Das Frühstück ist mit US$ 12 meines erachtens zu teuer !!! Hooters Restaurant direkt am Hotel ...... gut um am Abend noch ein "Absacker" zu nehmen !!! Schöne Aussicht auf Louisville bei Nacht vom Bristol Restaurant.

Sehr große Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Preis Leistung haben sehr gut gepasst. Auch der Flughafentransfer des Hotels hat gut funktioniert.

War für 5 Nächte in diesem schönen, im viktorianischen Stil erbauten Hotel. Das Zimmer war groß, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Lobby ist eine Augenweide. Restaurant ("The English Grill") ist zwar teuer aber sehr gut. Die Bar ist recht klein, man fühlt sich aber trotzdem wohl, auch wegen der überaus freundlichen Mitarbeiter. Die Lage ist insbesondere für Geschäftsreisende, welche in Downtown bleiben wollen, hervorragend. Wenn ich wieder in Louisville bin, werde ich mit SIcherheit auch wieder dieses Hotel wählen.
Lage
Econo Lodge Louisville liegt in Louisville. Folgende Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in der Umgebung: Louisville Zoo, Churchill Downs und Kentucky Exposition Center. Zu den weiteren Sehenswürdigkeiten der Umgebung gehören: Papa John's Cardinal-Stadion und University of Louisville.

"Not pleased"
The hotel beds are not comfortable and too small. The staff at the front desk was talking on cell phone when I was there providing my information and I had to repeat information and this person even called later when I made it to my room to ask for more info. The staff did not bother trying to quite loud obnoxious rude hurts that were being to disrespectful […] for others trying to sleep. These guests were not told to be quite once and finally I had to get out of bed and ask them and still needed to call the front desk to let them know they need to do something. "Econo Lodge in Louisvill-Decent room for the price"
If you are looking for a place to stay the night, then this will do the job. Nothing fancy, a typical room with a bed, table, dresser, and a bathroom! My only complaint is the parking. The lot is very small and cramped. The parking is tight and I'm not sure there are enough parking spots for all the guests. My husband has driven and backed up semi's […] for 25 years, and he had to keep pulling forward and backing up to get into the spot because there is little room to maneuver. Mehr
"Toilet Problem"
Not only did my toilet continue to get clogged, but every time I flushed I had to manually remove the top and coax the flapper in place. And what's up with the TV ? You have to be some kind of technician to find a channel. I just kept it on the first I could find the entire stay. I think I had rather been camping.
For the price this is a nice place, all i ever need is a place to sleep and I do not need any more, this does it perfectly. clean room, fresh tile on the floors, nice HD TV.
my friend got bit by bed bugs will never stay at this place again. luckily i didnt bit.
"Bed & a Bath."
The name certainly fits. I needed an inexpensive place to stay, and this was it. Certainly stayed in better places, but I just needed a bed & bath for one night. The front desk did give me a non-smoking room. I mistakenly clicked on smoking during my reservations. So, they get a major plus. Recommended for a 1 or 2 night place to crash only.
"Good value for price, except for breakfast"
Everything satisfactory except coffee not started nor was breakfast available til around eight o' clock... Breakfast hours were scheduled to go from 6:00 til 9:00 a.m. It was, however, new year's day... That may have delayed things extraordinarily.

Room was clean. Bed was extremely uncomfortable but otherwise the stay was fine.

"hotel smell"
the only problem i had with the room was it had a skokey smell to it and i wanted non smoking

"Great for the money"
The room was clean... The hotel itself was in reasonable condition. Bed was OK... Staff was very nice and helpful... The desk was not very good for work. The hotel had a mini ironing board which did not work well. Need full size. Overall a good experience...
"Hallway noises kept us awake"
Room was adequate. Hallway noise, people walking and talking, kept us awake. We gave up trying to sleep around midnight. We packed up and left.
"Great Value"
The only thing about this hotel that I didn't like was the fact that there is a stripclib right across the street. Other than that it was great. The employees were friendly an very helpful. I am unfamiliar with Louisville and they were very helpful in getting me where I needed to go.

Not a bad place. Kind of off the beaten path. Hotel staff was very friendly. Stayed at another hotel a few nights later that was closer to the airport and was more than $20 less per night than this hotel.
"Hotel"
Overall, the hotel was fine for the price. For what ever reason, there is no air conditioning on the second floor. The cleanliness was decent. Staff was friendly. No elevator, so there is no cart for your luggage. Breakfast, plan on going to the local McDonalds!! I probably wouldn't stay again, but it's a decent hotel.
