The staff that checked us in was very nice but we were charged $7.00 more than the rate I was quoted when I booked through Hotels.com. The TV had 5 channels that were fuzzy enough to be kind of unwatchable and when I complained about that I was told we could not change rooms because we had a AAA discount. "Allegies? Beware!!!!!"
The room and the entire wing of the hotel had strong smell of mold / mildew. My son's allegies were off the charts (he didn't sleep at all). This hotel is in need of some serious updating. Straight out of the 70's with little or nothing updated. Air conditioner barely worked and was way too noisy to permit anyone other than the most exhausted traveler […] to sleep with it rumbling away. The room never did cool down and it had so much moisture in it the sheets even felt wet. Needless to say, I have crossed this place off my list of stays when taking my son back to Miami University, Oxford Ohio. Choose the Comfort Inn across the road next to the Bob Evans. It apparently gets about 2/3 of the traffic and thus the facility appears to be much better maintained. MehrAuthentische Hotels.com-Gästebewertung
