Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfreich. Das Zimmer war sauber mit extra abgetrennten Bad und Duschmöglichkeit in der Wanne. Die Übernachtung war inkl. Frühstück. Entgegen vorheriger Bewertungen war es ausgiebig. Man konnte wählen zwischen, Muffin, Beagles, Toast mit Toaster, Waffeln zum selber machen, Obstauswahl, genügent Aufstrich wie versch. Marmeladen und Sirup, zwei versch. Kaffesorten (normal und entkoffeniert) und Saft aus dem Automaten. Alles als free refill. Wer eine Stadtrundfahrt machen möchte kann sich an der Rezeption melden. Von dort kann eine Stadtrundfahrt mit Abholung vom Hotel organisert werden. Also besser geht es gr nicht. Ich kann nur jeden dieses Hotel empfehlen. Würde jederzeit sofort doert wieder übernachten. Volle Punktzahl. Einziger kleiner Abstrich ist die örtl. Umgebung. Auf den ersten Blick sieht die Umgebung etwas ungemütlich aus, aber wenn man daran denkt, das es nicht gerade die Innenstadt ist geht es in Ordnung. Ca. 5 Min Fußweg gibt es zwei Fastfood Restaurants und genau gegenüber ist ein großer (mexikanischer) Supermarkt. Alles in ereichbarer Nähe.

"Flughafennähe ja, aber sonst?"
Dieses Hotel kann wirklich nur für eine Nacht benutzt werden. Dabei heißt Nacht ab etwa 22 Uhr bis etwa 6 Uhr, denn in der übrigen Zeit DONNERN die Jets direkt über das Hotel und das will keiner freiwillig ertragen. "Direkt am Flughafen/Autovermietung"
Das Hotel liegt direkt am Flughafen. Die Autovermietungen sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen (5 Min). Das Hotel liegt allerdinhs auch direkt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens, sehr laut. Für 1-2 Nächte zu empfehlen, mehr nicht.
"Laut, aber super, da in Flughafennähe"
Wir waren für 4 Tage in diesem Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes in der Stadt der Engel - Los Angeles. Das Hotel selbst ist typisch amerikanisch, die Türen nach außen auf den Hof. Leider flugen nächtlich jede gefühlte Minute ein Flugzeug - zum Greifen nah - über das Hotel. Allerdings war uns dies bewusst und man gewöhnte sich daran. Da wir sowieso […] selten im Hotel waren, haben wir uns damit abgefunden. Das Frühstück dort war nicht mal die amerikanische Norm. Da gab es garnichts, trockene Cornflakes und latschiges Weißbrot. Wir haben dann aufgehört dort zu essen. Die Umgebung ist nicht für Urlauber ohne Auto geeignet, da es dort nichts gibt. Neben dem Hotel ist eine kleine "Kneipe", so ne Art Grieche. Allerdings sehr unfreundlich der "Chefkoch" gegenüber uns - nicht empfehlenswert. Das Zimmer war sauber und dem Preis angemessen. Bis nach Hollywood usw. hatte man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto gebraucht, was recht gut war. Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert für Leute ohne Kinder, mit Auto und die ständig unterwegs sind. Da wir das Auto gleich am Flughafen abgegeben haben und zeitig zum Flugzeug mussten, war die Nähe ein Pluspunkt. Wir hatten uns das ja extra so ausgesucht. fuer den Preis so ziemlich das unterste was noch gerade akzeptabel ist. Aber die Lage direkt neben den grossen Autovermietern (Fussdistanz) ist unschlagbar
"Guter Ausgangspunkt vom / zum Flughafen"
kommt man in LA abends an oder fliegt am nächsten Morgen ab, ist dieses Hotel ein gut gelegener Ausgangspunkt. Das Hotel ist in der Ausstattung einfach aber völlig ausreichend. Es ist sauber, der Service ist freundlich.

The rooms are better than I thought. Good TV channels, fast wi-fi connection, decent breakfast and clean room. They even offered to arrange for shuttle bus if you have to catch the next morning early flight. The guy at the counter was nice and helpful. The noise level was tolerable, after all this is an airport hotel. What else do you expect (LOL). I guess I wansn't exspecting to be so close to the airport. Overall it was a decent place to lay our heads after a long day. I feel the front desk staff could have been a little more personalble.

I attended a conference about 3 miles from this hotel. My stay was comfortable, the rooms were clean, and I loved the complimentary continental breakfast. "LAX stopover before road trip"
Right opposite 2 hire companies. 20 minutes to nearest shop but pleasant walk. Thought it would be noisy with planes overhead but rooms surprisingly quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Must call ahead for free shuttle from airport though. We didn't and a 1.2m journey cost is 18 bucks!!

"not safe"
This hotel is not safe and I lost my Black berry (600 $)mobile.Even I feel it is stolen and no response when I contacted the reception in charge Mr.Prakash. Very bad experience.
"Too expensive for what you get"
This motel is a bit expensive for what you get. There are a lot of hotels around LAX for just a bit more that a much nicer. Planes come in right over this motel and so rooms are very noisy. Free breakfast is nice, although its nothing fancy, just cold cereal and some toasters.

"Convenient location, great for the price"
It's not a five-star hotel, folks. We picked it because of its proximity to LAX, and the low price. When we stay at a Super8, our expectations are to have a clean & comfortable small room, not necessarily the best of furniture etc., for the appliances to work, and the hotel staff to not be rude. LOL. We ended up arriving close to 1 AM, due to a delayed […] flight and rental car problems. The man who checked us in couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. We slept comfortably, ate the simple continental breakfast in the morning, and were on our way. In short, it's a good place to crash for a night or two. We'll go back if we need to stay near LAX again. Mehr

The hotel shuttle picked me up from a late arrival with no problems. Check-in was easy and the room was just what I needed, a place to stay for the night. I wouldn't book a week long vacation here, but I would definitely use again if I find myself at LAX in the middle of the night and need a bed.

"Super8 LAX book only if you want to wake up early."
It's directly under the lowest part of the flight landing path. The walls are so thin, you can hear people talking outside and packing their cars. I can't tell you how it feels to wake up to a plane landing above your head.
Friendly staff. Exellent Greek restaurant on premisis. Stayed there 3 nights total -- overall good experience. Price was right too.
The shower was a stall, and was backed up. Blonde hair ( my husband and i are both brunette)was found floating in the water- not sure if it washed down the walls into the water (indicating that it was not cleaned) or if it came up from the drain. When I called the desk, all they offered was a plunger to be used by ME. Gross.

"Not so bad"
Staff was nice. Place is a bit noisy due to airplanes overflying the building. Free shuttle to LAX strating from 4 am. Good stop for one night stay. Shouldn't cost so much.

This is a bed and a shover. Don't expect more, after all, that is what you pay for....
Everything is good, but the service of shuttle bus(to LAX) provide till 12pm(before you check-out).

"Excellent hotel for it's purpose"
The hotel serves excellently for it's purpose which is to stay one night before or after your flight. The room was spacious, nice, clean and comfortable. The surrounding area isn't pretty but it doesn't matter here. Avis car rental is just across the street, the shuttle for the airport stops here. Randy's Dounuts are about 1.5 mile from here.

"Very near to LAX airport, convenient location"
This is a very convenient hotel location, for business o shopping, rooms are OK and clean, is only 5 minutes from the airport, and they have transportation to/from LAX, the breakfast is very simple, and the front desk service is not as we spected but It is convenient only to spend the night.
"Beat My Expectations!"
I didn't come with any expectations other than needing a bed to catch up on sleep, but the room was clean and comfy. Although in the flight line of landing planes, I was able to quickly tune that noise out. I'd arrived at LAX after a long red-eye from Tokyo 4 hours before normal check-in time, and without any hesitation they allowed me to check-in […] anyway. Was very grateful for that, what great service! Incredibly friendly shuttle driver, also. Didn't venture out except to the Greek restaurant next door [what a surprise -- best Greek I've ever had], but it was close to the airport and seemed convenient to some shopping and restaurants. Mehr
"Convenient and affordable"
This was the PERFECT location and value for attending a conference at the Renesaince Hotel one block away. You need to be OK with some landing airplanes that are almost directly overhead; we had no problem sleeping. EXCELLENT Greek restaurant next door (closed Sundays).

"Super 8 at LAX aiport"
Biggest complaint goes to the noise caused by aircrafts which fly right on top of the hotel. Otherwise location is good as it is very near to the airport, there is free shuttle bus and free wi-fi, even breakfast included. Room was in OK shape and one can stay there for one night without problems. Nothing fancy but cheap of course.
