Very enjoyable. Will stay here again.

Great place to stay! No complaints.

We spent two nights here with the kids while exploring the area, very quiet and comfortable. Conveniently located. Great value!

We found the rooms to be well equipped and clean. The included breakfast was more than sufficient. Would stay there again and recommend it to travelers.

This hotel is very well maintained, clean and there is little or no noise coming into the rooms. By car it is convenient, but it is still a few miles from the center of town. When there are many people a second toaster during breakfast would be welcome as well as teh replacement of the drinking cups in the room. There is also a swimming pool. We had […] a great stay. We only spent one night but it was pleasant, the only thing we didn't care for is that the entire hotel was overly warm, we ran the a/c in our room because it was just too hot.

This hotel is older and comes with all the things age implies. Broken tiles, old carpet, etc. It was spring break so the place was packed. The staff was not prepared for the rush of people for breakfast. There was literally nothing left when we went down for breakfast.

Everything was nice. No refrigoraters. Call ahead for lower room for dogs and handicap.

The bed are super comfy and the breakfast was good. Some damage to the room due to prior pet stays. The bathroom is a little outdated and the hair dryer no longer works. I had to wait in line to check in due to "system backups" but overall the staff is very courteous.

La Quintas I have stayed in. On a recent drive across country with my small dog, I stayed at several La Quinta locations from Flagstaff, to Oklahoma City, and Knoxville. The Flagstaff location was by far the best, and of a totally different category than the others. We had not stayed at this location in over 4 yrs. The last time we were here was also in the Winter. The mgmt staff were not friendly or welcoming and my son's CD packet was stolen from our room while we were skiing by the cleaning people. When we asked the front desk to investigate, they said they would "look into it", but nothing was ever said or […] found. The hotel was poorly kept, as well. This time, we were greeted by friendly, welcoming people, the units were very clean and upgraded and we had a very nice stay. We listened to the service given to other customers while we ate the compliementary briekfast and the same good service was given to everyone who went up to the front desk. We have stayed a couple of time at the hotel, this last visit, the morning front desk person wasn't very helpful. in out restroom, we have a small coffe maker it was missing a coffee tray to put in the bag of coffee. we called the front desk to see if we could get one or just another coffee maker. the front desk person just told me to come down to the […] lobby we have coffee and then he told me that he would send someone to check the coffee maker. One show up to our room. I didn't like that response from the hotel front desk.....he should've been more responsive to our needs....we pay good money to stay at the hotel. Mehr

The furnace was very noisy. It was loud. Overall it was OK, but the furance has to be worked on. You need the heater and does it have to be so loud?

I spent one night in this hotel. It has good services but it is a little aged. The room was big and clean. The breakfast was rich with a big choice. If you are traveling with pets this is the hotel you are looking for. I would recommend it.

Wonderful pet friendly hotel! Close to dining and shopping, directly off highway!

We stayed in 4 La Quinta hotels as we moved across the country, and this one is by far the nicest! I have stayed here numerous times and recommend it highly.

This was one of the best La Quinta's we have stayed at. The beds were very comfy, the pool was heated in October, and the kids loved the jacuzzi. Only complaint was minor- the complimentary breakfast didn't have any bacon or sausage. Of course, my boys loved the wafles. Stay here!

My wife asked me to make our week-long reservations here because she'd been satisfied with it on a visit 10 years ago. We were not disappointed. The only minus came from the fitness center's being shut down for 2 days due to an electrical problem in the room on a Friday. However, the hotel had it fixed by Sunday evening. Other observations: is popular […] with tour groups; good complementary breakfast with a good selection, though it's sometimes hard to find an empty table. We could always find a parking space near the closest entryway to our part of the motel. If we visit Flagstaff again I'm sure we'll again make reservations at this hotel. Mehr

We spent our days hiking in Sedona and wanted an affordable place to lay our heads at night. The drive was about an hour, but the affordability of the hotel mixed with the comfort of the beds and pillows (something I'm very picky about), the cost in gas was quite justified! The staff at the front desk upon check-in were very friendly.

Stayed one night for business, paid full retail. Hordes of soccer playing kids running up and down the halls, overrunning the breakfast room. Parents/coaches oblivious, staff just shrugged.

Nice hotel, would visit again. Dog friendly, bike friendly - just perfect for Flagstaff. Within a 5 min bike ride from NAU, downtown Flagstaff but none of the noises of the city. Recommended!

Very nice Staff - nice clean room, good breakfast - nice 'make your own' waffle bar and more. Nice layout, pool, spa and decent enough gym. Bed could have been a bit more comfy - but I'm VERY picky there. Won't hesitate to stay again.

Since the place was recently remodeled, it was in great shape. Even though we were given a nonsmoking room, it smelled of smoke. The front desk clerk explained that was probably due to the room being next to the smoking hall. Without hesitation, she gave us another room. The eating area was spacious with new furniture. Hotel is close in town and off the I40 Freeway and I would recommend it to my friends, especially for pet lovers.

We stayed at the La Quinta in Flagstaff for a weekend. The area is nice, plenty of restaurant options within a minute or two. It was quiet, restful, and clean. Pet friendly as well. If traveling with a pet, it's your best option in town. Book your room, you won't be disappointed for the price.

It was a nice place to stay and it was very convenient especially because I have a 1 year old!

Upon arriving, July 29, 2011, around noon, we were informed by the desk clerk that our room reservation had not been submitted by hotels.com. She told us that WE had to call or go online to check on the problem, then informed us that the public computer was out of service. She had a computer right in front of her and would not offer to check on anything […] for us. Not even to try to get the phone number for us. Eventually, we were inconvenienced and had to use the internet on our phones to check on our room status. Hotels.com took care of the problem and said that our room had been reserved! She never bothered to check. It was there! The young lady was not friendly and even had the nerve to yawn in the middle of conversing with us. The other girl who we eventually checked in with a couple of hours later was wonderful. I wish I could have remembered her name. Mehr

One night stay, very satisfied, Room clean, had to twist arm to get an early check-in; otherwise very satified.

To be a pet friendly hotel, it was super clean and addorless!!!! We are happy that we stay with our pet in your hotel and that the La Quinta doesn't charge you extra for your pet!!! We will look for La Quinta in other places because of this!! One thing that would be great is to place a MICROWAVE and REFRIGERATOR in the rooms!!

The free breakfast was really basic. Cereal, milk, make your own waffles and maybe a little fruit left over. The hotel room price was a little higher than what we thought the value was, but it is Flagstaff where the tourism is high. The front desk girl was very friendly and helpful.
