pulite. Consigliato! ottimo hotel .

Nous recommandons cet hotel qui est bien placé, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie de qualité.

Bra hotell nær Eiffeltårnet, og metro-stasjon på Linje 12(?) som gir enkel transport til og fra flyplassene og Versailles.

Hotellet ligger meget sentralt i forhold til Eiffel tårnet og Champs-Elysées. Den sentrale beliggenheten var avgjørende for oss da vi kun skulle bo en natt i Paris. Slitent hotell og ikke et sted vi ville ha overnattet over flere netter. Neste gang blir det et annet hotell.
