War echt durch die Grösse der Suite beeindruckt. Zudem bietet das Hotel jeden nur erwünschbaren Komfort. Kleiner negativpunkt, als ich 2 Gläser Rotwein aufs Zimmer bestellt habe, sind mir diese in Plastikbecher serviert worden...hat aber eher wahrscheinlich mit dem amerikanischen "nicht Flair" für Wein zu tun als mit einem schlechten Service...die kennen es eben nicht anders.

Als Standort sehr zu empfehlen. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuss gut erreichbar, ebenso der strip-district. Und parken ist kostenlos!!!

Günstiges, gut erreichbares Motel (Direkt an der Abfahrt der I76). Grosses, sauberes, gemütliches Zimmer m. TV u. Kaffeemaschine, Frühstück incl. (Toast,Marmelade, Saft u. Kaffee), n. Pittsburgh ca. 20 Fahrminuten ( keine Öffis). Das Motel ist somit für einen Kurzaufenthalt (2-3Tage) absolut zu empfehlen.

"Suitable for short stay - no problems"
My boyfriend and I were in Pittsburgh for quick weekend trip to see family. We stayed at the Knights Inn for just one night (new years eve). The man at the front desk said less than ten words to us during check in, which made me apprehensive, but the room itself was just fine. We had requested a smoking room, which surprisingly wasn't even too musty/smokey […] smelling. The room was more spacious than we expected (though certainly not a suite or anything), and the bathroom, sink area, bed, and overall room were tidy, clean, and exactly what we needed for a very short stay. A surprise micro-fridge in the room was an added bonus for our travel snacks and drinks. The TV was small and only caught a few channels, which disappointed my boyfriend, but the wifi worked (weak signal, but I was able to check my email and do a little social networking). The bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water available in the morning for a quick shower, and the hotel was easy to access from the interstate. Notes: there is a gas station and fast food joint within a mile or two but they were closed on new years eve. While the area directly around the hotel seems "sketchy" it was actually very quiet and peaceful all night. The hotel itself was very outdated as far as decorations and decor, but I personally didn't mind in exchange for the low rate, ease of access, and quiet location. Oh, and don't plan on using the in-room coffee maker: ours was badly stained, antiquated, and not inviting to use at all. Over all perfect for a short stay with no kids or people with special needs. asked for non smoking room, got a smoking room. Did not feel safe in area. People walking around outside, police coming by. Bed so hard could not sleep. Awful, awful awful, experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
"Dirt bag"
Arrived at midnight on Friday for a Steeler game. As dead tired as we were from a 7 hour drive there was no way to get sleep. The mattress was like a rock, the pillows were flat as panckaes and the bedding was GROSS. Chair had stains on armrests like grease, but from a body. Asked for another pillow the next morning and they said they do not give extra […] pillows. No toiletries. Owner didn't even give pillow to person who had just had kneck surgery. BRING YOUR OWN IF YOU DARE STAY HERE. Saturday night I franticly looked for another hotel not caring this one was non refundable. Nothing due to the game but found one for Sunday to Monday and we could not get out of there fast enough. Mehr

"Split personality"
This hotel was a very odd mixture of good and bad. It was obvious they were doing some remodeling, because the bathroom and countertop were all new, but they hadn't taken out the old carpet. The room smelled moldy around the bathroom, and other places smelled like urine because of the carpet. The mattresses seemed new, but the box-springs were old and […] looked pretty grimy. The lobby was clean and shiny, with a very nice breakfast, but the exterior of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts. I can't say we were miserable, but we weren't all that comfortable. "For Budget Travelers"
The beds were firm and the blankets have seen better days. However, if money is an issue, this is a great crash spot. I've stayed in hostels in NYC for more money but with far less ammenities.
perfect for the price... a few miles outside of the city. we stayed there for three baseball games, and was very happy with the hotel. I've stayed at some Knights Inn's before, but this one was by far the best. will stay there again

"Knights Inn, Bridgeville, PA"
I think this hotel is just fine for the money. The carpet was a little dirty, but the bathroom was very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The WiFi was horrible, but I just went to the McDonald's less than a mile away. It was right by the freeway and was very convenient for my stay. I would recommend this hotel.
"Needs Care"
The room we chose was the two double bed option. The chair for the desk was placed by the door because the chair could not be placed at the desk because of the limited space between one of the beds and the desk. Also, upon initial inspection, the bath looked acceptable, but the shower curtain had mold on the inside, add to that the drain was slow, […] so my body took a shower and my ankles and feet took a bath. The hotel offered no controls to keep a number of guests, more than a handful from sitting outside rooms with the door open, tv or radio on, and talking on the phone. When one of the gentleman decided that talking on the phone in front of my room was a good place for him to have his conversation I let him know that he needed to move. "WiFi way too weak"
I scheduled a two night stay for a quiet place to catch up on work. The hotel was quiet, but it was difficult to get much work done because the wireless connection was so weak that it was difficult to use the internet, which was necessary for my work and partly why I selected this hotel. Decent price and location while attending Pirates game at PNC Park. The free breakfast adds to the value and the Wi-FI was strong (unlike some hotels that have a weak connection).

the knights inn was a decent hotel for your money. I would definitely stay there again when I travel to that area. The free continental breakfast offered was great! They had bagels, muffins, cereals,danishes, coffee, and you could even make your own waffles.

For the money, it was not bad. Beds are extremely hard. Quite room though. Clean for the most part. Had a funny odor that we could not figure out where it came from. We think it was a carpet refresher. Overall, not a bad room. Will stay there again when we head that direction again.

"Cheap"
Since it's a cheap hotel don't expect much. There were a few spiders in the room which I was not happy with at all. It's good for a one nighter where all you need is a place to say. Other then that I would not recommend this place.

The staff was friendly,room was clean and well maintained.The hotel was easy to find you could see the sign from interstate and it was right off the exit ,could not have been any easier and fairly close (10-30min)to the city and attractions.

"not good enough for the price"
I stayed in this hotel after i went to a pirates game and I will not ever go back . The sheets on one of the beds had staines on them as well as the blankets . The phone in the room i stayed in would only work for calling the main desk . It simply is not worth what they charge . Go on into Pittsburgh pay a little more and get a nice clean and convenient […] hotel room !!! Mehr
