Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Opryland - Nashville

I had a very short stay at the Fairfield Inn. The staff was friendly, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable and it was close to where I needed to be. For the price I wish I had time to do more than just sleep but definitely great accommodations.

The price was right, the staff friendly and helpful, the hotel condition attractive, the breakfast pretty good. The shuttle to/from the Gaylord and airport is a deal. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Nice, clean room. My only complaint was that the AC was really loud. Hotel is easy to get to. Staff was professional and quick. I would go back again.

This hotel had such a welcoming feel to it when we walked through the doors! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Very fast check in and check out. Breakfast was good, but I wish there was a better selection of foods. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay!

The hotel staff at the main desk were so helpful making suggestions for restaurants, and booking tours.

Very convenient to Opryland attractions, which is why we stayed there. Room beds were very comfortable, but lacked a refrigerator.

we were greeted by a young lady, very friendly and allowed us to check in early. Other staff members at the desk, seemed unfriendly and just stared without saying a word. Breakfast was ok, they offered pastries, cereals, breakfast bars beverages and microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Restaurants are seconds away and a grocery and drug store is about […] a 5 mile drive. Downtown is about a 10-15 min drive and Outlet shopping about 30 min. Our room was clean, the little shampoo and conditioner looked used. My little ones thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. Mehr

We stayed here on our way to Memphis. It was very clean. We will definitely use this hotel if we are in the area again.

I expected the hotel to be a little nicer than it was, but it was clean and comfy for one night. It is about 20 minutes from downtown, but there are a few restaurants within a mile. It is cheaper than staying downtown, but still close to stuff.

The receptionist was rude.

This was a great experience. The personnel were very helpful and the hotel and room were outstanding. Everything you needed was convenient. Restaurants were within walking or short driving distance, Santa Fe is a good place to eat.

Great, clean hotel with friendly, excellent service. $10 per stay covers shuttle to and from the airport and back and forth to Gaylord Opryland Resort and convention center. Some great local restaurants nearby, walking distance from the hotel.

This hotel was very comfortable and clean. Our stay was enjoyable and if I had to stay again I would.

Hotel was very modernly decorated. Everything was clean. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. This will be my go to hotel anytime I'm near Nashville. Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Overall a good experience. Shower water temperature never got hotter than tepid, but sink's did. Strange, that. While clean, details were missed. Balled up tissue under one of the beds. Area around hotel undergoing construction, but close to everything near Opryland. Staff was friendly, knowledgable and safety concious.

We were looking for a place to stay in Nashville for a couple nights that wasn't super expensive. The price was right for this place and it looked to be in a convenient location for the downtown stuff we were going to be doing in nashville. When we got there the woman at the front desk was extremely friendly...as a matter of fact, each time i encountered […] someone at the front desk they were very pleasant. The room was clean & comfy, the pool was huge, the free breakfast was actual BREAKFAST (not the couple stale bagels & toast and bitter coffee that some hotels have started putting out under the guise of "continental breakfast") it took about 7 minutes to get to downtown nashville (by car) but opryland is literally right across the street. It only took about 12 minutes to get to the airport which was really nice because we had a flight in the morning. all in all we were happy campers. :) Mehr

We were too cheap to pay for a room at Gaylord so we picked this one a short distance. We didn't realize they had a shuttle that would take us to and from the hotels unlimited times during our stay for only a $10 flat fee. They also over a shuttle to downtown which is way worth it. The hotel and my room was great especially the bed but the only issue that I had was that there was not a refrigerator. For those guest that maybe staying for a longer period of time, it would be beneficial to have a refrigerator in the room for coldrinks and such. Other than that, it was great!

Service was outstanding. Towels were great and generous. Glad to see that beds had duvet covers instead of bedspreads. My only disappointment was that there was no fridge or micro in the room. I was surprised that the hotels.com rate was no less than regular rate had I called direct. I probably would stay there again.

A very basic but solid hotel. The location was good, the room was clean, the front desk was helpful, and the breakfast was adequate. Nothing fancy but we weren't looking for fancy. They do need more that one elevator though!

From the time we walked up to the desk every thing was great. the desk clerk was very informative and the rooms were very comfortable .I would stay at the fairfield again

I loved the room in this hotel, so I'll start with that. I haven't slept that well in months. The main issue I had with the hotel was transportation to the convention center. There were too many people trying to get on a shuttle with too few seats that ran too infrequently. I ended up walking back in the dark 2 or 3 times, too. No pool, so it didn't […] smell like chlorine inside (my coworker had this happen). The Opryland area is terrible overpriced considering there's not even a grocery store within miles, but this is one of the lower priced hotels in the area. If I was coming back, I'd try to stay in Nashville proper first, but if I had to stay in Opryland, I'd stay here. Mehr

The hotel was clean and comfortable. It is located very near the Gaylord Opryland and several restaurants. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast nice, but nothing outstanding. Overall, we were very satisfied and would return again.

Room was clean. very busy hotel. The front desk person told me that if we want to eat free breakfast, we should be there right when it opens or it will be gone. That tells me that they are not intending to stock the food and let it run out. We asked for crib and the fridge. I did not bother to ask about fridge because we had to put kids to bed soon. […] I had to ask about crib. The front desk person called me back and told me "you are talking about play pin, not a crib. I kept looking for a real crib and could not find." Well, Marriot calls the playpin "crib." I just used their terminology. She should not complain to hotel guest about not getting adequate training from Fairfield Inn. They also do not have a high chair in the breakfast area. Other Fairfield Inns in other towns always has them. That tells that they do not welcome family to stay there. I asked if they have one. They just said "no." She did not even look at me when she was dealing with me. No one looked like they were happy to work there. I will never stay in Fairfield Inn Opryland again. Mehr

This hotel is about a mile from Gaylord Opryland Resort and Opry Mills Mall. The location is great if those are the parts of town you are looking for. It is also a short drive (and pretty convenient) to the BNA airport. The hotel appears to have been recently updated. The carpet is the groovy blue/green pattern that varies from the rooms to the hallway […] and the public areas. Our room had one wall painted a warm, cheery orange and the other walls off-white. The linens were very comfortable and soft, and there was a coverlet on the bed that was orange/white/blue/green to tie in all the colors in the room. Very bright, yet warm and inviting. The beds were wonderful. Did you get that? The beds were wonderful. Firm yet soft and wonderful. I'd like to buy one of these beds for home. The areas that can be improved: breakfast was just "okay"--not much selection with fresh fruit, but adequate selection of cereals and they did have Jimmy Dean biscuits with bacon, cheese and eggs that you could microwave individually. The staff was very plesant and efficient. Five stars! Overall, good experience. Not a luxurious experience, but good nonetheless. We were there for a conference at Opryland, and this hotel met our needs just great. Mehr

clean/quite/professional staff/good location/handy to shows

オープリーから近くて　お値段もリーズナブルで とっても良かったです。 子供は室内プールがとっても気に入っていましたこの時期の滞在で室内プールに入れる所はなかなか無いと思います。 ウエルカムコーヒーや朝食も付いていたので 私たち大人も満足できました。 室内も綺麗で特にバスルームが気に入りました。

Localização muito isolada, apenas hotéis e lanchonetes na região. Longe do centro. Ótimo preço considerando que estava incluído estacionamento, café da manhã e internet no quarto.
