Super Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Etwas weg vom Stadtzentrum jedoch einfach mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar und ruhig.

Zu bemängeln waren die dreckigen Kaffeetassen auf dem Zimmer und das das Zimmer doch etwas klein ist. Ansonsten super Aufenthalt. Ca. 10 minütiger Fussmarsch vom Hotel zur Tramstation.

Super Hotel, super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr nette motivierte Mitarbeiter, Frühstück nichts für Leute, die sich nicht entscheiden können, die Auswahl ist enorm. Großer Park in der Nähe. Wer lärmempfindlich ist, wohnt nach hinten raus.
Lage
Hilton Cologne befindet sich mitten in Köln in der Nähe von: Kölner Dom und Römisch-Germanisches Museum. Nicht weit entfernt befinden sich: Rathaus und Alter Markt.
Ausstattung
Hilton Cologne stellt Ihnen Folgendes zur Verfügung: Fitnessstudio, Sauna und Fitnessmöglichkeiten. Ein Highspeed-Internetzugang (W-LAN und Kabel) steht in den öffentlichen Bereichen gegen eine Gebühr zur Verfügung. Das Hotel ist 3mn zum Füss zur Hauptbahnhof & Dom. Sehr gutes Location
"Renovierungsbedürftig"
Zimmer, insbes. Bad renovierungsbedürftig. Service/Freundlichkeit des Personals befriedigend. Zimmer sehr klein. Insgesamt für ein 5 Sterne Hotel keine Empfehlung.
"zentral und gut"
Für Bahnreisende ein sehr guter Standort. Sauberkeut und Service entsprechen dem Hilten-Standard und sind sehr gut. Für Alleinreisende war die Größe meines Zimmers in Ordnung, jedoch für 2 Personen ist es gewöhnungsbedürftig.
"Wunderbarer Aufenthalt"
Das Personal ist überdurchschnittlich freundlich, so dass wir einen sehr sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt verbringen durften!

"Warten auf..."
Leider mussten wir sowohl vor dem Check-out als auch vor dem Frühstücksraum geraume Zeit warten, da sich erhebliche Schlangen gebildet hatten. Ärgerlich war darüber hinaus die City-Tax, die fällig wurde, da sie nicht im bereits bezahlten Hotelpreis enthalten war. Ansonsten sehr sauberes, gut gelegenes Hotel.
"enttäuschend..."
Ueber die Faschingszeit logierte ich im Hilton. Bereits bei der Ankunft die erste Enttäuschung. Wir mussten über eine Stunde warten (bis 1430 Uhr) bis die Zimmer bereit waren. Zusätzlich gab es zu wenig Zimmerschlüssel (Karten). Das Bad war eine Nummer zu klein. Keine Dusche, zuwenig Wasserdruck. Das Morgenbuffett viel zu eng und es gab zuwenig Personal, […] so dass ich z.B. über 15 min auf das Omelett warten musste und das bei einem Preis von 24 Euro! Das Auschecken war auch erschreckend. Ein lange Schlange bildete sich bei der Reception mit einer Wartezeit von ca. 30 Minuten... Im nächsten Jahr werde ich sicher nicht mehr im Hilton absteigen. War einfach nur enttäuscht! Mehr
"Mehr Flexibilität und Freundlichkeit"
Ich hätte für ein Hilton Hotel eine grössere Flexibilät betreffend dem Roomservice erwartet. Eine grosse Karte aber Schlussendlich hatte man nur die Auswahl zwischen 2 ganz kleinen Gerichten! Ebenfalls an der Reception würde das Hotel gut daran tun, die Gäste freundlicher zu empfangen und mehr Hilfsbereit sein. Ansonsten ganz ok.

"Das Hilton Cologne ist zwar alt aber immer noch ok"
Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Alle sind bemüht, dass es einem gut geht. Die Badezimmer sind nicht die modernsten aber doch ganz okay. Irgendwann bedarf es einer Renovation, dann wäre es perfekt. Das Restaurant ist super gut. Leider kommt ein unglaublicher Küchengestank ins Restaurant, als wäre kein Dampfabzug in der Küche installiert. […] Das ist sehr schade. Mehr

"Almost perfect"
It was great. Friendly staff, huge room (very high ceiling, great !), superb location, excellent breakfast buffet, very good maintenance in general. The only thing I was not too crazy about was the view from my room (it was facing another building), but that's fine since everything else was excellent. "Delightful!"
My sleeping room was large and extremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is ideal, just one block from the cathedral. I always appreciate a bathroom with separate shower and tub and always enjoy warm towels from heated towel racks. The food in the restaurant is delicious (although pricey) and the service is splendid. The only detractor is internet […] charge. "Great Hotel - Lovely stay all round"
Booked online on a cheap deal including breakfast for a quick weekend get-away. Incredibly happy with my choice as the Hilton was immaculately clean, the staff very friendly, polite and helpful (we forgot a travel adapter and reception were very happy to find one for us to loan and waived the deposit that was meant to be put down - and yes we did return […] it when we left!) We had a Delux room and it was very spacious and the bathroom was spotless. Bed/mattress/bedding beautifully soft and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning plentiful and tasty (although the potato pancakes were a bit cold so perhaps our timing with that wasnt so good) Overall a lovely stay over a weekend (it was raining and very windy so we probably spent a bit more time in our room than originally intended) and the main sights/Dom/train station were no more than a short straight 4 minutes walk away. Any fault I can find? Erm....the shower's soap dish was slightly wonky. Thats it. For the price I paid and the service we received - it was perfect. Some of the other grander 5* hotels in Cologne might offer unobstructed Dom views or sweeping majestic staircases - but they were also double the price. Mehr

The staff and service in this hotel was supberb - the best we have ever had. The hotel is very nicely appointed and within easy walking distance to the best of the sites. We would certainly go back if visiting Cologne again.

"Great hotel but need to fix checkout process"
Hotel was quite a find in Europe - big room, big bed, big bathroom. Very comfortable and a great location just a couple of blocks from the train station. One suggestion for hotel - i waited in a line of 20 people to check out, waiting in total close to 25 minutes. "Hilton Hotel Cologne, the perfect location"
We stayed here for the Christmas markets. It was an ideal location &very comfortable. We forgo the breakfast which we thought was very expensive, & found a lovely coffee shop just 2 minutes away, which was ideal. Would definitely stay here again, & recommend to others.

"Brilliant hotel"
I stayed in a double room room here & got to say was really really pleased with it. Funky, clean, fresh room with a huge bed. Modern fittings, really nice decor, the breakfast was included and was really nice, i ate so much it lasted me till tea time! Super friendly staff, i would stay there again in a heart beat. Can highly recommend the indian restaurant […] just by hotel (take a left when leaving hilton , cross street and 1 min later you are there!) had THE best meal . Mehr

"Hilton Cologne - luxury in the centre of Cologne"
The hotel is located right in the centre of the city, only a few streets away from the Cathedral and the railway station. The rooms were large, very comfortable and fully air conditioned. There was a minibar, tea and coffee making facilities and the TV had a wide range of channels and pay-as-you go movies. I would recommend the breakfast which had […] many different things to choose from. There was a full range of hot food cooked in front of you by the hotel's chefs, cereals, cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts and even champagne! I would definitely go back. Mehr
"Close to Train Station"
The Cologne Hiltonl was very comfortable and conviently located. Just around the corner from the train station and the Cologne Cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable and very clean. The buffet breakfast was very good. We would definately return to this hotel.

Very nice hotel, with great location to the city center and an unbelievably professional and helpful front desk staff. Was extremely satisfied. The only issue was the high prices in the restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location if travelling by rail, 2 minutes walk from Cologne Main railway station and 3 minutes walk to the famous Dom Cathedral. Car rental adjacent to the Hotel if required. Watch out for the parking charges if travelling by car!!

The Hilton had all the amenities of a high-class American hotel, including an iron with board. It's hard to find this in Europe. The internet was very expensive in the Business center (35 cents/minute), but overall the hotel was beautiful.

The Hilton is in a fantastic location, a minute walk from the main trainstation, Dom, Alt Stadt and river, you'll never need to use public transport to explore the city. "Hilton Cologne - nice indeed"
nice welcoming, rooms were delivered 2 hours before formal checkin time. Room was clean and large - huge double bed - indeed king size. this was however a King Deluxe room. Breakfast which was included was great and fresh, rooms were amazingly quiet, nevertheless 3 large windows were inthe room. GYM was a little bit limited and small.

Excellent Hotel. Stayed here for the Christmas Markets and it was ideal. All of the markets were within walking distance. The hotel staff were excellent. The hotel was very clean and modern. We had a king size deluxe room which was great. Mini Bar was expensive but you must remember that you are in a City and to stay in the heart of London is expensive. […] The buffet breakfast is fantastic, everything from fresh fruit, cereal, cold meats, cheese, cakes and a full choice of cooked items. The hotel was spacious, convenient and friendly. Because the World Cup was going on, the bar got crowded and the staff handled it brilliantly. Hilton hotels are always spot on...especially outside the states.

+ Great location, great design. - Filthy spots in the bathroom. Plastic cover over mattress. Wait for 15 to check in. Rude unhelpful receptionists. The hotel personnel just doesn't care about you. Asking about shops in the city, the girl at the reception said "how an I supposed to know" with a face like we were disturbing her. Worst sleep I had in […] ages. And I travel at least 10 days per month. Everything outside your first line of sight will be dirty and untidy. I mean areas like under the bed, behind the door etc. Mehr

This Hotel is in a great Location beisde the Main Train Station the Cathedral and Shopping area there are some lovely restuarants in the area.. I was a bit disapointed with the Hotel as it is classed as a 5 Star I wiould rate as 3.5 star we stayed on 2 different dates over the weekend and 1 of the rooms we stayed was small and felt cramped and the […] towels in the Bathroom were worn..
