Zimmer war sehr sauber. in unserem Zimmer funktionierte das WIFI jedoch nicht! Morgenessen klein, aber o.k.

You get exactly what you pay for. The pool was dirty and the housekeeping staff only made 1 round a day, which we misse,d so we were without clean towels. The best things about the hotel wsre the friendly hotel staff at the front desk, good cable channels, and the location. Room was quiet, clean, nice view, perfect location, staff was courteous. Mattress was hard, no conditioner with shampoo, room coffee wasn't great. We needed an inexpensive stay with no extras. It was perfect. I would stay there again and recommend it to friends.

Clean and fresh smelling rooms. The staff are efficient and friendly. Good location in the Pasadena area. Close to downtown. Good value for your money.

My boyfriend had an early morning event out here so we decided to get a hotel room in the area as opposed to driving early one morning and we booked this hotel. This hotel is West of all the nightlife so don't think you can walk to all the cool places, it will require driving or taking a cab. This hotel is still in a great location and not far from […] the mentioned "cool places," maybe 10 minutes top, driving. Room was clean and comfortable, kind of small but still tolerable. Only issue was with the water pressure (tub would still fill up , while shower head was on) and the lack of really hot water. I'd stay there again though. Staff was very kind. Mehr

My room was clean and comfortable and for the price I paid I really can't complain about much, however one minor thing that was annoying was that soap and shampoo were included at the hotel, but not hair conditioner so I had to run out and buy that. I realize bad things can happen anywhere, but I felt safe in the area, which is very important especially […] when traveling alone. The pool area was nice with lounge chairs and pretty palm trees. You can see the mountains in the background. The front desk staff was friendly. The street the hotel is on is pretty noisy during the day and the morning commute, so I suggest ear plugs or a white noise sleep machine if that sort of thing keeps you up. Mehr

Would have been nice if the internet hadn't been slower than molasses in January. And if it had stayed connected, instead of losing the connection all the time. It made the internet useless to us. The beds were a little hard. At least the toilet and the shower worked.

Great location near theI-10 and felt very safe. Clean room and wonderful service.

At first we had a smoking room that smelled terrible, so I requested to switch to a non-smoking room, and it wasn't a problem for them to switch me. The stairwell area and elevator didn't look too nice - old, and somewhat in need of renovation. Overall, I'm happy with what we got for the price. First room they put us in had stains on the floor and smelled like smoke. Second room carpet was dirty and bed was horrible the counter people didn't know the area at all and were no help at all with directions. they were supposed to have continental breakfast if that's what you call it cereal and bread dont count to me.

To get the cheapest rate, we stayed in a smoking allowed room with a queen size bed. The room was clean, had a nice flat screen tv, and a hard bed. There were cigarette burns on the furniture and carpet, and the continental breakfast was skimpy, but overall it was worth the price.

This motel is a great value for a place to stay; it is in a very central location and convenient to most thing in Pasadena. I also recommend the the Fuji Sushi restaurant next door; good food delivered at a good price.

I like it and it had what I wanted

We stayed for 2 nights and I would say it was a good hotel overall. The room is clean and no smoke smell. It got a nice fridge and microwave inside as well. The sheets are clean; the pillows are not that comfortable but will work for the night. The only thing that maybe I would recommend is to clean the shower head. I could have rated this hotel a […] 5, but the staff who checked us in-- I think his name is David is very unfriendly and looks like he is not happy with what he is doing. No smile in his face and even if I am trying to make a conversation, he did not respond. I felt that he does not want our business. Also, when I asked for extra shampoo, since I am sure that there is just one small bottle in the room, he said he does not have any. He did not went out of his way and even say that he will go find one and will just take it to our room. I kept quiet, but I told myself that even if this hotel is nice and clean, if the staff are not so friendly, maybe I will think twice before I choose this hotel again. Mehr

The hotel was clean (not smelly), tidy, spacious and a great value. I would recoment it.

My only complaint was the breakfast. Not much of a selection. Service was good. Tried to help us as much as they could. Was in a good neighborhood. Would definitely go back

The good, nice big room and clean. Nice pool area and very nice lobby. The landscaping is excellent The less than good, maid service forgot to leave new towels but were brought to us immediately when notified. The second morning the coffee was not replaced or the coffee pot cleaned. The elevator had an old smell to it. The beds were pretty firm. We arrive in the Hotel 1:20 AM people there don't even have any idea that somebody book a hotel from them, I don't know if that is the way that work since I book on line...don't they check if there computer to check if they have costumer coming since we book our room 8pm? before we leave Las Vegas.....any we got our room....wow the room smell so bad...so […] I have to go back to the office and ask for another room.....this people cannot accomodate me because according to them I book a smoking area room...so I wonder why it is so smelly I have a smoking room...I told them no I book a Non-smoking room....I wonder did I do that did I mistakenly push the botton smooking room?...either way they can't do nothing since according to them I book smoking room so they can not help me....that's it....well I have to go back in the car since I know I print out my cofermation and check if I really b ook a smooking room....got them I did not....it is a non smooking room....that's the only time they accomodate me....emagine that if I did not bother to make a copy....they are not so helpfull at all......anyway we get in the room the flush of the toilet is broken I have to pen the led of the toilet so I can flush it....It takes me 10 minutes before I can have water in the shower...I even thought that there is no water at all..bad night never be back there. What renovations...really.???!!!??? Old and smelly!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Liked the included coffee maker and fridge. Didn't like the flakey wireless internet access, but it was better than nothing! There are also a couple of restaurants across the street which is convenient. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing exciting.

Good service, clean room with nice amenities...convenience/liquor store 3 doors away...an excellent Sushi Bar next door...what more do I need to say?

For a weekend, on a whim, I hotel-hopped. First I was at the Rodeway Inn across the street, then Days Inn further down Colorado, and finally came here. I don't know what people are talking about. This had to have been the cleanest, most comfortable, and less creepy place I stayed at. It is truly underrated. The staff was great, the TVs are amazing […] flat screens, the internets fast, and the room had the best layout. AND it has a pool? As a cheap college student, and nothing more, Ive gotta say this hotel deserved my money, and Im definitely making it my go-to hotel the next time I need to get away from home. Mehr

The rooms have been upgraded with LCD TV's since last visit, but the the shower drain was clogged and it felt the Super 8 had a bit run down feel, even though it has been painted on the exterior recently.

nice location; very friendly staff, clean and comfortable, close to the Pasadena Rose Bowl if you are going to hit the FABULOUS flea market!.

I stayed here knowing it got low reviews. But I never tend to take reviews into account as you will see more bad reviews than good. Anyways. The area its in isnt that great. Its not ghetto, but its not very inviting either. When I went inside to check in, the front desk guy was pleasant and gave me no issues. However, I was charged a $20 dollar fee […] for my rollaway bed that hotels.com didnt warn me about when I called to make a reservation. Also in the same lobby while checking in, we had a prostitue (YES, a prostitute) posting a craigslist list ad for umm, herself, pictures and all. Her I am assuming pimp, was in the lobby as well. Let it be know that she want trying to hide what she was doing, just sitting back in full view of incoming customers and the front desk guy. In the parking lot there was someone who looked like they may be peddling stuff off from the trunk of their car. Stuff all over the place and the guy was talking to people as they walked by. Later that days as well, the same prosititude walked up to a guy leaning against his car in the hotel parking lot more than likely asking if he needed any "services". So were off to a great start! Got to our room on the seconds floor and it was clean. No issues with that. The room was equipped with a flat screen vizio which was nice, but no HD channels and half the channels didnt seem to work. The bathroom was clean and the shower was warm. The provided towels however were very thin terry cloth type material and felt like sand paper when drying yourself. I was a bit annoyed with the appliances however, everything was unplugged including lamps, hairdryer, fridge and clock. We had food that needed to be cold, and the fridge being off, spoiled before it could get cold enough. The beds however were hard as a rock, no give at all in them. When the same front desk guy came by to drop off my rollaway. It was in desparate need of replacement or a repaint. The paint was flaking and it was covered in rust. When unfo Mehr

All I wanted was a decent nights sleep without breaking the bank but ended up with young party people next door. Awakened at 2am by voices, opening/closing doors and smoking right outside my window. We arrived around 430pm, had driven a looong way (7 hours) needed a restroom but no facilities for customers on check in!!! Nearly, a very serious incident...had to wait till we got checked in and then he finally gave us keys...no toilet paper on the roll when we got into room, but a new roll sittin on back of toilet...not much to choose from for a […] quick meal but KFC across the street...my son woke up with food poisoning, ruined his baseball tryout, Spent the day feeling ravaged in all directions. Cheap old hotel with a new TV

This hotel was good for a necessary sleep after nearly 14 hours of driving. That's all. If I wasn't dead tired, it would have been hard to sleep on the stiff, sandy-feeling sheets. Maybe it really was sand? Unclean or otherwise, it was uncomfortable. The hotel hallways were very dirty and sparse. Was pleasantly surprised. The exterior of was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and clean. Definately will be staying here when I'm in the area again.

This was a great little deal, especially for the money- clean, safe and affordable on my budget; free breakfast-nothing fancy but appreciated just the same. Hotels dot com messed up the reservation a bit and signed me up for a smoking vs non-s room, but I was able to call before I left home and verify so made the correction with front desk directly […] before I got there. Staff helpful and friendly, bed comfortable, marble countertops and great tv. I very well may stay there again, especially as I don't like unknown factors while traveling! Mehr

Easy to get checked in and checked out, this site is very quiet and has an unobtrusive staff that make you feel welcome. The FREE breakfast is mostly breads, cereals, and danish treats. Not enough fruit for my taste. Juice and coffe were readily available to fill the void. Enjoy!
