Allgemein sehr zufrieden, einzig beschädigter Ledersessel im Zimmer störte den Gesamteindruck.

Das Motel ist gut zu erreichen. Zimmer in Ordnung für eine Übernachtung auf der Durchreise. Aber die Qualität hat gegenüber einem Aufenthalt vor einigen Jahren im gleichen Motel erheblich nachgelassen.

This room was supposed to have a microwave, phone and clock. It had none of these. When asked about a wake-up without a phone, the desk clerk said he would come knock at the door. He did not!! (We had a funeral to go to). They brought us a phone and clock the next day but when we plugged in the phone it did not work. Again the desk clerk (different […] person) said she would come and knock at the door. This time she did. The linens were very dingy and dirty looking and the towels were very rough to touch. I've stayed at Super-8 before in other places and none were like this place. I would never recommend this place unless they do a complete overhaul. Mehr

We were their just one night and it was a nie nights stay - quiet- comfortable and a nice breakfast...

The staff was very friendly. the room was clean and comfortable. would stay there again

This hotel is eay access to the hy. but quite enough to get a good nigths sleep. The breakfast was good. hot waffles to start the day. fresh coffee alday long. Great Place

Excellent service and the manager was good to give options that allowed a quick check in and enjoyable and no hassle stay. Will recommend this hotel to any one any time.

My wife and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. The price was so reasonable. The breakfast was adequate. We had a clean room, not fancy but perfect for an overnight stay. We would recommend your place . We wondered, however, if all Super 8's are like this. Also we thought the Front Desk personnel were friendly and very polite.

Not a 5 star hotel, but didn't expect one. Basic acommodations. Clean. friendly staff. Close to casinos. Would stay here again

Excellent location for short stay. Quiet surroundings and always feel safe. Happy that Motel 8 is there. We even had a family reunion there, but I find the pillows were very 'smelly" and the bedspread need a washing.

I arrived at the hotel to check in and found a number of young adults smoking outside. Not a big deal...I figured this is where the Navy boys who are stationed down the street bring their girlfriends to stay while they visit. Make sense, right? The room I was given smelled of smoke and had a number of cosmetic issues throughout. I was afraid to lay […] on the bed and the lay z boy chair(without the reclining pully) offered the most comfort. The bed ended up being fine to sleep in and the room content for its use. I was in the area for business on two nights. My one complaint is that my neighbors were in and out of their rooms until the wee hours of the morning. And, although at times quiet, they were drunk and disorderly when provoked it sounded like. Slamming doors all night and yelling or playing music loudly. The best part of my stay was the morning...because my neighbors were very clearly asleep and I was greeted with a fairly decent breakfast downstairs come morning. Hands down best part! Mehr

I chose this motel because a continental breakfast was provided, unlike the other motel that I usually stay at, and the price was about the same. PROS: Breakfast (which includes waffles!), mini-fridge & microwave in room, comfy recliner chair in room, friendly staff, convenient location (right off I-95) CONS: Hard bed, flat pillows, stale smoke smell […] wafting throughout hallways. If I left the room and came back after a while, I noticed a smoke smell in my "non-smoking" room, but did not notice it after a few minutes in the room. The general cleanliness of the room was satisfactory, and having a mini-fridge & microwave in the room was a BIG plus to me. However, in my opinion the motel itself could use an interior upgrade - new / better beds and pillows, and perhaps painting walls and shampooing carpets would help diminish the smoke smell...? All in all, for what it was - a place to sleep, shower and get a halfway decent breakfast - it was satisfactory, especially for the price. And the location was great! Overall our stay was good. The heating system was very loud when it kicked on and being right beside the 95 ramp was a bit loud with the vehicles, but if needed we would stay here again, but ask for a room in the back of the building.

The exterior does not look promising. However, the staff were very friendly and our room was very clean. The motel is located just off of 95 and is about 20 minutes from Foxwoods. Also it is worth mentioning that a Taco Bell is directly next door.

For the price of the hotel, I would say that it was as much as I expected in a hotel. I would stay there again.

Everything you could possibly need is within a quick drive. Easy access on and off I-95. Perfect spot for our trip. We would consider this hotel again in the future.

we have stayed here a number of times when we have had an evening activity at Mohegan Sun. It is FAR cheaper than staying at the casino, and we are hardly in the room when there.

I was not sure I was doing the right thing booking this room but went ahead. Although this is an older place my room was very clean. The best part of it was the most comfortable bed! I had no TV remote when I arrived so I went to talk to the man at the desk and he brought the remote with him and went with me to my room and programmed it for me. The […] location was perfect! I wanted something close to the casino with out breaking bank, it was one night so it wasn't bad at all. The customer serivice was great, the room had a Microwave and a fridge so that was nice, the overall room was alittle run down but for the price it was cool.

Room and bathroom were clean - bed was comfortable. Near Casinos, which was our final destination. Would reserve there again.

If you don't want to pay much for an overnight stay, this motel will do. It is older, but clean.

Reception desk personnel are very courtious. Room was nice and clean. Overall price was excellent for one nite stay. I always try to book this hotel when I'm in the area.

Front desk staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Wish we stayed longer. Very comfortable and restful sleep. Would recommend this motel to anyone traveling to Groton or the surrounding area. Close to the casinos too.

Motel staff was friendly and rate was good.Problem was window faced a fast food restaurant located right across from the motel. Folks, this was a major problem. Woken up at 2:45 am by a group of teenagers revving the engine on their sport cars. I caution you about getting a room facing the fast food restaurant. This hotel was 15 minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino, restaurants all along the street. Was great for the price.

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the breakfast a step up from a continental. There were a LOT of skunks around the outside of the hotel which made it hard to navigate at night with ease. Overall a decent hotel for the money.

Service and accomodations were fine. The King size mattress was less than desirable. Not firm at all, sagged towards the middle.

The motel was very clean and the staff was very helpfull. I would recommend it to everybody.

The couch in the room was discusting and dirty the bath the same I did not want to lay on the bed. I will never stay in this Hotel. We went to see Marc Anthony at the Mohegan Sun, and the Hotel was close but not worth it! Think twice before booking.
