If your decision is based primarily on price, then this hotel will be just fine. It isn't a great hotel, but it (mostly) accomplishes what it sets out to do - provide a serviceable stay for a budget price. Pros - great location right off I-10. Free Continental breakfast (seeing that people who stay here are already budget minded...). Free wi-fi. Exercise […] room (though I did not see or use it). Cons - Didn't really feel clean. Not horribly dirty, but not clean. Room was dark and dated (though the flat-screen TV and some updated lighting in the bathroom were some initial attempts to update). I had a sliding glass door that led directly to the outside. While this might be convenient, it wasn't the safest idea. The lock was a feeble and could easily be compromised (in fact, it wasn't even locked when I arrived). I don't think you can lock it once you are outside anyway, so I don't think you would use the sliding door for any quick escapes. If they would update the bedding/sheets, I would rate this hotel higher and even recommend it to friends who are equally budget conscious. That said, I will stay here again - mainly because I it is located 2 blocks from a client that I visit quarterly. Mehr

Room was ok, breakfast...hmmm, skipped. Pillows were overstuffed and uncomfortable.

The hotel was fantastic! Great location and very easy access to freeways and major intersections on Chandler and Ray rd. The room was great and the staff was very friendly. The motel was right off of I-10 which made it easy to find. The room did look like it was updated a bit. It had a flatscreen TV, there was an accent wall painted, and modern wood framed pictures hung. But, the bed was very lumpy, and the comforter and sheets still looked old. It was also disgusting how the maid made the bed so that the pillows were […] in direct contact with the inside of the comforter...and as most of us know, they hardly ever change out the comforter, so god knows how dirty that thing is. As for the gym, there was a treadmill, a bike and a weight machine. The machine left A LOT to be desired though. The maximum weight was barely enough to make me sweat and I nearly tipped the whole thing over. As for the complimentary breakfast, there was an assortment of bread and pastries, and a waffle maker, but I don't remember seeing any fruits or yogurt. Mehr

Needed the room for one night and the price was reasonable, but our room smelled kinda funky.

The only problem I have with this hotel is the air conditioner is very loud. Other than that, it was very nice and convenient

Great bang for your buck! But LOOK out! Dont get a smoking room..it'll kill you! Big rooms, great breakfast

Comfy beds, very friendly staff. Good breakfast (pastries, cereal, waffles...). The room was very clean and comfortable, but the bathroom corners had definitely been skipped, and it had clearly not been updated for many years (though what was there was adequate). Fantastic as far as budget motels go!

Friendly staff. Room has fridge, micro-wave, and coffee machine. Continental breakfast - with fresh waffles - is included. I stayed here on 2 separate occasions with no problems. It's just a few minutes from the Chandler Fashion Mall, and it's right off the same street.

Both men at the desk, did not seem very professional at all. Their clothing was not real clean or neat. It was about 8:30 p.m. so it may have been towards the end of a shift. The dog at the front desk, a very big dog, did not seem right. The hotel was in the process of being renovated with bare concrete halls. There were 2 floors in the hotel with only […] stairs. It was not overly convenient to carry luggage up the stairs. Mehr

I requested a NON smoking room and was placed in a smoking room. Checked in early in the day and was still not able to change. The room was perfumed up but my eye's don't lie. They burned all night. This is the second time this has happened to me in recent trips.

They are presently renovating, but our wing and room were very nice and clean. I would recommend this hotel to any friends.

It was a Super8, so pretty much as expected. The front desk folks were friendly, the room was clean and a small continental breakfast was included the next morning. Walls are pretty thin, but I was so tired that it didn't keep me from sleeping. It's conveniently located right off the highway and has a few restaurants, shops and a theater within a couple […] of miles. Just northwest is The Rock Bottom Brewery, which I'd recommend for good eats at a decent price. Mehr

There was gum on the back of bathroom door, bathroom vent didn't work. Mounts for flat screen tv was still on wall with an older cheap tv sitting on the desk just bellow it. Pretty cheap looking I think, atleast get rid of the mounts. Although the comp. Breakfast was pretty good. Hotel needs a lot of maintence....

I cannot stay in a hotel that is not clean and comfortable. Pillows and sheets must be clean and in good condition, and the bathroom must be SUPER clean or I will not stay there. Normally I would NEVER stay at a cheap hotel because you rarely get the kind of cleanliness and comfort that I prefer. However, this was a situation where cost was a big issue […] so I read the reviews and too a chance. The bed was clean and super comfortable. The floor could have been cleaner, but was not too bad. The bathroom was super clean and in good condition. This hotel has 2 floors and no elevator. Breakfast was cereal, danish & bagels for the most part. No eggs or waffles. Free Wifi was ok. They do have some computers in the lobby you can use as well. They even have another computer in the breakfast room with printer in case you need to print something. Dennys is right across the street as well. Hallways were dim and stuffy. Luckily the rooms were bright and clean and air quality was excellent (I was in a non smoking room on the second floor). My room had a decent flat panel TV. Not much of a channel choice but you do get HBO. I would not stay here with my wife, but on a business trip to save some cash it has what I need. Mehr
