Holiday Inn Express & Suites Crossville - Crossville

Very nice stay. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. The beds were clean and comfy and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast it offered a decent variety of food and drinks.

I booked a king suite and was suprised to find the bathroom could not accomodate 2 people. Amazing, their largest room has the smallest bathroom. A bathroom in a standard room is larger, and more importantly, it can accomadate 2 people standing at the single sink vanity. Why do motels assume only one person will be using the vanity sink? The front desk staff was prompt, courteous, and efficient in checking us into the hotel. The elevator was well lit and quick to come to whatever floor we were on. The continental breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. The food was plentiful, hot and delicious! There's not much around this hotel, but if you head one exit down the interstate, there are some restaurants and retail stores. Bonus: there are a couple wineries in the area, and on our visit there was a wine shop just over the bridge with some amazing peach wine. :) The hotel itself is new, clean, and well run. The room was clean,but there was an extreme musky smell...... which in turn caused sinus problem, which in turn led to not a good nights sleep either night.

Friendly service, clean room, good hot breakfast with many choices, very convenient to interstate.

I may have possibly overlooked that there wasn't a fridge in the room when booking, but was very suprised there wasn't. I stayed across the interstate for the same event last year, but this was $20/night cheaper and that was pretty much the only difference. The location was fine, good clean room, good breakfast. Yes, I would stay here again.

Near I-40, yet quiet inside. Clean, courteous, comfortable beds with choice of pillow firmness; breakfast was limited (no fruit and heavy on carbs); would return to this location.

Enjoyed stay in Crossville, visiting family, etc. Breakfast choices fine. Swimming pool cleaner than most pools. Only down item was getting dermititis by using lotion in room. Most of downtown has been upgraded and is looking better. The Art Circle Library is wonderful and the new Cumberland County Archives is moving forward. Meals at Cumberland Co. […] State Prk tasty. Business trip-Clean Hotel,Front desk clerk was nice.My only complaint is I like pillow top beds and these were not-other than that-I would recommend.As a matter of fact i will be booking this Hotel again later today.

This was the nicest hotel that we have ever stayed in, from the condition of the room to the people at the inn. We can't say enough about this hotel. Highly recommend

Outstanding motel-rooms and service were excellent. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly and informative (especially evening guy Jeff). The room cleaning team took the time to 'tuck in' our sons stuffed animals on the newly made bed. The pool and fitness room was clean and updated. We wished there was a small refrigerator for convenience, but other than that, our stay was great !

We were eagerly awaiting our stay at the Holiday Inn Express, and we were very dissappointed to say the least. We have stayed at other Holiday Inn Express locations and had been very pleased with the hotels in general, but this location falls far short of our expectations. When we first arrived, we were told that while they had our reservation, the […] payment was being denied, even though we had already paid through the web site. We had to call Hotels.com to get this straightened out, which was done in a relatively short period of time. The room itself was just ok, clean, but far from comfortable. The bed was so hard, we concidered sleeping on the floor instead. The hot tub had some kind of chemical in it that smelled horrible and foamed excessively when the jets were turned on. The pool was hardly bigger than the bathtubs in the rooms, and not even 5 1/2 foot deep at the 'deep end'. Other Holiday Inn Express hotels that we have stayed in have had a lot more variety of foods at the express breakfasts than this hotel, it seemed more like a traditional continental breakfast than what Holiday Inn Express usually offers. All in all, we have had better experiences at cheaper motels than we did at this one. Mehr

The hotel was clean, staffed by pleasant people and generally restful. It would be nice of televisions were updated.

The lady at front desk was very nice and helpful when we asked about places to eat. The room was very comfortable and spacious. My son said the biscuits and gravy for breakfast were the "best ever."

first room smelled like mildew, but we got a new one that was fine.

would not give a military discount . I book on line but wanted to pay cash for the room they said I could not .

Everything met our expectations. We only needed a place to stay one night. Not much to keep you in the area, but a good one night stay.
