"Modernes Hotel in sehr guter Lage von Boston"
Das Hotel ist bestens geeignet, um viele von Boston's Sehenswuerdigkeiten zu Fuss zu finden. Tolle Lage am Boston Common und nicht weit zu den Shops und Restaurants am Market, der Freedom Trail beginnt fast vor der Hoteltuer. Vom Flughafen mit der Metro bis Government Station und ca. 300 m zum Hotel ist sehr viel sparsamer als Taxi und auch mit Koffern […] kein Problem. Steaks im hauseigenen Steakhouse KO sind lecker, aber teuer. Das Fruehstueck wird in denselben Raeumen serviert und ist ebenfalls teuer. Die Zimmer sind wie das Hotel sehr modern, es gibt einen grossen Safe, insgesamt ist das Zimmer sehr dunkel gewesen, was aber dem Stil des Hauses entspricht. Die Klimaanlage ist etwas laut. "Sehr gute Ausstattung in zentraler Lage"
Der Blick aus dem 18. Stock war wunderbar. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und haben ein ansprechendes Design, das sich wohltuend vom gewöhnlichen Hotel-Einerlei abhebt. "Gute Lage, nettes hotel, der service koennte viel besser sei"
Das hotel liegt sehr zentral und ist auch sehr schoen. Das fruehstueck ist viel zu teuer( 2 streifen bacon zum ei fuer 5 $), ausserdem war der service nicht dem preis entsprechend. Ausserhalb des hotels kann man viel besser fruehstuecken zum halben preis. Von 4 naechten aufenthalt wurden 3 naechte direkt vor unserem zimmer nachts(bis 1:30 morgens!) […] wartungsarbeiten durchgefuehrt. Eigentlich schade dass dies den insgesamt guten eindruck des hotels ueberschattet. Sehr hilfsbereites Personal, insbesondere der Concierge hatte viele gute Tipps bereit und war sehr zuvorkommend. Sehr schönes, gut unterhaltenes Hotel, sauberes Zimmer und modernes Bad. Das Hotel ist ideal am Freedom Trail und in unmittelbarer Nähe einer U-Bahnstation gelegen. Nur der Check-In dauerte lange und die Receptionistin war ziemlich umständlich, […] weil sie offenbar das Zimmer nochmals ändern musste. Die erste Information lautete, dass das Zimmer noch nicht bezugsbereit sei (es war 15.30 Uhr!!). Doch dieser eher negative erste Eindruck wurde schnell wettgemacht. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. The hotel is in a convenient location, within walking distance of a number of attractions and amenities. The hotel rooms themselves are nice (although our TV did not work upon arrival and the toilet overflowed on the day of our departure). The free wine hour each night and coffee available in the morning is also a nice touch, as is free internet and […] a $10 mini bar voucher for members. The downsides are, however, this is a pet friendly hotel (being woken up by yapping dogs in the next room is not a great start to the day) and the location, while convenient, is in a part of town with a number of nearby fast food restaurants and pubs, which brings with it the associated downsides. Its great location near the Commons, the Opera House and downtown crossing shopping make it super convenient for a night at the ballet mixed with a bit of acquisition therapy. "ok stay, but not impressed"
Had tickets to book of Mormon and decided to have a nice weekend stay in Boston. Usually stay at the omni for events like these but decided to give nine-zero a try. Paid extra for the skyline view, but got a view of rusty air handling equipment. Granted, it was on the roof of the adjoining building and we didn't have a brick wall view, but not what […] I had in mind for a romantic skyline view. The hotel was lovely, the staff were attentive and all you expect from a hotel of this class. We only stayed for 1 night so had limited exposure to the amenities. Overall, for a grownup night out without kids, the nine-zero was a bit of a let down. "Fabulous Service, Fabulous Location"
The Nine Zero is the second Kimpton Hotel I've stayed at (the other one is the Allegro in Chicago). I went with two friends and we had a great time. Thomas, the concierge, was especially helpful and charming. The only drawback, and it is small, is the use of fabric curtains to decorate walls. These curtains are mainly by the elevators, and they are […] just weird-looking. But as I said, this is a small detail. Well apointed rooms; very clean and quiet. We were able to get around the city quite easily since it is located between two subway stations. We even took the subway from the airport to the hotel! The restaurant was only serving breakfast; it would have been a nice option to have dinner there too. "Enjoyable Stay"
I had an enjoyable experience at Nine Zero hotel. The staff was truly hospitable and friendly. They smiled often and were excited to be of service to me and my family. I initially booked this hotel for my parents-in-law to celebrate their 45th wedding anniversary in downtown Boston. They totally loved the staff and services that the hotel provided. […] When the hotel learned that it was their anniversary, they upgraded them to skylight view room and gave them complimentary fruits and other goodies. As a surprise to our parents my husband and two children traveled to Boston to spend their anniversary with them. The hotel was aware that we were coming and they helped us to pull the surprise off smoothly. Overall, I would gladly stay at this boutique hotel again because it's clean, staff is warm, location perfect and the price is affordable . Overall it was a good hotel, however did have some downsides, including: the bed was really soft so you could feel every movement another person made Toilet had a sliding door that didn't pull tight so you could hear everything happening in there (gross especially for those wanting a romantic weekend or traveling with new friends) Limited elevators […] so you had to wait a long time during busy periods The service, quality of staff and location were great and more than made up for the other shortcomings. "Great place to stay!!"
The staff was wonderful and seemed to be truly happy to work there. I was also very happy with the hotels location and very close proximity to everything. Join the Kipton rewards program to get $10 voucher for mini bar. The bed was awesomely comfortable and the pillows were divine!! My one and only complaint was that housekeeping came to the door at […] 830 saturday morning!! It is my fault for not putting up the privacy flag (we forgot) but still, just a little early for me. Came for a quick trip to Boston and looked at the best deal in Boston for the weekend. Was pleasantly surprised about the free coffee/cocoa in the mornings, wine reception in the evenings, and all the other little details they seemed to get just right. "Clean, comfortable room with great city view"

"Great and happy surprise"
Due to a power outage in suburban Boston we were required to seek shelter and warmth in Boston and were happy to find that our choice was an excellent one. The hotel staff is as friendly and interactive as any Ritz Carlton or Four Seasons. The bathrooms are roomy and stylish and the showers boast great water pressure. The fact that the hotel permits […] dogs was the pivotal factor in our decision and the staff and facilities were well equipped for our 110 pound dog. The morning coffee and tea service were excellent. The location is well suited to the Boston business traveler or tourist. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. "OK but would look elsewhere next time"
2 Australian girls around 30 years old doing a trip on the east coast of the USA. I was disappointed with the amount of natural light in this room which made us much less likely to want to spend time in the hotel. Also I understand this is a North American thing in hotel rooms, but a kettle, some mugs and some tea and coffee would make the room so much […] more comfortable. The staff however were very helpful and the general appearance of the hotel was excellent. I just think for the money that I would expect a better view from the room.
