Super 8 Motel - San Jose Airport/Santa Clara Area - San José

It was a nice motel. Clean and everything, but charge me for checking in early. Never seen that before

I arrived 15 min before check in and heard the rather bored employee ask the maid if any of the 4 rooms with 2 queens were ready. None of them were so I was told to come back after 2:00. I said no problem. Arriving at 2:50 a different person informed me that none of the rooms again were ready and I would have to wait another 15 minutes. I did and when […] we went inside the room it smelled like an ashtray and I requested a non smoking room. All night long I had to listen to noise because the windows were open. Added to that the refrigerator sounded like a quiet alarm clock going off every 20 minutes. Mehr

It was not what I expected. I thought because of its premier location, that it was gonna be great, but it wasn't. If u just need to change, go to an event, and leave the next day, its the perfect place for u.

I showed up to check in and the staff was clueless! They didn't have my room set up as I requested it and then they tried blaming hotels.com for the mistake.

this hotel is called Super 8 "airport". It is not near the airport. If they had a free shuttle I would not mind. But they did not.

The clerk was very unprofessional, he used my id as his personal scratcher, and then bummed a ciggarette off of me. The room was disgusting, burns in the blankets and floor, there was a large wet spot on the carpet by the bed, the sink was dirty and did not work properly, no water pressure in the shower. First of all the towels were old and had blood stains good thing i had brought my own. The sheets looked like they had not been changed there was mascara and makeup stains on the pillow cases, mold in the shower looked like it was not cleaned for a while. The lights were rusty in the bathroom and the closet area. The heat light in the bathroom did not […] work and the bathroom window did not lock. Phone did not work at first. For the price it was not worth it and very uncomfortable. Mehr

For a quick stay. It was okay, price good, but the room carpet needs to be replaced. Windows to. Otherwise for a quick stay I would say it is okay.

This had to be one of the woprst experiences I have ever had. Room was suppose to be smoke free and at check in told it was. But when we got to the room it stunk from smoke. Three ashtrays were around the room. TRhe sheets had holes and rips. The bedspread had cigie burns and the blanket which barley covered the bed had holes, rips and tears all over […] it. It was like staying in a third world country! Bed spread was dirty, non-smoking room wreaked of smoke, Walls were even dirty. Shower was dilapidated. Worst of all was te service. In spite of the poor quality of the room I was stuck andneeded to stay another night. I called to get to get the room for another night. They told me I had to cme to the front […] desk, even though they had my r stay there again!hings. I wouldnevecredit card. They threatened to take mybelongings out of the room if I did not come to the front desk by12:00. I had to leav my business meeting early to get my things. I would never stay there again! Mehr

Great for the price

The hotel was great. Our room had a king bed in it. Our room was so spacious we could have fit 10 people in there. The pool area was very nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was in a great area. My only complaint would be their continental breakfast. Not much at all. Overall, I would definitely stay there again.

Location: perfect for us Condition of room: very nice Staff: very nice Layout and cleanliness of room: very nice Price: affordable Negatives: There is a bar in an attached restaurant that plays very loud music, and their patrons take up the hotel parking (at least on Friday nights). We had to park illegally in the lot in order to not have to park down […] the street a couple of blocks. We happened to be in a room above the bar. The music and the patrons were extremely noisy until the bar finally closed. It would have been much quieter at the other end of the motel. Mehr

the mattress was 4' high with blood stains and yellow aged, the sheets had a black thump smeer, the carpet was filthy, stained, bad ordor,TV did not work, the lights could not be reach in bed, the pool was not heated, no way to open the windows and keep people out, IT WAS HORRIBLE! I had NO sleep!

Hotel staff was extremely unaccomodating once we arrived and discovered that we were placed in a smoking room which not only smelled offensive but also was not what we booked through this service. When I say unaccommadating I mean that once we were there we were not given another room at first because they did not have any available, however it was […] a tuesday and there couldn't have been more than 10 cars in the parking lot. I literally counted 8 after we checked in initially. We were eventually given a non-smoking room which was decent. However I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because of our overall experience. Mehr

The smell was so bad in the room I didnt even stay the night. I booked a room somewhere else. There was a gob of gum with hair in it stuck to the bathroom window.

Our room was a very good bargain. Nice size and condition. Helpful front desk staff.

Enkelt, bra och mycket billigt motell. Rekommenderas. Rent och snyggt, trevlig personal, enkel frukost och schysst pool.
