Der erste Eindruck hat sich bei unserem zweiten Besuch bestätigt. Wir waren wieder sehr gut aufgehoben und glücklich

Ein sehr hilfsbereites, höfliches Personal hat für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gebürgt. Saubere Zimmer, gepflegt und ein hervorragendes Frühstück!!! Wir werden wiederkommen.

Nettes Hotel mit schönen Zimmern. Liegt direkt bei der Fußgängerzone und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

Für eine Städtereise optimale Lage im Zentrum. Rec. freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Das Hotel ist toll gelegen in der Altstadt von VLC. Entsprechend wird es Morgens etwas laut auf der Strasse, für Urlauber eventuell ein Nachteil. Frühstück kann ich nicht beurteilen, ich war in einem der zahlreichen Kaffees vor der Tür. Der Service ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Ich werde es wieder buchen wenn ich wieder in die Stadt darf. Angenehme Grösse des Zimmers und Badezimmers. Kompliziertes Nutzungssystem für TV-Programme. Zimmersafe optimal und kostenlos per Kreditkarte zu bedienen. Perfekte Anbindung an öffentl. Verkehrsmittel. Gute schallisolierende Fenster.

Die Lage des Hotels in der Altstadt von Valencia sowie die Qualität dieses Hauses haben uns sehr gefallen. Auf unsern Wunsch nach einem ruhigen Zimmer hat man uns ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer gegeben, so dass wir vom Stadtlärm absolut nichts hörten!

Good quality hotel of character only 5 minutes walk from train station and metro. Bus stops for 'City of Arts & Science' and to main bus station even closer. Ten minutes walk to Cathedral & market. A great hotel in a fascinating city. We could have stayed longer than our 3 nights.

Very impressed with the hotel, especially for the price. Great location, convenient from airport and getting around town and easy to get to the beach. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This hotel has a great location! You can walk to most attractions and the metro is two blocks away if you need to use it. The rooms are large and clean. Just a couple of things to note: a queen bed is two twins pushed together, the decor is lovely but started to show wear and stains, the internet is super expensive but there is a Starbucks within walking […] distance with free wi-fi, you can hear the guests in ajoining rooms, in fact I could hear my neighbor snoring, so not great soundproofing, also street noise can be bothersome, the front desk staff is mostly helpful, but can be somewhat surly depending on the personal at the time. Overall, it was a good experience. Very reasonably priced, good value, great breakfast. Mehr

Good hotel, very good location. Internet access will cost you more than 17 Euros per day and breakfast is also not cheap. Many hotels have breakfast included, not this one.

Internet was prohibitively expensive (9 euros was the lowest charge) and one had to rely on sporadic cafes with free wifi. This was otherwise a brilliant place.

We thought this hotel was brilliant in a great location for walking to places of interest in Valencia. Big shopping area close by also and loads of cafes and places to eat. It was close to the Metro for a quick direct trip from the airport. Our room was lovely with a very spacious, clean ensuite and the bed comfy. The breakfast was excellent, not a […] great choice of hot food but a brilliant quality selection of cold buffet. All the staff were very friendly. The only downside was a little street noise as our room was on the front of the hotel but this was so minimal it really wasn't an issue and not a problem during the night. We had a fantastic city break there and would certainly go back to this hotel again. The price deal we got for the hotel was particularly good. Mehr

The hotel is situated in the heart of the old centre of Valencia, close to all of the must see sights. It is a 10 minute walk from the pick up point for the two bus tours of the city. Plenty of excellent and reasonablly priced resturants nearby, although the one opposite the hotel is in my opinion the best. Pay for the breakfast in the hotel. Over almost a month of travelling through France and Spain, my friend would rate this as the very best hotel we have stayed in. After several days at a business conference, I moved to the Vincci Lys for a couple of days of relaxation before returning home. The hotel was well-reviewed and deservedly so. We were very happy with our choice of hotel - lovely big room, good-size bathroom. All spotlessly clean. Quiet (due to the quality of the double-glazing & air-con) despite being in a pedestrianised area across the road from a busy cafe. We had one of the rooms facing the front with a small balcony which was good. Metro is a few minutes walk away. Plenty […] of reasonable eateries in the immediate area which is quite touristy. Can't fault hotel, clean, comfortable, excellent location. But might as well have stayed in apartment as virtually no contact from front desk. They were polite & helpful if you went and actually asked something but no hellos or eye contact on coming or going, in fact one girl always dashed behind her computer which suddenly held a great fascination […] for her . Didn't have brakfast as preferred to have menu del dia but it looked good. Curiously impersonal stay and would expect more from a 4 star. Great hotel just a few minutes from a metro station which has direct trains to the airport. Bus stop to City of Arts & Sciences is less than a minute away. Lots of restaurants and cafes surrounding the hotel but not too noisy. Hotel itself was of a high standard. Room was clean and in good condition with all usual facilities. Conveniently located around the corner from the train station, where we arrived from. The location was very central and it was convenient to walk to the cathedral and many bars and restaurants locally. The reception staff were very helpful in recommending sights to see, and mentioning the tourist bus to us. This hotel was close to all the sights, yet it was very quiet. There was parking underneath. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, clean, attractive and comfortable. The breakfast was really excellent. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel.We had a terrific stay.

Everyone Was very pleasant and helpful. The biggest problem was noise in the room from other rooms. Woke us both nights and again early in the morning, no one knew where it was from. The hotel is well situated but we prefer something in an area a little bit less centric, more residential and less touristic but well within the city. This is more of a 2-star Bed and Breakfast than a 4 star hotel.

Location is excellent; in pedestrian area with many restaurants etc. Within easy walking of main squares, tourist information, Metro (20 minutes from airport lines 3 and 5) & buses to reach Park of Arts and Sciences and beach. Breakfast excellent and good value as there was an offer of 50% off 2nd diner (even had Cava with brekky) Pillow menu! Great […] bathroom facilities. Only downside was the room safe was temperamental and it was pot luck as to how many times one swiped ones credit card to open and shut, but hotel sent dishy manager and a mechanic to sort it straight away...did not solve it, but they tried. Can't fault the location of this hotel for shops, bars and restaurants. If you want to go drinking around Carmen, it's about a 10-15min walk away, but not too bad if you don't wear heels!! Easy to get the metro to the beach and only a short walk to the train station. Room clean and staff friendly. Did not eat at the hotel, so cannot comment on the food. […] Only down side was that the room had a view of the back of the hotel and was quite dark. Overall would recommend this to others. My friend and I had a great time in Valencia and there was plenty to do for two 27 year old females. Mehr

2 minute walk to the metro stop and main line station, 20 minutes from airport. 10 minute stroll to Plaza de la Reina and the bus touristic, the Cathedral etc. Couldn't be better. Didn't eat in the hotel but right opposite was a restaurant that served great food and stayed open late - really friendly waiters. The hotel staff were very friendly too and […] helpful with information etc. Although we ordered a non smoking room we got put in a smoking one but because our friends were next door we left it but only because the room didn't smell. Pillows could have been a tad more comfy but that's really all we could comment on. We were at the front of the building and were a bit worried about the noise of the restaurant opposite or the general hub bub in the morning - no need to be as the windows were well glazed. Great location with so much right outside the door. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was a nice size and very clean, amazing shower with strong water pressure and super comfy beds.

6 fellows. ages 40 to 50 ish, thoroughly enjoyed a long weekend in Valencia, aided by the excellent hotel service and location. Would recommend and will probably return with other halves.

The executive rooms are huge per EU standards and mine came with a balcony. The room was very quiet: the hotel is located in a pedestrian street and there's a second door in the room to separate the bed area from the room entrance. Excellent location.

Restaurant was not up to the standars of the rest of the hotel. Very convenient and good hotel, but eat out!

The hotel was in a great location for sight-seeing in the city centre and for theatres. It was clean and comfortable, with a large bedroom, although a little shabby. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, and the price was excellent. We have stayed there twice and have already booked for a third visit. The location is great, near everything and parking is available very conveniently. We expected it to be difficult to find as the entrance is off a pedestrian street, but signage was easily found. Rooms are large and pretty. We did not eat at the hotel, but were directed to a nearby restaurant that was good. A good experience overall.

A great hotel in a first rate location. Right at the centre of things but in a quiet position. Excellent base especially if you need a central location with car parking. A very large bedroom and well appointed.

This hotel was in a good location, with a parking garage right next to the hotel. Parking is extra, but we were expecting that, since we paid to park our rental car at all the other towns we visited in Spain. Centrally located but main entrance in a nice side street, so no issue with noise, at least in my room it was very quiet. Hotel is safe, clean etc. I think the breakfast is a little expensive, but the choice of eateries around the locale allowed me to go elsewhere. The restaurant right opposite the Hotel entrance was very good. I found an internet cafe […] about 10 minutes away, while the Cathedral and art museum are a pleasant 10/15 minute walk. Main Renfe train station - big and safe - is just down the road, so you can walk with a case in five minutes. Good shops are also close by. Bus 35, near the tourist office in the main square, takes you to the science centre in about 15 minutes. Mehr

Visited Valencia on business and extended mystay for a few days. Room was clean, but noisy. Had to ask for extra towels several times thorughout my stay. Hot water was scarce. Got lost walking in town my first night there and no one recognized the hotel name - even with a business card form the hotel with the address listed. FYI..A good reference point […] is the train station. Overall my stay was pleasant. There is a grocery store a few blocks away for stocking up on snacks. Within wlaking idstance to the must see plazas and bus stops wer convenient to the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner at the hotel were limited but tasty. The staff was always willing to help with any requests. Mehr

A superb hotel in every way which we would recommend to anyone and will definitely use again if we visit Valencia.
