Hotel was centrally located. Staff was not attentive to needs especially the manager at the front desk who managed to stay on the phone for 15 minutes while I waited to speak to him. He was the only one around and I needed an iron and ironing board which was not already in the room. He ignored me because he was complaining about a customer over the […] phone. I was harrased by the manager from the moment we checked in. There was an issue with an extra person going at the last minute and he charged me but then we were in smoking rooms he complaind that ge smelled smoke. all of this happend within 30 minutes.of. our stay. so i called the compaint line. i specified is this confidential. they said yes. well […] they lied. i got back to the motel and he harrassed me again. i called the line back and was told we alway tell the manager. but i repeatedly explained he was my problem why tell rhe one i am complaining about Mehr

The hotel was adequate but it is 5 miles from the Airport not 3+ as advertized and the taxi service was terrible. Because the hotel doesn't have a shuttle service to the airport you have to use a taxi and this was a huge problem. My taxi was dirty, gross and broke down. It was expensive.

It was noisy all nite if it wasnt the people in the hall way it was some humming noise outside .The front desk gentleman barely spoke english .

I had to double check that I indeed had a non-smoking room. The whole place STANK of smoke. Other than the stink the place was what you would expect for a Super 8 - junky.

90% of the stay was great. The only thing i would suggest is that the breakfast you need butter for our toast and at this hotel they need more iron and iron boards and do not tell your guess to return it as soon as possible, its bad enough i had to go get it.

Price wise this hotel was the best, but you get what you pay for. Service was horid, the man at the counter has nothing better to do then count towels and watch video of my children and i in the pool. we felt violated the whole time we were there. We asked for 2 pillows and a extra blanket and after being forced to get a 3rd room we were notifed that […] he needed that extra blanket back.. really? never ever will I go back to this place. Mehr

The hotel was clean. My room was clean. The staff was polite and helpful. I would stay here again.

We selected this hotel because it was near the airport, a good price, and was not on bedbugs.com. The man at the desk came down to our room when we had difficulties with our key. The next morning he came outside in the snow/ice storm and helped me get the 1/4 of ice off my car. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Clean Room. Friendly Front Desk. Some restaurants in area - not much right on that exit. Close to airport.

We were quite surprised and pleased with how nice the room was. It was reasonably priced and the room was very clean. The breakfast bar was limited but was still enough to get the day started. A clean, well-maintained place to stay, and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was clean and confortable. The staff as friendly and the location ,although initially a litte hard to find was in a safe area.

The hotel was not too bad. Nothing fancy but we were not paying for that either. Only dealt with the front desk and the lady on duty was very pleasant. Surrounding neighborhood was not bad (felt safe) plenty of places to eat within a short drive.

Staff were reluctant to get up from television to check us in. Smoke alarm went off when we turned on the heat - a sign of an ill-maintained property.
