Quality Inn & Suites - New Orleans

We arrived at the hotel and had a warm welcome. Parking facilities cost extra but are close to the hotel. The rooms are not new but kept in a good condition and clean. The hotel is perfect to walk the town since it is just around the corner of the French Quarter. We had to cross the Canal Street and this was it. Absolutely sufficient for us.

Nice clean no frills hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel was perfect for us. It was very clean and comfortable. It was about two blocks from the French Quarter and that for us was perfect because we could come away from the crowds when we wanted to but it was so close to everything including transportation. It was probably the cheapest hotel in its star rating. The hotel isn't brand spanking new […] but the people were helpful and friendly, the breakfast was always hot and tasted good and I would stay there the next time we visit. Mehr

the hotel was excellent i would recommend to everyone

This is one of the friendliest and most comfortable hotels I ever stayed at. No, it is not 5 star, but its people certainly are. Very helpful without even asking! Breakfast was great, hotel very clean, at a decent price. But best of all is the staff. Highly recommended.

Very comfortable at a pretty attractive price. Strong recommendation.

The hotel was two blocks away from Madri Gras. Great walking distance to Points of Interest. There parking was $17 a night but you could go and come as you please. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again when I visit New Orleans. Also dont forget to ask for the city lay out help you get around.

Our stay was fabulous, the staff was very friendly and helpful on ALL shifts! We were in walking distance of everything we wanted to see; parades and Bourbon street. Walgreens is 2 blocks over. Highly recommended!

Being a New Orleans native, I always enjoy going back to my hometown. This year, for a conference, I stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites on O'Keefe. I was very pleased to be upgraded to a Queen Suite due to an extended stay during off-season, so I can certainly attest to their quality customer service. The location is convenient to many key sites (you're […] only three blocks from Bourbon St.), but if you walk away from the river, you'll find yourself in a bad neighborhood fairly quickly. The only other drawbacks were a hard mattress and a clogged shower drain, both of which are pretty manageable issues. Mehr

Hotel staff are accomodating and very friendly and efficient. Hotel is well located and french quarter can be easily walked to. Offering a free breakfast was a nice touch. Not bad but if you stay for several days a change of servings would have been appreciated. I would like to offer the suggestion that the halls of the hotel need new carpeting and […] a paint job. It makes the hotel look delapitated. You do not get a good feeling from it as you walk to your room and it takes a couple of days to appreciate the good points of the hotel. Comfortable beds, safe in the room as well as microwave and frig. The maids make up the beds so well. Better than I have had in far more costly hotels. They have no bunched up sheets under you. They are crisp, clean and taunt. The rooms could use some undating. My room had a coffee table that had a large peice of wood missing but first the hallways. Mehr

We couldn't have asked for a better location. We were between the Super Dome and the French Quarter. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was extremely polite and helpful. When we first checked in, we asked for recommendations for food, tours, etc. Would recommend this hotel and would certainly stay there again. The Quality Inn is a conveniently located hotel with a quaint & friendly staff. I was upgraded to a corner king suite w/o being charged extra. I traveled alone for Bayou Classic weekend and will definitely return to this hotel next year just based on the human service alone. Good experience!

Staff was very friendly and helpful so that is the major perk to this hotel. Otherwise the experience was average. Room was average, breakfast was average. Internet was unavailable for several hours on one day. Woke up at 3AM when fire alarm went off for 15 minutes. The hotel building and rooms aren't very exciting, but the service here is five-star! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable front desk staff; very welcoming. They upgraded me to a lovely little suite because I was staying a long time (almost a week). They explained the location of all nearby attractions. Hotel staffs were very kind and helpful. I was impressed. The bathroom was not clean enough and there was water problem. But, I had a pleasant stay there.

Pleasant hotel well located near Frech Quarter and river. Quiet location. Cheap. But parking extra. Upgraded to room with sitting area due to us staying 3days. Basis but ok breakfast

This hotel lived up to all the reviews that I had read prior to staying here. The location was within walking distance to pretty much everything.We were glad to be off the path of all the crazy things going on at night. The hotel was near other very expensive hotels as well. The staff will pretty much go out of thier way for the guests. There is a reason […] they are top rated and have won numerous awards. If you want to stay right downtown in New Orleans this is the hotel. A car is simply not neccesary as well, it would be difficult to drive in the French Quarter most of the time. The service could not be any better, the breakfast was great, and the rooms larger than expected. If you need anything any staff member is more than willing to help you. the hotel lacks a pool and or spa but that is easliy overlooked as there is plenty to do in town, If you stay here you will not be disappointed. Hotel conveniently located to between I-10 and the French quarter. The major minus is parking is over ½ block away from hotel. Other than that the Hotel is great. Walgreens store a block away and hotel 1 ½ block from canal street. McDonalds on Corner and Subway in Lobby (open 7-5) Great hot breakfast meat, grits, waffles…….. I took advice from someone […] on here and asked for upgrade to suite. Manager Great guy upgraded. The lowest parking fee I could find per day in city of all hotels. Trolley $3 all day pass/bus. City is safe and recovery is far along. Too much food in French quarter!!!!! If I could I would go back every year and stay here! Mehr

I found this was rated at the top when making my reservations 2 days before a Saturday. They had room and so I booked it. The reviews are right folks! This is a great place. The staff was awesome, even when I blew out the blow dryer. Breakfast was, great and they make fresh hot waffles for you made to order...an added bonus. Very convenient location, […] parking garage right next door, but not owned by the hotel. $15, which is very reasonable to parking in this area. Friendly staffs, near to french quarter, good location, good breakfast

When we booked for one of the busiest weekends in New Orleans we were told the double rooms were taken, but they would try to move us. Once there, the staff worked their magic and we had a comfy double room WITH a couch. The staff was genuinely nice and so accommodating. Good value for money. Clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff. Quite a good spread for breakfast. Fast Wifi, lots of TV stations, good in-room coffee machine.

The room was very nice and comfortable. The service staff were attentive and friendly, nice breakfast. The location was short walk to the man street - Canal St, and 10 mins walk to Bourbon St.

This is a clean, comfortable 3* hotel with 5* service. Every single hotel employee we came into contact with gave us amazing service - from upgrading our room to a suite to offering helpful tips on how to get around and what to do. Everyone went above and beyond in terms of helpfulness and service and they did it with smiles on their faces. We enjoyed our stay in New Orleans in a large part due to the Quality Inn, a couple of street over from Canal Street. We always experienced friendly courteous service, cleaniness, good breakfasts, and quiet. We daily walked the few blocks over to the French Quarter. We stayed in a small suite.

This is an older property but the staff is great and you can't beat the location that is right near the French Quarter but isn't priced like French Quarter hotels. The Manager was very helpful and even upgraded us to a suite!

Almost in the French Quarter. Nice people, clean rooms, breakfast ok for a trip. I'd go back there.

We had reservations through hotels.com for queen & were immediately upgraded to a king/ suite. An amazing room & we had a great time at Marcia GRAS by a recommendation & dinner coupon from the front desk. We will try to stay herethenext time we are in New Olreans!

This is the perfect hotel for people who choose to visit a city rather than stay in their hotel room. The room is well furnished and clean. The street was quiet and is an easy access to Canal, the Superdome, restaurants. We were able to walk where we needed and did not need a rental car due to its location near the French Quarter and Superdome.

I booked reading the so many positive reviews for this Hotel. I felt that this Hotel is just okay. It is a oldish building and though the management has made every effort to keep the hotel maintained, age does show. This hotel is very convienent to French Quarters which is a great plus.

We stayed at this location for 4 nights and found the staff to be incredibly caring and helpful throughout the visit. They delivered everything possible to ensure a pleasant stay and when we return to NOLA, we'll be staying here, no doubt.

We were very pleased with our stay. The entire hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable, and quite a bargain. The manager was very helpful in pointing out places to visit and advice on how to get around. The breakfast was excellent. It was a very short walk to the French Quarter, and the trolleys were practically […] right around the corner. the staff was very friendly an helpful. i asked for directions for a local sight seeing and they provided a map and highlighted all the items on the map from a list i had printed. the rooms were clean. i liked the stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The one problem I would have with it is that there are road works going on at night directly outside the hotel. Had I been aware of this I would have asked for a room to the back of the hotel. Very convenient for exploring the city.

After the agent insist she was not going to help with my booking Stanley the manager came over and help finding us a suitable room. He was professional and did his best to help with my situation.

very happy with our stay. the worst part about the hotel is when the elevator buzzes as it passes each floor.
