Bewertet von einem Hotels.com-Gast am 29. Aug. 2009Das Hotel liegt in zentraler Lage in Scranton. Das Zimmer entsprach dem Standard dieser Hotelkategorie. Das Bad war sauber. Der Teppichboden im Zimmer war jedoch nicht sehr gut gesaugt. Insbesondere in den Ecken war es recht staubig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen !!

"A little Nasty to say the least"
Well..when i got there the check in lady was very nice. ..warned me of various people staying there. ok. Then i went to the room where the tiolet didnt work. called front desk got a plunger and had to plunge it to work. Which was gross, because other people's waste came up. Then there was privates hair in the tub and all over the mattress pads. took […] them off them bed. Lucky for me I have a take along vacuum in my truck. I cleaned them both and scrubbed the room down. Which i am guessing the maid should have done before check-in. The a/c was cold. Great,everything was better than expected.Beginning with check in and ending with check out. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and bed was very comfortable. Would come back again. "adequate for an overnight stay"
stayed here for a night on the drive from chicago to new england. the exterior looks a little run down, but the room itself is better. don't expect the ritz carlton here--no plush towels, superior mattresses, etc.--and they're not trying to be the ritz carlton. but they do provide basic, clean rooms for those on a budget or simply passing through. the […] bed isn't as firm as i'd like but tolerable for one night's stay. breakfast consisted of coffee and donuts. i'd say skip them and go to the mcdonald's down the block. overall, not a bad place to crash. "Hotel room reeks"
Seriously, believe me, it reeked. We kept the door open and fan on, but still a disgusting smell. TV remote didn't work - changed it 3 times at the office, plus not enough channels. Don't expect much of a breakfast - we've stayed at other Knight's Inns, and the breakfast has been great (ie Liverpool, NY). Find another hotel.Authentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung

"Its okay if you just need a place to lie your head"
The customer service of the hotel staff was great. Very friendly staff. However, the walls were paper thin in the rooms and you can hear everything including the loud conversation and loud cleaning done by the staff in the early hours of the morning.
