Die Dame an der Rezeption hat Dauertelefonate mit privatem Charakter während sie die Gäste so nebenbei noch eincheckt: wirkt enorm einladend. Zudem solltem man die Teppiche in den Zimmern auswechseln oder reinigen, sie muffen schon richtig.

I enjoyed it very much.

The hotel is in need of maintenance. The rug look deteriorated as well as the bed sheets. Breakfast was very good.

The attendant at the front desk was very nice and welcoming. I liked the fact that you could check in anytime after two p.m. I arrived later than I thought and that was very important. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was great,I was very satisfied.

This hotel is close to the airport, but the surrounding area is shady and really only has a McDonalds close by. My room felt clean, but had stains on the carpet, couches, and bedspread. I know it's impossible not to get wear-and-tear in a motel, but this always leaves me feeling uneasy. It also has the age-old heat/air conditioning wall unit. Every […] time it kicked on, I leaped a foot! The bathrooms do not have fans, the rooms are pretty dark, and the alarm didn't work. On the plus side, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. I asked for directions to several places, and they were spot on. The hotel is close enough to the airport that I could see planes landing/taking off, but they did a great job sound proofing the rooms. I was never disturbed by plane, car, or room-to-room noise. The continental breakfast had a good variety, and it was wonderful to not be disturbed by maid noise. They do a good job of not disturbing their guests. Internet connection was fast and reliable. They also have a nice business room, with amentities, in the lobby. Mehr

The hotel staff were friendly and informative. Breakfast was standard and everything was fresh. Shuttle to/from ATL was punctual. Everything about the room was good. A good pick for a stay over between flights. I will choose this one again. The shuttle driver sang off key Christmas songs.

Stayed over night. Everything allright except that the pilows were very hard ando made my night very difficult. So important for a "over night" hotel

When we arrived in Atlanta by car we called the hotel for direections and the young lady could not direct us. We called back after being loss for about an hour to see if someone else could direct us, but again she told us an exit to take but we could not find it. We had to distrub friendsat an early hour to get help. Nothing extra like flowers in the […] room desk chair was old and broken. Tolet bowl had a ring around the upper area. I did not like the hotel! We had a wonderful experience. Not sure about the negative reviews. All of the staff was friendly, breakfast was good, shuttle to the airport was prompt. I will stay here next time I am in Atlanta.

I've had a tough time finding a reasonably priced hotel without some big downside when I stay in Atlanta. Here it is. Shuttle to the hotel from the Airport. Reasonable price, quiet, room with fridge, lots of TV channels & a good desk plus enough electrical outlets. Nice staff, expanded Continental Breakfast. Its a very nice hotel, convenietly located close to the airport. Rooms are big and very nice, with a couch, desk, wifi, internet, refrigerator, microwave. The bed was very comfortable. The only inconvinience was that they didn't have a safe in the room, or extractor fan in the bathroom. Great for the price though. Great stay. It was a short, quick stay, but everyone was friendly and helpful. And the breakfast had a great variety of choices! The price was right, too. Clean, comfortable, will stay there when in the area again!

The room was clean, close to airport and freeways. The bed was very uncomfortable and the tv was old( not a flat screen). The staff was very hospitable. Overall, it was a good stay.

I did not like the smell in the room. Its smelled like a dirty mop and urine. just not a good smell, there is nothing surrounding the hotel, but other hotels, the only place you could eat at within walking distance was McDonalds. On the plus side, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and they had free shuttle that would take you to and from […] the airport, without a wait or a very short wait period the shuttle would also take you to Ruby Tuesdays and pick you back up, which was better than eating at McDonalds. My first time traveling in a long time took my nephew ago and didn't know what was in store. Walked in and was greeted by two courteous young ladies. Room was ready and clean. I enjoyed my stay there and would definitely stay there again.

Staff was friendly, hotel room was clean and was a pretty nice room size for a King bed. Breakfast bar in the morning was quite nice: make your own waffles, pastries, bagels, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, fruit, juices, grits, etc. Only strange thing was lack of ice makers - there were 3, I believe, in a 5 story hotel, and only 1 of them actually worked. […] But aside from that, it was a fine stay! Extrememly close to ATL airport but not in the flight path. Clean room, friendly staff, comparable amenities. I travel a LOT, and stay in a LOT of different hotels; this one is just fine for your budget price hotel. To me a hotel is just a place to sleep, shower and get a little work done, and this one met all those in a clean, safe, friendly atmos […] phere. Mehr

Totally impressed with this hotel. Had not been expecting such a clean modern facility. Receptionist /check in clerk, was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet had lots of choices. Didn't see any close restaurants, but we had a rental car and had no problem finding Ruby Tuesdays. Close to airport, but did not hear the air traffic noise. I have been to this hotel once before, and it wasnt like this. The front desk girls was very unprofessional. I requested a room with a jacuzzi got that but the jacuzzi wasnt working right nor was the TV call them and they sent the guy who drives the bus who did the same thing I did and said "oh well some of the rooms have the old tv's and this may happen. […] NOT COOL! OH AND THE BED WASNT HARRIBLE SOMETHING HAPPEN TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!! Mehr

The setup was ok but I definetly loved my stay better at the Best Western in Hapeville. It just looked more elegant. This one had a more 'cheap' feel to it. Sorry...

The room was fine! The shower just dribbled! The light in the bathroom flickered! The breakfast bar opened late. If you need a place to sleep..It is fine! Anything else..look elsewhere!

We recently stayed in this hotel while attending the Masters. The hotel was well priced, close to the airport with easy access to the freeway we needed to get to Augusta. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, providing very good directions to a great sports bar. We recommend this hotel.

This hotel was very reasonable for the price. The hotel staff were helpful. The breakfast wasn't excellent, but it was certainly a reasonable continental breakfast.

Carpet was not hoovered when we arrived, and was still unhoovered two days later. That, and the maid banging on our door three hours before checkout time, prevented a higher rating. Facilities are excellent for the price, and reception staff friendly and helpful.

Spent one night prior to 7 day trip out of state. Early flight required wake up call and transport to local airport, parking of vehicle at hotel and pick up at airport on return from trip. All services were timely provded by very friendly staff. Will use again on out of state flights.

As an active business traveler I rely on these written recommmendarions to keep me out of dumps and to uncover bargains. This was a good stay for the night. Staff was very accommodating. Flexible transportation to and from the airport. I would stay here again.

Shuttle driver incredibly SLOW - took 30 minutes to show up (hotel is 10 minutes away) and then jumped out of the shuttle to try to drum up more business from other hotel's customers. This happened to us TWICE.

For the most part, a clean hotel. All employees were very nice with the exception of the one employee working desk at check in. Otherwise, a good room close to airport.

There is not much to like about this hotel. For the same price, I have been to much better hotels in the same area or even closer to the airport. Book wisely.
