Das Hotel war super gelegen und vom Flughafen einfach zu erreichen, da der Skybus direkt zur Southern Cross Station fuhr und von dort waren es nur 2min Fussweg zum Hotel. Wir haben vom Hotel aus alles ohne Probleme erlaufen können und und von dort waren es auich nur 12 Minuten zum Victoria Market. Nice hotel, great location. Best price close to CBD. Don't count on the pool, it's there, but getting there is a challenge, no robes etc. Very friendly and helpful staff. Room had very good equipment but no view. Fantastic deal, best value for money around I think. Would chose it again. Das Hotel liegt an sehr guter Lage direkt gegenueber einer grossen Mall. Diverse Strassenbahnlinien und der Bahnhof liegen in 5 Minuetiger Gehreichweite. Leider war das Bad in unserem Zimmer nicht wirklich sauber geputzt. Eine Nachttischlampe funktionierte nicht, was aber nicht so tragisch war. Der topmoderne Fernseher hatte immer wieder Probleme mit […] der Helligkeit des Bildes, was doch ziemlich nervte. Wir hatten beim Checkout auf die Probleme hingewiesen. Grosszüge und modern eingerichtete Zimmer. Zimmer in sauberem Zustand angetroffen, aber Reinigung während Aufenthalt mangelhaft. Keine Hängevorrichtungen für Tücher im Bad. Dieses Hotel scheint keine "Shower Cap" zur Verfügung zu stellen. Internet kann zu vernünftigem Preis im hauseigenen Business Center konsultiert werden.

My stay was excellent. Room was very nice. Bathroom clean, modern. Reception staff were generally friendly. Location perfect for skybus. Only downside was housekeeping hurrying me out before 10AM check-out time.

very comfortable place to stay, nice and quiet yet close to everything.

I enjoyed my stay at the Atlantis, it was very clean and comfortable, parking was good and it was close to all the venues that I was attending.

Convenient for Southern Cross Station and the Convention Centre but it is disappointing to have to pay for wireless Internet: most overseas hotels include this for free now. Breakfast cost was also excessive - $11 just for cereal and toast. Service was good but when the room temperature is set warm, why make the beds with just a bottom sheet and doona. […] Too hot. A top sheet allows more freedom of temperature control through the night. And the bedside lamps were too weak for comfortable reading in bed! Mehr

I had to grab a room here last minute just for an 8hr stay before catching a plane back to the US and it worked out perfectly. The hotel is across the street from the main bus and train terminal and SkyBus is right there too. Quick ride to the airport is inexpensive. The room was very clean and modern and had just what I needed to freshen up before […] a 14hr flight. I would have stayed longer if possible. Service at front desk was courteous and helpful. I skipped breakfast and opted to eat after checking in for my flight. No free wifi which seems a bit anachronistic. Mehr

Atlantis 300 Spencer St, Melbourne, Australia. Large, clean comfortable rooms. Very quiet. Close to Melbourne CBD and transport. Lighting was very poor. Pillows were a bit hard. In all, an excellent hotel.

Great location, perfect for business. Gym, pool and sauna are a plus.

Convenient for the station, airport bus, trams, etc. Easy to find. Not so convenient for restaurants etc nearby. Receptionists helpful and friendly Pleasant, comfortable room; windows needed cleaning ! Television shelf opposite the bed protruded into the room and I bruised my shoulder twice on the corner. Barely three star, poorly maintained fixtures. Eg missing light bulbs. Very slow wireless Internet connection, not worth having, let alone paying for it. Location OK.

If you're in Melbourne and looking for little more than a bed, a shower and close proximity to the CBD, then the Best Western Atlantis Hotel is all you need! With facilities including an underground pool and basic breakfast restaurant, it's ideal for those on a budget. With countless cafe's surrounding the area, we skipped the breakfast of cereals, […] eggs and beans and enjoyed a full big breakfast for about $15 at Insieme Cafe which was pretty darn good! The hotel room was basic and standard. Our view was of a brick wall, but thats what we paid for. Our stay was for three nights, and the housekeeping had to be prompted to vacuum the floor which was annoying. The glasses weren't clean either. It's certainly not a four star hotel, more so a 3 star hotel. But as I said, it's centrally located, the staff friendly and accomodating with a modern interior and mostly all we need. Our lamps weren't plugged in for some reason, which was just weird. Overall, not a bad hotel. For those budget conscious and not wanting to spend the earth, Atlantis is great. With a tram stop on the corner outside, the Docklands within walking distance and the train station only a few metres down the road, it's in a great position. The only improvement would be to the housekeeping to stay on top and do a more thorough job. Mehr

Everything was great! i loved my stay in the hotel.

Comfortable room for a 3 night stay. The room was spacious! This hotel has onsite parking whereas many of the hotels in the CBD area didnt. Only complain is that they didnt make up our room on the last night of stay and there was visible soap scum in the shower. Location wise it is bit out of the main CBD area - 15 mins from Swanston St but we didnt […] mind the walk. Hotel is right across from a main train station - Southern Cross Station which was very convenient if you didnt want to walk. I would def recommend this hotel if you dont need to be in the main CBD area. Mehr

Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Room was very comfortable and roomy. Nicely located close to Southern Cross train/bus depot for easy transfer to airport. Easy access to all public transit. Great gym and pool area. Dissappointed the restaurant was closed however did offer a small buffet breakfast that was adequate. Very good staff gave us an early check in, clean room, great shower maybe the bed good have been alittle firmer. Good location

Only a one night stay but the convenience of the hotel was excellent, & great for an early morning getaway if you are heading across the Westgate Bridge. As well the room was well appointed, clean & roomy. Car park an added bonus particularly in the CBD & at a reasonable rate.

Great hotel, I would stay there again.

My 87 year old mother even who hates being away from home overnight said it was the best way to do Christmas in Melbourne.

my room was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable, If I have any complaint at all, it would be the sub-standard breakfast that was offerd. for the price, eggs and beans on toast were pretty dissapointing

The cleaning was very poorly done. We actually had to change room since we stayed for 12 days and they never cleaned it properly. Also the internet connection was really a joke since we for example bought a month connection for $40 but you could only use 1 gb of it so we ran out after only 4 days. We had a very interesting offer for this hotel which is very close to the station but not noisy Parking was available and not too expansive But the room was not so nice, with some parts that needed to be fixed. Only an inner window at the "ground level" of this inner "shaft", which means we were able to count the number of butts dropped on the ground […] by the other guests. Well appointed, close to public transport, easy to get into and out of by car. Close to Docklands as well as the CBD. Great place to stay while in Melbourne.

We only stayed for one night but it was perfect for what we needed close to everything easy to get around, the only negitive would be the cleanliness of the room/ bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. I will be staying here again and will be reccomending this hotel to others

Very good for people on a budget. Close to free local transport. Best chinese meal we had in Australia located in street behind Hotel.

Great hotel

We booked months in advance and got the room furthest from the lift we were told we only paid for budget so that is what we were getting. Class door on bathroom no privacy what so ever,and the smalled bathroom we have ever been in.If you book this hotel you must pay for the very best room or you will be very dissapointed
