It was ok. The construction made things a little difficult.

my stay was enjoyable

Room was ok. Carpet was dirty and the bathroom was a bit outdated. Location was excellent for someone going to the Rangers Ballpark. My only complaint is wi-fi wasn't working.

Just a mile from Verizon Center, which is where we were headed for the evening. Great price for a nice room. Comfy bed, and quaint. Noise from other guests was a little loud, but not too bad. I'd stay again. Suits its purpose.

People were very nice and everything like that but was upset that it did not have a microwave and refrigerator as the ad stated in the hotel.com ad.

The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. I was able to change rooms without much hassle at all. And they did everything I asked, with a smile. HOWEVER.....I guess I should have known what to expect when I booked 7 rooms for less than $50 a night. The rooms are accessible from the outside, so there is virtually NO security. The rooms had water […] stains on the ceilings, stains in the restrooms, dirty towels and the sun-blocking shades wouldn't close. We got what we paid for and next time I take my kids to a convention, we will pay a lot more for a little peace of mind. Mehr

This stay was horrible. There was a detour to the room because of construction and it was hard to get to it ..they only gave one small towel.....stated that they didn't have many towels.

I really enjoyed the 2 nights we stayed. however the road being closed due to construction on 161 was a major issue for someone who is not from the area. The service was super awesome. Lovely people. Even the housekeeping was wonderful. When we checked out my teenage son lost his phone after searching everywhere, we decided to leave anyways. As we were […] about to pull out, housekeeping came RUNNING down to my truck with his phone. (a very expensive phone) Thank God there is still honest people in this world. But yes everyone was wonderful and very friendly. One of our 2 beds was hard as a rock tho. I will defianatley come back to this hotel if Im ever in the area again. Mehr

The hotel was great. Very nice.

It was 5 min fm stadium so location was perfect for our weekend destination. The downside of this place was parking. The parking lot was very narrow. The room was OK, nothing special to it. It was a good stay overall for the price.

They was doing construction on the highway ramp right next to the hotel which made it horrible to get in or out at night. Although my room was facing the highway I surprisingly heard no noise when inside!!!! Beds are super comfy!!!! Denny's right in front of the property.

The location and comfort was good; however, upon inspecting the bathrooms - I was disappointed. It is really bad when you find "hair" from a former guest or employee in the bathroom. It is actually pretty gross. It makes you think twice about taking a shower and what is really going on at the establishment that you "cannot" see. I will not stay in this […] hotel again. I have had pretty good luck with LaQuinta in the past but this hotel needs to improve on their cleaning techniques. The night attendant was also not friendly or informative at all. Mehr

The location was practical and the beds were comfortable. The shower has good water pressure and the soap has a nice citrus scent. The room was basically clean, but the bathtub either has a stain or wasn't fully clean. It'll do when you need something inexpensive and right off of a couple of highways.

We DID NOT LIKE WHAT WE SAW WHEN WE ARRIVED TO THIS LOCATION.AFTER WE CHECKED IN WE WENT INTO OUR FIRST ROOM AND MY HUSBAND OPENED THE CLOSET DOORS, OUT POPPED A SMALL ROACH. THE ROOM WAS HOT,THE AC NOT WORKING PROPERLY,NOT COOLING.CALLED FRONT DESK THEN WAS GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM NEXT DOOR.SAME THING HOT MUSTY ROOM, SMELLY ,AC NOT AS COLDING AND IN BOTH […] ROOMS CARPETS NEED A GOOD CLEANING OR REMOVING. ...if you're not paying attention. The construction at the intersection of I30 and Hwy 161 can definitely make for an adventure finding the entrance to the hotel but that's certainly no fault of the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. Fine for a quick one night stay.

H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E!!!! I did not feel safe and left within 2 hours. Did not feel my car was safe there.

New freeway construction around hotel makes it hard to drive around. Denny's restaurant was great. Good people. Couldnt find anyone around desk for our checkout. Tv in room did not work.

I have always had good experiences with La Quinta and the service this time was no exception. I was unaware of the construction that surrounds this hotel. The traffic and road closures were a nightmare. The night clerk was very friendly and comforting when I finally arrived. The condition and cleanliness of the room were fine, I was a little surprised […] that the bath tub was in need of repair, but this did appear to be an older hotel. Not bad for a quick trip though. The motel appears to be recently remodeled, although it is not in excellent shape. The air conditioning units did not cool the rooms adequately even though the outside temperature was moderate (75 - 85 degrees). Major highway construction provides limited access to the motel. The price for the motel was modest, but I would be willing to pay $10-$20 […] more per room to upgrade to a better motel. Mehr

The location is not good, its hard to get to the hotel because of all the construction surrounding it. When we walked in the room the first thing you notice is the smell. It smells like cigarettes and old. The next thing you notice is the stained up carpet. Then in the bathroom was a dirty hanging towel. We knew we were only going to be in the room to sleep and shower, so we didn't need a lot of frills. We chose this hotel for the price. it was still convenient to the Hawaiian Falls water park. There were a couple of fast food places near by and of course the requisite Denny's. We were surprised that there was a hotel pool, so the kids got to swim after […] we got back from the park. There was also a really nice continental breakfast, with the usual cereal, bagels, etc. The star was the waffle making station were guests can make their own Texas shaped waffle. This is advertised as a La Quinta, and while it is owned by that corporation, this obviously is a motel 6 that was purchased by La Quinta. Come on, La Quinta, this is not up to your standards, mold in bath, dirty floors, and OH WAIT, we accidentally went the wrong room and OUR KEY WORKED on the other lock. If you want to get your items stolen, stay […] here. Fortunately, our room didn't get any theft, but having everyone walking around with skeleton keys is probably not a good idea. Mehr

Overall the hotel stay wasn't half bad. The price was so cheap, I expected an awful room but received better than what I got from that of local room & board that charges more than twice the price.

Right location for Verizon Theatre, but construction around the Hwy exit a bit annoying. Really easy check-in, friendly staff, clean pool. Room was just right for the price -- parked right out front. Asked for a quiet room and got one -- no road noise at all. Beds are only doubles, but sheets were clean. Small bathroom but clean.

was very dissapointed with hotel and location, would not staty here again, room had a smell to it, towels where worn out, smoking allowed at swimming pool area with children around, eating area was to small and pet next door kept barking and scratching at ajoining door, would not recommend to anyone!
