Guter service und sehr freundlich an der Rezeption Schnell zum Flughafen mit dem shuttle

Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und das Hotel liegt in der nähe des Flughafen für eine übernachtung sicher ein sehr gutes Hotel, wenn Sie länger Ihn Phoenix bleiben wollen sollten Sie mehr ins Zentrum gehen.

I only needed a room for an overnight stay before reaching my destination and it was a very good choice. The shuttle arrived within 5 minutes after i called it and that's a good start if you have travelled already for over 12 hours and all you want is sleep. The room was really big and clean and it had all I needed for 1 night. The breakfast is simple […] but tasty, if you like pastries and oat meals. Two downsides: the aircon was too noisy so if you want to keep it on during the night you better have some earplugs with you and the night concierge guy was kind of unfriendly. This fit the bill of a basic hotel near the airport with a shuttle. We were coming in too late to stay with family or friends, and needed somewhere quick to stay. The room was clean, staff was very friendly, and given that this was an economy hotel, had everything we needed and then some. Given the same situation again, I'd be happy to stay here. We booked the motel based on ratings, and on location with shuttle to airport as we has an early flight out. The most I can say is that the shuttle was as promised. It runs hourly from 4 AM, but it is made very clear that it leaves on the hour and waits for no one. No coffee pot in the room, which with an early flight would have been wonderful. There […] was a breakfast with bagels and packaged rolls, coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby, available from 4 AM on.. Everything else was pretty much minimalistic. The evening person at the desk was less than cheerful, and after a week is Az we had been used to a little bit more friendliness. Won't recommend the place, and certainly won't think of staying there again. Mehr

Convenient to Airport. No nearby restaurants. You get what you pay for.

I was unsure after reading some of the reviews here, but this really is a great place for what it is... its not the Ritz, for sure. But if you need a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay for a night close to the airport, this is a great place to do it. We drove up to Phoenix, stayed the night here, parked our car for 4 days at the hotel (it is […] an extra $4/day but thats still half of what you'll pay at other off-airport parking), and took their free shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel itself is old, but it looks well-maintained and the room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was sparse, but most value hotel chain ones are. They had bagels and pastries, instant oatmeal, fruit, coffee, and juice. Overall, it was perfect for what we needed. Mehr

not the greatest part of town but close to downtown arena district. The hotel complex itself was well kept and felt safe. No fridge or micro and a lack of electrical outlets.

We were assigned a room that reeked of cigarette smoke and could not be moved as they were sold out. We had specifically requested a non smoking room.

Don't stay at this hotel if you expect to be able to work from your hotel room. The hotel is clean, I will give it that. But they need to pay for faster internet if they expect to draw any of the business crowd. I had to work one of the days that we stayed there, and it did NOT happen, because the internet was so slow I could not stay connected to my […] office back East. The room could have been a little cleaner and more up to date. The ceiling was bowed and cracked. The bed was comfortable.

The motel is very close to Phoenix airport and is just fine for a one night stay and very reasonable. However, it is in an "iffy" neighborhood. We stayed at this hotel at the start and end of our week in Arizona. On our last night a motorcycle club came in about 11:30 p.m. with their radio blasting and much revving of their motors. Management did try […] to quiet them down but we did not get much sleep before our early wake up call. Mehr

This motel was very close to the airport. I simply called about 1:00 am, when our plane landed, and the shuttle was waiting for us. The next morning we went back to the airport on the shuttle. It was all very smooth and very convenient for us.

The area is sketchy, lots of run down or closed motels, as one might expect so close to an airport but, the Econo Lodge worked for us. We had a very early flight the next morning and getting to the car return/airport was easy. The service was good. Keith at the desk was very helpful. We ate close by at the Bill Johnston's 'Big Apple' restaurant for […] a funky BBQ dinner - was a good local recommendation. Mehr

I made a last minute decision to go to Phoenix and need an inexpensive accommodation for just 1 night only. I will be staying with my friends when they fly in the next early morning. This place fit the bill. The rental car will be picked up by my friends. Given that I didn't drive, the free shuttle helped in the decision making process. Turned out […] it was better than I had anticipated. A little older motel, but clean and spacious. Breakfast is from 4-9am. I came into the breakfast room at 8:45am, and still plenty of edible, which I were impressed. I got myself a coffee and a package of mini muffin. I've stayed at other motel where I've paid for twice the price and the hotel even advertised free breakfast yet when we shown up, there were nothing. Overall, the my stayed echoed everyone's staying experience here. If I'm ever in town near Phoenix's airport, I will def. choose this place for the price and service. Mehr

Very convient to the Sky Airport with efficient shuttle service

The staff was vey helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the motel is fairly close to the airport. There are no close restuarants and the neihborhood is very commercial. The price was very reasonable and it worked well for an overnight place to sleep except that 8 Motorcycles were ther and they chose to rev up their "Hogs" at 3:30 AM!

Having lived in the Phoenix area I knew that the area where the Econo lodge is located is not a great neighborhood so it was no surprise. The manager and staff were very nice, helpful and effecient. The room we stayed in was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The motel has had some renovation done and is in pretty good shape. The motel itself has […] done a great job of securing the property. It was quiet and secure. I picked this place because it was convenient to the airport and I did not want to make a long morning drive in Phoenix traffic. For the money it suited me just fine. If I were a traveler not familiar with the area it would probably have caused me to have concerns. Mehr

For what I was looking for it was OK - cheap and near airport. The promised continental breakfast was a joke. The neighborhood bordered on scary. The room was clean and everything worked.

Basic, clean and convenient. Staff very helpful and shuttle service to airport reliable. Would recommend for overnight before early morning flight out of Phoenix.

I've stayed in the Econo Lodge in January 2012 for overnight (coming via Philadelphia from Zurich, CH). The service and rooms were good and the breakfast was ok for the "Flight-Pitstop". There is a free Shuttle from the airport to the lodge (on demand; by phone). On the next day back to the airport, the Shuttle comes every full hour to the lodge (so […] don't miss it, it is not coming back for You). There is WiFi Internet (ask at the reception access). The personnel is friendly and the surroundings are ok for an airport hotel (but not more). Mehr

Great place to stay if you're passing through PHX enroute elsewhere. Hotel lets you leave your car in their lot and free shuttle bus takes you and picks you up at Sky Harbor Airport. My only suggestion is that I'd love to see small refrigerators and coffee makers in the rooms. nice hotel, would s tay there again, only problem was the tv did not have even basic channels, only basic channels.
