Als Vorübernachtung für eine Kreuzfahrt völlig o.K. zumal das Hotel den kostenlosen Busshuttle stellt. Falls man zu Fuß Richtung Las Olaz Blv. geht, sollte man schon darauf achten, wer in der Umgebung rumläuft ( im Dunkeln besser mit dem Taxi fahren), da einige Obdachlose rumhängen.Aber das ist ja in Deutschland auch nicht anders. Frühstück für amerikanische Verhältnisse o. K.

Stilgemäßes Art-Deco-Hotel für einen Aufenthalt mitten drin in Miami Beach. Sehr schönes Ambiente in der Lobby. Zwar ist das Personal viel Kommen und Gehen von Gästen gewöhnt, trotzdem noch positive, freundliche Routine.

In dieser Preiskategorie sicher eines der besten Hotels. Saubere und moderne Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal. Einzig negativ ist die Poolanlage. Mobiliar verbraucht und lädt nicht zum planschen ein. Pool ist auch sehr klein. Habe keine Gäste gesehen die sich dort aufgehalten haben. Aber ansonst sehr zu empfehlen da in kurzer entfernung(3min. Fußweg) Supermärkte, Restaurants und andere Geschäfte vorhanden. Von 6 Hotels in dieser Preisklasse die wir in Florida besuchtt haben, eindeutig das beste Hotel.

Hervorragende Lage ein Block vom Ocean Drive und dem wunderbaren Strand entfernt. Äußerst freundlicher Service. Die Standardzimmer sind klein aber sehr zweckmäßig und nett im Art Deco Stil eingerichtet. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Pool auf der Dachterrasse. Es werden kostenlos Liegen und Handtücher am Strand zur Verfügung gestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen für Gäste die direkt in der Nähe des Art Deco Viertels übernachten möchten.

Helpful stuff, clean nice large room, bus stop directly located in front of the hotel, 3 minutes from the freely accessible public beach with showers. Das Hotel liegt supernahe zum tollen Strand. Es ist zwar nicht besonders modern, erfüllte aber bei der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung vollkommen unsere Ansprüche. "Abgewoht"
Das Hotel ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Preis Leistung aber i.O. Die Lage ist etwas weg von allem, man braucht ein Auto. Aber das ist in den USA ja fast immer so.

Ruhige Umgebung ohne Lärm. Die meisten Restaurants sind ca in 15 min zu Fuss zu erreichen.

"preisgünstiges Hotel in Strandnähe"
Hotel zwar schon etwas älter aber trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen. Parkgarage $10,- pro Tag finden wir günstig, da andere Hotels mind. $ 20,- verlangen. Das Hotel liegt in unmittelbarer Strandnähe, Fußmarsch max. 3 Minuten. Hatten Safe, Kühlschrank und Microwave im Zimmer - ohne Aufpreis. Gutes Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl und es sind genügend Sitzplätze […] vorhanden. Pool und Pooldeck etwas klein. Haben hier schon vor Jahren gebucht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. "Perfekter Zwischnstopp"
liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zu einem Wassertaxi-Stop, daher sehr gut gelegen und mit dem Wassertaxi kann man auf tolle Art und Weise Fort Lauderdale erkunden. Hotelbar bietet ein reichhaltiges Frühstück und führt gute und günstige Bar. Pool klein aber gepflegt. Strand in 5 min. zu Fuss erreichbar.

"Zimmerreinigung gut wenn der Tip stimmt"
Mussten feststellen, dass unser Zimmer nur dann wirklich sauber geputzt wurde und Becher sowie Hand- und Badetücher nur bei entsprechendem Trinkgeld ersetzt wurden. Die Lage des Hotels hat für uns gepasst. Innerhalb von 10 Gehminuten hat man diverse Souvenier-/Beachläden sowie Restaurants. Wirklich gut war das Frühstück mit reichlich Auswahl.

you couldn't ask for a better place to stay for the price I got on hotels.com the room was lovely, very clean and we walked right out the door to the beach and the strips activities in ft lauderdale. The hot breakfast was a bonus after a wild night out and the host who was seating you at breakfast was amazing with his personality!!!

"Decent place - likely would stay there again"
This was an older but fairly well maintained hotel within 3-5 minutes walking of the public beach. Nice pool and plenty of lounge chairs. Decent food and bar service also. We stayed there prior to cruise. Does not offer free shuttle to the airport and none of the hotels offer shuttle to Cruiseport. But this hotel was within 10 minutes of both by shuttle. […] Other than beach, there is few places to eat within reasonable walking distance other than Bahia Mar Bar & Grille, which had good food and full bar but was a bit overpriced. "Best Western"
Great overnighter while enroute somewhere else. The location next to the beach and habour is a plus however. 10 minutes from FLL is very handy.
It has a nice broad walk by the hotel, a perfect place to have a long walk in the morning along with nice surroundings of beach, palm trees and shops! Also the hotel provides one of great hot breakfasts especially delicious waffles! Nice swimming pool, too! Just a great place to stay!

"Best Western Oceanside"
This is a good place to stay - it's convenient to everything. The water taxi is across the street. The rooms were clean, it was very quiet when we were there. I've stayed at the Clipper next door a few times and the rooms are very similar.
Had a great time with Rose the bar manager.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Pool area was nice and well maintained. Beach was only a short walk from hotel. The man at breakfast was great. My family really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel provided the basics without problems. Staff very nice. Free breakfast. Wireless that worked without problems and easy to connect. comfortable bed and no noise. not luxurious but suited my needs.

I stayed at the best western plus Oceanside on 2/20/12 the hotel was clean but is in need of an upgrade badly. The staff was friendly and the place was clean but the decor leaves much to be desired. It's a short walk to the beach and a short drive to the mall and is conviently located.
Close to the beach, and good breakfast buffet.
"Rundown"
The halls smelled strongly of insecticide. We assumed the transportation to the airport would be provided, as at other Best Westerns, but it was not, and then we were not quoted a price for the trip. It would have been cheaper to take a taxi. Hotel was clean but felt very tired and rundown.

"BW Oceanside Inn"
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Breakfast was more than we expected and the attendants at the breakfast buffet were pleasant and very helpful. Beds were comfortable but the bathroom is very small. Just be aware that the hotel is not on the Ocean and there are no scenic views from the rooms. It is an easy walk to the beach and to the Water Taxi.
Excellent service, everyone was very helpful. Clean rooms...would stay here again for sure!
Be careful which room you select. There is a lot of noise around the pool in the evening until about 11 pm. The bar is right next to the pool and loud talking from bar carries. Great breakfast and lots of help from guy who seated us with selecting sites to visit.

"Nice place to stay"
We spent two nights here after a cruise, as we wanted to tour the area. Staff was very helpful, (except for one girl at the front desk). Everyone else went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Pool needed a cleaning and the view of the back alley from our room was not the best, but other than that we had a great stay. Big spacious […] rooms close to the beach and to the water taxi system, which although expensive ($20.00 per person) was worth the price as most of the tour guides try to be informative and humorous. we stayed here 3 nights. This is a great hotel. The staff is realy nice, and the breakfast is great, and the man how works there help you whith anything. Is is close to the beach and it takes 15 minuts to go to were all the resturants are som maybe a lite bit of, but its so cheap and you can take the car everywhere so i dont´t think is a problem. I found the staff very helpful. the rooms were great. recommend the sundeck rooms. This is our third time staying there and will go back in the future. Not a lot of frills, but you get a lot for your price and great location.

Great for a stopover when you are cruising the next day. Free breakfast and drink with your stay. Price is reasonable. You do really have to drive if you want to go anywhere else.
