(1) Amenities included body lotion which was useful for the dry and cold weather, and mouse wash (not something that is usually provided). (2) Service was good: hotel left phone message on the arrival of a package that I have ordered online.

The hotel beds were wonderful! It was convenient to drive to COSI and we liked that there was a Bob Evans right next door. Would definitely stay there again.

Located right behind a Burger king, this is cheap looking place. The only good thing, the waiter for morning breakfast were very friendly.

Stay went great. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and quiet.

We enjoyed our stay. Price was high as nearby hotels are in same class but less expensive.

I've stayed at all of the hotels/motels/dives on Olentangy River Road, and this hotel is the best in that area. Good services, clean rooms, and it really feels like a comfortable place, even more than the HI Express.

My daughter had a sports clinic at Ohio State for the afternoon/evening so it was a quick trip in and out of Columbus. I ended up switching hotels based on the good comments on the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. I wasn't disappointed I would definitely recommend it if you are wanting to be near the University.

I have stayed there before, and went back again. That should say something. A little far from OSU campus, but still enough shopping/eating in the area. No issues with hotel itself.

The common areas of the hotel are well-kept, the front desk personnel were pleasant and the sleeping room was very nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the desk and extra seating were great. Noise was very minimal and I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel feels brand new and has every amenity one could ask for at great rates. Snacks available and a small bar on the main floor with lots of seating both in and out make a great hang-out before ending the night in the super comfortable beds. TV was big and had an HDMI port to plug my computer into for some movies. Easy check-out and convenient […] book for an FAQ people might have. I found the Hilton University one of my better staying experiences. Service commendable, cleanliness A+++ (big priority!), morningbreakfasts met every need, great rome service offerings. Will use again when in Columbus!

We have stayed here several times while visiting our son at OSU. We have always been pleased with our stays. Our main criticism are the adjustable mattresses never adjusts properly and it is like sleeping bricks. Also, the quality of the breakfast is somewhat poor. This hotel was chosen because of the proximity to the Ohio State University. The grounds were well maintained, as were the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. Our room was equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and large flat screen TV. We did not have time to use the pool, but it looked well maintained. The hotel managment should be very proud of their excellent customer service. All employees that I came in contact with were polite and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Good location for Ohio State University activities. Plenty of parking and easy access to 315 which can take you just about anywhere else in Columbus.

The hotel and room were very clean. the bed was comfortable and the staff very pleasant. Breakfast was prepared quickly and tasted good! Flat panel TV was nice also. My only complaint was the air conditioner. It came on every 20 minutes for about 30 seconds and it was very loud. I woke up multiple times because of the noise. It was too warm to turn […] it off. Great hotel! The staff was very nice, despite our rocker looks that may have turned off some. It was only a $15.00 taxi ride to Crew Stadium, where we were going for Rock on the Range, which was excellent. The housekeeping staff was also very good and very personable. All around great experience!

Great stay. Clean room, with super friendly staff! Very convient to Ohio State University.

The cost was slightly more than I usually spend, but well worth the money and I will stay here again. I was travelling with my elderly mother so I called the hotel twice to ask for special requests. I was pleasantly surprised with the hotel staff and the accommodations.

We were in town for cheerleading competition at OSU and we loved the hotel, clean and nice. Only downside was no continental breakfast. We think that is a nice perk when staying somewhere.

I have done a lot of traveling this past year, thus I have stayed in many hotels. My stay at the Hilton was far better than any of the other hotels I have recently stayed at. The bed was perfection. I have severe back problems and when I laid my eyes on this bed I was so excited to sleep on it! The room itself was clean and smelled nice. I also enjoyed […] the beautiful tv in the room.
